New summer shakes like peach, Caramel chocolate have arrived. Usually I try their chicken shack and I love it. Today, I tried their vegetarian shack and it was good too. There's also a mushroom burger for vegetarians.Crikle cut fries are also my favorite.

6pm and the parking lot was almost empty. That should have been our warning. But we went in anyway.... Big mistake. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in like 15 years, but McDonald's is better than this. Had to order through a kiosk and clean my own table (do they share tips with customers?). but I could have gotten past that if the food was just ok. But no- The food is straight up terrible! The hamburger came with cheese. Maybe I could have figured that out if I ordered with a person. - I had no idea. So I had to scrape it off. I added bacon and ketchup, pickles and onions and even with all of that- it had very little flavor. The meat didn't really look done all the way and it was gross. The bun was soggy. The French fries in my freezer are better than what we were served. There was like a tablespoon of bbq sauce on the bbq burger. The only thing that was ok was the $3.79 coke. Don't even think they give refills but I'm not certain, we left asap. Be warned-- I saw the poor reviews here after the fact. I wish we had turned around when we saw the lot was almost empty.

As a high performing General Manager in a former life the book Setting The Table by Danny Meyer was required reading. All I have ever heard was how perfect Shake Shack is and how wonderful the food is.This was absolute garbage. My experience started with the gay employees bickering with the black employees because Shake Shack is promoting Pride month and not Black Lives Matter. There was a person standing at the register cutting up a piece of paper and not looking up. We placed our order on the kiosk, I hope the kiosk enjoys the 10% tip and invests it in new software and better graphics.The food was pretty terrible. My Smoke Shack burger was simply garbage. The fries were room temperature and my iced tea was severely lacking in ice. Next time I want a good burger I will go to In N Out, Whataburger or hell, even McDonalds is better than this Dreck.The only nice thing I have to say is that this experience truly made me realize what a great operator I was as a leader in the business. Maybe the team at Shake Shack should read the book.

I was recommended to this place by one of my best friends, so being it was a half day at school today, I thought I'd stop here for lunch on my way to running errands. I used the convenient order kiosk after checking out the menu boards. I decided on the Shack Burger w/o cheese. Call me crazy, but I don't like cheese on burgers! Got Crinkle Cut Fries and a Coke Zero to drink to complete my order. The ambiance is perfect for eating alone or dining with company. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. Plenty of tabes to dine at, plus a patio with 4 tables for outdoor eating. My food was really good and perfect! The portion sizes were just right for me as well!

It was amazing!! Honestly the burgers were better than inn n out and I LOVE inn n out. The total cost was ~$41 the drinks and fries were great, but the burger man was soooooo great. 10/10 man you have to try the burger. It was delish. We got ours without pickles btw so it might look different on the menu.

I had a cheese burger and an ice tea. The burger came out fast, and it was hot. That was a good sign.I was not impressed with the burger. The bun was moist, and the burger tasted like it was steamed. It just wasn't my favorite burger. That's a personal thing. You might love it. The service was good and the place was clean.They charge for refills of the drinks. It was only $.95, but it is mainly water. I understand that our economy is horrible right now, but I think charging for a refill is ridiculous. I used to sell fountain drink machines so I know the cost of a drink. Actually, we gave them the equipment if they purchased our syrup.This isn't a bad place. It's just not for me. You might love it.

Our basketball team from California had a tournament in Mesa, AZ this weekend and it was close to our hotel Home2Suites so we wanted to check it out. It was so good that we went there twice from Friday-Sunday. Pros: Friendly staff Great foodQuick Cons:Little on the expensive sideI can't say enough great things about the entire staff at Shake Shack because of how friendly and fast they were.Wish there was a Shake Shack closer to me in Orange County CA.

I am surprised by all the bad reviews here. We came here and did not have any issues.They have a huge menu board on the wall when you first come in. They also have 4 tablets were you place your order and pay. They should do a better job of calling your name or give you a number for your table.I got the double smokehouse burger, cheese fries, and small diet coke. I really liked the burger. It is a manageable size. The cheese fries are great. Crispy fries covered in nacho cheese. They give free refills if you ask for it. Also ask for a fork.

This has to be the most expensive burger made with the cheapest ingredients!! The burger was so flat & under cooked. Used way too much salt.. the cheese fries could've used more sauce. And the chocolate malt was way too strong.. I spent nearly $50 on that crap. Whataburger would've been a hell of a lot better! Btw, the music that they play inside the restaurant totally sucks. Js.
