Serrato's Steakhouse

Found this place with rave reviews on Yelp and I had to give it a try. It's always encouraging when the owner respond to reviews. To me that shows a level of humility and a willingness to make improvements. The place is very welcoming and ok for casual dining or for a dressier occassion. I sat at the bar and I started with a Gerst Yazoo draft to drink with a bowl of crab bisque soup. The crab bisque was thick with an incredible taste and was complimented by the house made garlic bread. Great start to my meal. For an entree I ordered Chicken Piccata with mash potatoes. I ordered a side of garlic mushrooms and a half order of the house garlic bread. The garlic shrooms made for an excellent side with the mash and chicken piccata. What a meal and the bartender provided excellent service. Even swapped tv for the hockey game as requested. Highly recommend this gem for anyone near Franklin. Thanks!

We didn't have reservations but they made room for us weary travelers. The food was delicious and every entree was a work of art! We left and my daughter forgot her purse. The staff kept the purse in the office for us until we could come back to get it!

No longer a Hidden Gem... Everyone in Franklin knows of them now! I finally went there and it was..... Fabulous! As soon as I opened the door we were greeted by a couple of friendly ladies that took us to our table. Started off with an Old Fashioned with Sazerac Rye! When you see a Dark Black Cherry on the bottom you know it will be good. And it was! On to the food I ordered the Wedge and is was great, perfect amount of Blue Cheese and Blue Cheese Dressing. For my entree I got the Filet Duo topped with Crab and Lobster Butter sauce. Wow it was full of flavor. My side was the Garlic Potatoes fully loaded. Perfect pairing. My friends got the Filet and Lobster, and the Shrimp and Scallops. They both said they were amazing! Dessert, we got a Carrot Cake for the table. It was so good our friends got a slice to take home. Yes the food was amazing! But what makes a great restaurant is not just the food but the service. Our waitress was Simply Awesome! Her name is Ashley. She brought a smile to the table and made us feel special!!! Ashley was knowledgeable on the food and the wines. She never let any of our water glasses get close to empty! Her personality was a 5 Star! We will be back! If you have not been here yet... what are you waiting on! Cheers!

We wanted to try a locally owned restaurant so we came to Franklin location. The restaurant is small, but nice. Dining at 4:30 is a bit unusual but witnessed the restaurant transform from lunch to dinner. White table clothes and table decorations created an elegant setting. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Definitely will come again.

First time here and it was AMAZING. The service was great and so friendly and the food was soooo good. Not to mention the romantic dinner vibes which were perfect for our wedding anniversary dinner. Absolutely would recommend!

My aunt and I ate here for a late lunch around 1:15. It is close to Kroger. We walked right in and sat at the bar. I had the grilled cheese minus tomato with a side of crispy fries. Very good. Fries are addictive. My aunt said the steak sandwich was the best steak sandwich she ever had, and she really enjoyed the side salad. Raspberry lemon drop martini was very good, but a little sweet for me, so I ordered a cosmopolitan. They asked do I prefer more sweet or tart for my cosmo, and I said tart. The cosmopolitan was the perfect color and tartness/dryness. Very friendly and accommodating servers and bartenders.

Very solid restaurant. Everything about the food is positive. All of the food has alot of flavor. It's price point is par for the times. They could have a little more light to view the menu easier ......................................

Our large senior singles group has dinner every second Friday of the month. Serrato's agreed to accommodate our very large group last night inspite of its being one of their busiest nights. The table was beautifully set. The food was varied and excellently prepared. The staff were gracious, helpful and efficient. If they will have us we will come on a 4-6 month rotation. Wonderful evening!

Overcharged and didn't get the order right. Price is too high not to get the details.Food was pretty good, but small portion sizes.
