I just had a black coffee, which was very good. Quite a few people meeting for business and social reasons. The food looked good and the ambiance was mellow.Counter service was polite and helpful.

Good coffee and a welcome change from chain coffee shops! Their cold brew is my favorite in this area. I have tried a few seasonal flavors and honestly it's tough to tell the difference as the flavoring is so subtle.The staff is nice but I wouldn't go as far as to say friendly; it usually seems like I'm interrupting their conversation and once they take my order they turn away from the counter and jump right back to talking only to each other. Not the welcoming or warm experience you'd expect from a small coffee shop atmosphere.

Great local spot for coffee! I always love a horchata with espresso, and Serafina makes a great one! I was happy with the espresso quality. It was pretty popular on a Friday morning. Some customers were in and out for the to-go orders. Others were there to get some work/studying done or to meet up with friends. I appreciate the amount of tables as well as the cozy, homey ambiance.

Still one of my favorite coffee shops to go to. Great food, coffee, teas and definitely try the fresh baked goodies. We absolutely love it!

I really enjoyed the staff and coffee shop. Everyone was so friendly it truly made my day! I highly recommend this and the pistachio rose was delicious!

This is a great little place to get coffee.I came on a Sunday morning around 11 am and it was busy. There were a couple baristas working away who made my flat white quickly. The coffee was very good! The cool thing too is that there was a small jazz trio that set up and had started playing while I was there!

My boyfriend and I ordered a Nutella latte an affogato! The Nutella latte was so delicious and well balanced! I am definitely getting this one again next time! The affogato was also very tasty! The espresso was delicious and the gelato was super creamy! The place was a little loud but I was still able to get work done. There are a good amount of outlets and great Wi-Fi!

Been to this spot about a dozen times. It gets busy on the weekends so be prepared to wait. It's really good coffee. At least for this area. Service can be slow depending on who is working but worth the wait. I've had a few of their baked items. They are okay. Bagels are dry. Would not recommend. I wish they would offer ham and cheese croissants and egg sandwiches.

So I just moved to Phoenix 4 months ago and I'm having a hard time adjusting and find a coffee shop I like. I stumbled upon this one and decided to check it out. I went in and the beautiful ladies working there were super kind! The place vibe was so welcoming and comfortable and I felt happy. I was able to pull my laptop out and work a little bit. The coffee I got was 10/10 very good which helped me a lot. I can't wait to come back I'll definitely be a regular here!

Drinks and coffee are fine but I can't get past the poor customer service and bad attitude from the baristas. It was very off putting and strange
