Great atmosphere wonderfully staff and awesome food staff are attentive to the need of their guests. The Brazilian limeade is wonderfully sweet and a slight tangy taste.

This was a spot that we would have liked to love, but that was just not the case. It was my wife's birthday and it was such a let down. The place was dark and there was only one other couple in there. Across the way at "famous Dave" it was busy. This should have been our first clue!First, the "salad bar" was so bad. Had just a few items and it looked like it was sitting. The folks who brought the meat around were attentive and respectful. I asked about the other meats on the menu and they said they did have them. What?!? $180 check and only had 5 meats.( other reviews said the same thing- tbh should have read first)The manager walked over and said yes they don't have them but could make them after we already ate! He said they must have burnt. Wow this manager "Jesus" was a total liar and it was all over his face. He then said he didn't have those meats. What??I caught him in many lies and he couldn't come back from it.I asked for my check and you would think with me catching him in lies about the other meats, he would do some sort of compensation.NOPE!Overall a terrible experience. I should have read the more recent reviews and I would have stayed clear. Hopefully this helps the next person trying to go!What a shame!

The food was good, also has a decent salad bar. I will go again when I'm in town. The guys came around with a few different beefs, chicken drumsticks, parmigiana crusted chicken and ribs.

I want to start with commending the food service here. Our food server was Lada who was very attentive and caring to our table. She was a little too much of a sales woman than I prefer when at dinner but she was a sweetheart. All servers and bussers were highly attentive and cared for our table and the manager was constantly on the floor.Another server to highlight is Marcus who heard me talking about an alcoholic beverage I ordered but did not enjoy. As soon as he heard this he immediately rushed over and offered another drink, was not expected but noted and appreciated. The interior design was beautiful and aesthetically appealing throughout the meal. On top of that, the bar is a sight of its own and boasts their options. We all loved their bread, bananas, and mashed potatoes.Unfortunately I do not have many other positives. When coming to a steakhouse I expect hot, high quality meats.I would say all the meats were very chewy, even the basic steaks. The salad bar was present but did not stand out too much (pictured). We ordered their original drink, Caipirinha. Most of our group enjoyed it, but was sweet for my tasting which is just a matter of preference. The desserts were good, but not hot or anything special. I will note too, be aware if you come with a group of 6 or more, they automatically add a 20% tip.Overall it was a great restaurant but for this styled steak house it would not be my first pick.

No one was inside. Only the workers. We went on a 3:30 reservation, party of 6 for my in-laws bdays. I thought it'd be busier than it was. Really drab inside. An uplift in decor would be great. Food was okay. I think it's way overpriced for what you get. It's like a one price fits all even if you just get the "salad bar" (maybe a few bucks difference). Not really my kinda place anyways, however, I do believe there are better steak places in the valley than this one.it was just a lot going on without a lot going on.Everyone in the party had a good time but said the food was ok. That's sad... Okay!?! No ma'am or sir.. it should have been spectacular! Nothing really stood out or made me want to go back to try again.

Lovely food and service at Serra Gaucha. Brazilian steakhouse fare: loved the lamb, tri-tip and the house special. I enjoyed the black beans and rice and of course the Pao de queijo! It is so cheesy chewy.

Treated dad here for Father's Day and he liked it. $54.95 dinner for 1 adult which includes all you can eat salad bar and all you can eat meats. Meat cuts include top sirloin (their best), bottom sirloin, chicken legs (very tender), pork ribs, lamb, and filet mignon wrapped in bacon to name some. Salad bar includes veggies, cheese, sauces, olives, rice, and more. Included with the meal are the sides: garlic mashed potatoes, cheesy bread (Pão de queijo) and caramelized bananas. For drinks, the Brazilian limeade is a must! The dessert menu is offered after. They did not have brigadeiro truffles or a brigadeiro cake, which is a Brazilian must, I was sad about this. Service was excellent! Youssef was so accomodating and patient with my father and his million of questions and requests.

It has been a number of years since the last time we ate at a Brazilian steakhouse. The price has kept us away. On this particular date night, we decided to bite the bullet and go. Decor reminded me of the lobbys and restaurants of late 90's to early 00's hotels. Particularly hotels in resort areas. That being said, it has all been well maintained. The look is dated, but the decor doesn't look dated. (If that makes sense?) One small detail that I particularly liked was the gaucho scene on the flatware. There is a touch of chivalry here. All the servers asked and sliced meat for me before my husband. The pieces of meat they cut for him were roughly twice the size of the ones cut for me. Gauchos come by regularly. They do so without being intrusive. Red and green cards allow guests to indicate if they want the Gauchos to come by or if the table prefers to be left alone. Most of the meats were well seasoned. My favorite was the skirt steak. Flavors were balanced. Meat was tender, yet not as tender as a fillet. Chicken legs had a nice char on the. I love garlic, but the garlic steak was too much garlic, even for me. Along with the meat carved table side, a plate of mashed potatoes and fried bananas were brought to our table. There is also a salad bar. Salad bar had cold items such as a couple of pre-made salads, ingredients to make your own, sliced deli meats, cheeses, and grilled vegetables. I would have preferred the grilled vegetables to be hot. Cold felt a bit like eating leftovers. The cooked yet cold green beans were delicious. They had a bit of an Asian flavor. There was still a bit of crispness to them. On the side bar were the rice and a stroganoff. Both of those were being kept in warmers.

First off who ever bought the old Elephant bar greased some inspectors palms for inspection.. The interior is the same as Elephant bar that stood for over 20 years.. Needless to say the place was falling apart.. the mens restroom was a falling apart. The sinks had a cracked thru it, the partitions between urinals were falling off the wall.. Now for the food... It was the equivalent to or actually less the high-school cafeteria food.. everything they brought was over cooked and tough as hell.. The only thing that was close to edible was the salad bar.. If I could give it negative stars I would.. I give it 6 months before they close there doors.. Very disappointed..
