Literally the only customer in the store and i still got cold $5 fries lol The smaller of my two burgers also came out cold. Didnt even melt the cheese on the cheeseburger. Don't think they season the burger patties at all. At least not at this location right now.Asked for a refill before I left and was given a completely new beverage from what I'd had prevously.

Food was warm when it came out. Like me to order off Kios. Burger not hot tastes like 5 guys. Fries warm! Shame was good but for $7 it should be bigger! Total - just under $20No catchup, service was good.

Came here on a Saturday evening at about 630. The place was busy. I opted to use the kiosk. The kiosk was simple and easy to use. There is a bit of sticker shock because everything is a la carte. They have plenty of seating and you take a number and have a seat. I waited about 15 mins and I presume because they make everything fresh on site. You don't really see any of the 'magic' as it were because the kitchen is hidden behind a wall. The kids working there seem ok. One came around and gave me the food. The ketchup, sauces, napkins etc are all self serve so you should get those before sitting down. The burger was very good. Among the best of all the chains. The fries - you have no option but crinkle cut (you can get cheese added) but they were semi cold upon getting to my table and they were also kind of dried out and hard. The taste and quality of the burger is top notch. Fries, not so much.

I love that we finally have a shake shack in the area! Something about their crinkle fries and cheese just hits the spot every time! LOL! I tried their limited edition Korean burger and I must admit. It was better then expected. Whenever I ordered it, I had thought to myself. Why did I just order a Korean burger and should of stuck to the basic. Well I'm glad I didn't! I would highly recommend the burger if toner a Korean bbq type of person. It's different but it's good. I will definitely order it again!

Insanely expensive, and I couldn't sit with the party because I had leftovers from Prince's. The burgers are fine (but served kinda lukewarm), but the meat is thin and flavorless. At least the shakes are fine.

This is a new location for Shake Shack located in the Tanger Outlets. I decided to check it out on my lunch break and it was decent. The inside decor is cute and they have a lot of seating for large groups, there's even a foosball table in the patio area! I loved my meal though, jt was cooked well and delicious. I will need to come back to try the shakes! Service was decent but I did not interact with the team besides placing my order and them bringing it to my table.

Food needs to be wrapped when the order is placed to go. When I picked up my order from ordering online, when I went to pick it up my food was placed in the bag with it wide open. I was highly suspicious and dissatisfied.
