Seoul topokki is the ideal place to fulfill late night spicy food cravings. I usually get the combo of topokki + kimbap + fishcake soup and find it enough food for 2 portions. I've only ever ordered delivery so I can't say anything about service but my food has always arrived nicely packaged and on time. Food isn't mind blowing and it's a bit expensive but it gets the job done when the cravings hit!

This place is such an underrated Korean restaurant. Has the ambience, food, and service that you would want for a nice night out. This restaurant serves yummy Korean staples including army stew, cold chewy noodles, and Korean style vegetable pancakes. Funny enough, they do not serve fried chicken wings, but that's OK because there's so much other yummy items on the menu. The restaurant itself is very large capable of accommodating, large and small parties at rush-hour times. I like the fact that the tables have aconduction stove to keep hot items hot throughout the dining experience.

Such a great spot! There are a bunch of Korean options in this neighborhood, be we decided on this one because all the dishes we saw through the window looked amazing. The menu isn't crazy extensive, but you can tell they put care into each of their dishes. The staff was amazing and didn't rush us out, even though we were the last ones there. It's a pretty casual spot and it seemed like it was mainly students there, but don't be fooled, the food is still excellent. My friend and I ordered the Bibimbap, Seoul Topokki, and Kimchi Stew, all of which were delicious. The Bibimbap had just the right flavor and the rice was nice and crispy (go for the hot stone version)! The Topokki was spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. I loved the fish cakes in there. The Kimchi Stew had tons of fun surprises in there, including glass noodles and fish cakes. I can't wait to come back to this place and try some more menu items!

One of my favorite places for Korean food in Boston! I usually order take out or Uber eats, but finally dined in recently. We got seated very quickly as it wasn't too busy.We ordered the marinated crab, combo 1with rabokki, and tuna Kimbap. It was all really flavorful and tasty. The marinated crab was a bit messy to eat even with the gloves that they provided, however there was a good portion. It comes with a small bowl of rice.

I ordered Seoul Toppoki through UberEats and have also dined in the restaurant before. My favorite items to get are their kimbaps and fish cake soup. Their fish cake soup is kind of pricey, but I really enjoy how they flavor the soup. It is light but flavorful and so nice to consume during the cold season. This time, I ordered three different kimbaps - Spicy Tuna, Bulgogi, and Spicy Pork. I really enjoy the spicy pork and spicy tuna as it has more of a kick to it. The bulgogi one was also not bad, though, and you can taste the sweet marinade of the meat. Their portions are pretty fair as you get a variety of other ingredients such as radish, crab meat, carrot, egg, and cucumber included with the meat. They do not overly skimp on the meat, nor do they use excessive amounts of rice. Overall, their kimbaps are solid, so I like to come back here whenever I crave one.

I've been here several times in the past few years and enjoyed each time. My favorite menu items are the spicy pork kimbap and cheese tteokbokki. The vibes inside are cute and great for a casual bite with friends. If you are looking for an affordable, casual Korean spot in Allston, I would recommend coming here!

I've wanted to try this place for a long time. I've been craving kimbab all week and this is one of the only places nearby that sold it. I ordered the bulgogi and spicy pork kimbab. They were okay. I had some from NY the week prior and these were definitely no match. There's a little bit of flavor...the crunch was not as good as expected. The spicy pork one was better than the bulgogi. The rapokki was pretty good, but likely too spicy for most people. The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly and there were a few slices of fish cake. The teakbokki noodles were perfectly chewy. I ordered takeout. There is ample table seating inside. To order takeout you go all the way in and towards the back of the restaurant where they will take your order. The place is on Harvard st/ave and as of late July 2023, all of the metered parking spaces are taken away. Just park near herb chambers BMW/Mini and walk over. 2 orders of kimbab and the rapokki ran me $38.36.

This is one of my favorite Korean places in boston!! As fitting with their name, I LOVE their topokki (and rapokki). Some places make their topokki a little too sweet, but this one is perfectly spicy, they way it should be in my opinion. The service is always solid, and it's a pretty casual spot, but can get pretty busy at night. I used to go here all the time in college and it just hits every. single. time.

Seoul Topokki has all your late night spicy cravings in one beautiful budae jjigae pot which includes ramen noodles, rice cake, ham, cheese, sausage, veggies to feel healthy, and tofu in their signature spicy sauce/stewIn addition to the stew, we ordered the Seoul toppoki combo with a bulgogi kimbap, and fishcake stew which decently filled us up at such a reasonable price‼

A hidden gem in the heart of Allston, this place is a real find. With ample seating and quick service, we were seated almost immediately. The staff, likely family-run, are highly knowledgeable about the menu and ensure your food arrives promptly, usually within 20 minutes of ordering. The food is exceptional and quickly became one of my favorites in the area. I opted for the combo meal, which included soup, tteokbokki, and kimbap. Each component was reasonably priced and offered generous portions. The kimbap was well-prepared with a satisfying consistency. The tteokbokki had a pleasant kick without being overly spicy, and the fish cake soup was light and flavorful.Overall, a fantastic spot that I'll definitely return to.
