Seven Caesars Republic

Our experience at Seven, the restaurant on the seventh floor of Caesars Republic Hotel, was nothing short of exceptional. While we didn't get a chance to try the food, we couldn't help but notice the mouth-watering plates being served to other diners. Everything looked absolutely delicious, and we'll definitely be back to sample the menu.The drinks were incredible. I enjoyed a large local draft beer, which was refreshing and perfectly chilled. My dining companion opted for a beautifully crafted cocktail--a fancy, expertly made drink that looked stunning. The high-end Belvedere vodka was so skillfully mixed that you couldn't even taste it, making it a dangerously smooth and delightful experience.Service was top-notch, with our waiter being both friendly and supremely knowledgeable. He knew the menu inside and out and made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.The ambiance at Seven is high-end and luxurious. The modern furnishings, large glass windows, and stylish wall and ceiling decorations create a gorgeous setting that's both sophisticated and comfortable.The view is another highlight, offering stunning vistas of Camelback Mountain. It's the perfect backdrop for a relaxing drink or a meal with friends.While Seven is on the expensive side, it's well worth the price for the quality of the experience. I would definitely come here again. My only wish is that they were open for an early morning coffee to enjoy that amazing view.

My Inlaws wanted to check out Ceasars Republic and have lunch here. We decided on trying Seven and arrived at about 1130, did a walk thru of the lower level, and then made our way to the 7th floor for the restaurant. I had made reservations for noon for 4 but decided to go in early since they opened at 11 and the place was totally empty. We were seated right away, but you could tell they weren't ready for customers. Still, our orders were taken, and the food was brought out in a timely manner. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and it does get quite loud once it starts to fill up, but all in all, we had a great meal here. Highly recommend giving it a try.

The food was so good.Spinach Dip is a mustOur group love the Ahi Tuna Nachos.Wings we're great quality and so crispy.Their Salads are massive and tasty.The Short Rib had great flavor, a cohesive dish.Everyone raved about the salmon.And one grill loving man in our group declared the Steak Frites a top steak in Phoenix.Dessert seemed a bit lacking. Like chain restaurant store bought. That is an area of improvement.The service was amazing. We had a snafu with being sat but they ended up giving us private dining for our group and making it right. Joey was an incredible server. Every single one of us can't wait to come back.

The views were amazing. However the food and service were just okay compared to the prices. The burger was just okay nothing out of the ordinary. The Brussels sprouts were good as well as the deserts. It was very hot in there we had to ask to turn the air down. I would recommend this place for a drink after work to see the sunset but not for dinner. The food wasn't worth the prices.

Decided to do date night at Seven on a Saturday night. We approached the bar and were greeted quickly by a friendly bartender. After we placed our drink order we walked up to the rooftop. There was nothing up there. Walked back down to the bar and was able to find 2 places at the bar to sit to enjoy our drinks and then ordered dinner, Steak frites and fries, it was cooked perfect, for desert we did the churro donut. While we enjoyed our cocktails and dinner servers periodically checked in to see if we needed anything else. The vibe was classy with couches for casual sitting and conversing with friends

Wow. This was a miss for me. I was really excited to try it and wanted to pre-try it before my birthday. Ultimately I cancelled my second reservation at dinner. We tried two drinks the spritz and the martini. Honestly don't ever mind to spend 20$ or even higher for a drink but if I'm spending the money, expect for it to at least taste good. Neither drink made me want to continue to order or try anything else. The food itself was average at best. We had the onion dip for an appetizer. For $18... honestly lays chips and sour cream dip with an onion packet do more for me. The dinner I tried all 3 entrees and just have nothing positive to say. Nothing super negative, just nothing positive. Overall, it's somewhere I never care to come back to.

Found this awesome new place, 7th floor of the new Caesars Republic Hotel. Called ahead, reservations accepted, super fantastic experience with the concierge. This is a developing review that is being constructed as the experience develops.First up....DRINKS!!! See the pictures, super yummy and thirst quenching.2nd Round: Appetizers, YUMMMMMM!!! FRESH, FRESH, FRESH!!!Next up: Dinner...pictures speak volumes!!! Food was tasty, well prepared, and presentation was appealing.Final thoughts: Sarah our server was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the menu and helped us to make the best selection for our first experience here. The whole experience was great, will definitely come back.Rating: A+++

Seven is a great pretty cool rooftop bar at the Caesars Republic hotel. It's located on the 7th floor and has an amazing view of the Phoenix skyline and the mountains. They also have a pool next to the bar and a bunch of TVs showing different games.When it comes to food and drinks, they have a really big drink menu and a decent food menu. I've personally only come here for drinks but the food looks pretty good too. They have a wide variety of original drinks and also the classics as well. My friend ordered the tangerine whipped creamsicle and I got the lemongrass lemonade. The tangerine drink tasted amazing. It felt like you were having sweet tangerine ice cream. Overall everything was pretty good, the only thing is that I wish the service was a bit better. Felt like it took a long time for the waitress to come.

Outstanding what a breath of fresh air to Scottsdale! New energy, new design, good vibes! We were greeted with excellence from the pull up to the valet to the warm reception desk. Once at the restaurant Tray was our server and he was on point and friendly. Justin came by to welcome us and check in on our experience. He later came back to thank us for coming in and gave us info on touring the property. Thanks Justin! The atmosphere was fun and stimulating. It was beautiful inside and outside as well because you can see the mountains and sunsetting. After our delicious dinner we took to the patio to see the pool, cabanas, and roof top. The bar area was fun and inviting and the music was diverse and great. The staff, management, and patrons were diverse as well! They go over and above to make ALL feel welcoming. It's my first time in Scottsdale so I decided to stop in! My husband & I had a few cocktails and appetizers which ended up being incredible. The view was breathtaking and the ambiance was a vibe! Our sever Avery was very accommodating and had amazing recommendations. He was very helpful and guided us through the menu! We will definitely be back next time we're in town!
