Shaahi Biryani

I had lunch here with family. Their food is awesome. The goat biryani had most authentic hyderabadi taste. This was the best biryani we had in many years. Excellent service on top of that. Rate A++

I missed having Indian food for a long time and discovered this restaurant while out and about. It seemed to have a pretty good rating, so I ordered a large assortment platter of tandoori meats, very expensive. I got nan elsewhere and planned to come home and make rice, dal, and curry veg ahead of a blizzard. All of the different kebab and different meats and fish slathered with the same orange red tandoori sauce. Not a very tasty sauce either. I am extremely disappointed. Plus the appetizer in a flaky crust had very little taste. This is what the guy recommended because the samosas were gone.I was once married to a Bengali and half traveled in India six times, and this food is really among the worst that I've ever had. Sitting in a strip mall, it also is very pretentious with its schlocky "chandeliers" and cloth napkins and tablecloths for sitdown diners, no doubt to justify the high prices for this less than average fare.

The restaurant is very nice and clean, we waited less then five minutes to get seated. The only reason we wanted to eat here is we saw the $15 special. When we sat down and ordered they said they needed to check to see if all the items were available to make the special. When our waiter came back he said we could not order it because they did not have the items to make it so that was very disappointing so that is why we took a star off our review. In all honesty we probably should have left and went somewhere else. ------------------We started our meal with the samosa appetizer. It was very tasty and was not too temperature hot so that was nice. I ordered the Apollo Fish, the more you ate it the hotter the spice seemed to get. It really builds up but was great! If your like me and love spicy food you will love the Apollo Fish! My husband ordered the Butter Chicken and loved the flavor of the sauce. We both shared the plain rice and one order of regular naan. It was very good!! If we are in the area again we would consider eating here... if the special of the day is available. We ended up spending double of what we were hoping but it was good to try one time.

Tried their goat biriyani. It was pretty good along with their beef chapli kebab. Felt their portion was less for the prize.

Second time there. Newly opened Indian restaurant ( Mostly Hyderabadi dishes) Small sit down area but reasonably tidy and quick service. In starters Lokmi ( ground beef puffs) was good, chicken pakora was dry but flavorful. Lamb Haleem is the BEST IN TOWN! Goat Biryani is good. Platter was OK. Patther gosht ( lamb fry) was excellent. Butter chicken was very gravy than it should be. Tea is great. Place to come back again! Especially for HALEEM

Not worth your money! Service is really bad and waiter was very rude. Food was tasteless and unauthentic.

This place is great. Don't know how I never heard of it or came across it on Yelp. Great lunch specials and I also had the chicken 65 rice. It was all so good I took home a few more lunch specials for the family. Very polite and quick service.

I've always taken away from this location. The food seems to be hit or miss. Lamb biryani was dry and not too much lamb meat in there. Butter chicken has always consistently been good.The naans seem to be dry.Channa masala was very bland- seems like they forgot to put spices/seasoning in it.I've gotten other vegetables dishes from here, and they're usually not as good as the meat dishes.Unfortunately, the few times I've gotten biryani, the rice is always dry.
