Just revisited this place during lunchtime and had a much better experience compared to last time. The lunch menu lacks many steak options available on the dinner menu, but I was satisfied without them. The steamed eggs tasted much better this time and were not as salty as before. Overall, everything tasted better, and the bulgogi was my favorite meat on the lunch menu. I had to request butter each time they changed the grill to prevent the non-marinated meat from sticking to it.While this visit may not fully represent the true quality of service due to the lesser lunchtime crowd compared to dinner, we still received significantly improved service after the house became full compared to last time. They also had a completely different crew this time. They promptly refilled our water, took our empty plates away and changed our grill. Our orders came out almost instantly. All the servers were attentive this time. They didn't make us wait to order for the next round or intentionally ignore us. In fact, all three servers working that day checked with us at three different times to ensure we didn't want to order more meat after we asked for the check. The environment was still very loud; I couldn't hear what other people were saying and had to raise my voice to talk to those sitting in front of me. There was almost no smell on my clothes afterward, thanks to good ventilation.

Best AYCE KBBQ in the area! It has the best quality for the price (currently $45/pp) and I thoroughly enjoyed this place every time I've gone there so far. Highly recommend going early to put your name down as it is very busy during peak times. My personal faves here are the ribeye steak, marinated rib finger, and pork jowl. The quality of the meat is really good for AYCE, not premium, but comparable to H Mart meat to me. I don't really like the various marinated pork belly flavors as the sauces are overwhelming, so I stick to plain. Note - you can only order 3 meats at a time which is honestly good as the tables are fairly small. Also, the meat portions are on the smaller side, so you can try a larger variety of meat.I also love all the side dishes that you can order and always get usual banchan, plus the corn cheese, pickled radish wraps, and assorted veggies to grill. The only thing I wish they'd add to the menu is lettuce for ssam. The service is great for KBBQ. Sometimes orders get mixed up or we get things twice, but the servers always try their best and quickly resolve issues. I appreciate how efficient they are for getting items to us and clearing our table. They always swing by to check on us and get the next order of meats in!

This is the best bang for your buck, all you can eat Korean BBQ, at only $45/person. Usually with AYCE restaurants, you tend to have to sacrifice the quality for the price. At Seoul Meat, no sacrifice or compromise is needed as the quality is better than what you're paying for. The meat selection is extensive with ample luxury cuts such as pork jowl, prime steak, and even seafood! The side dishes are all flavorful and service is fast! I might dare say this place has dethroned Baekjeong as my favorite KBBQ restaurant in WA!

Finally got a chance to try this place out and I'm so upset I waited this long! We came in on a Wednesday afternoon just after lunch hours ended, so we didn't get to try the lunch special but the dinner price is not bad at all for quality meats and great service! The menu is quite simple - one option of all you can eat (AYCE) and you get 1.5 hours at your table. Each round allows for 3 protein options (meat and/or seafood) and unlimited side dishes, including kimchi, japchae noodles, and steamed egg! The only thing I was missing is big lettuce, for wraps but they do have the daikon wraps.I can't wait to come back!

Starved all day to have room for AYCE. The quality and extensive selection of meats for $45 is a really good value, there are also lots of sides to choose from, from your typical kimchi to corn cheese to french fries, steam egg and tofu soup are also options. The only thing that's limited 1 per table are ribeye and beef chuck which it's a straight up a full steak that you slap on your grill, don't need any more. The kalbi beef intially seems a bit thick, but once cooked and cut up, it was my favorite, super flavorful and the right amount of fat in it. There's so many different seasoned pork belly; green tea, curry, truffle, etc. You can order up to 3 meat at once, try to go with maybe 3-4 people so you can try more variety. The restaurant is pretty ventilated, did not smell like a bonfire at all afterwards. It's located in the Totem Lake shopping area right next to the Cinemark behind the Salt & Straw. I would definitely come back, it's good if you're on a high protein and low carb diet. It's almost lunch time as I'm writing this review and I'm drooling thinking about how delicious the meal was last night.Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

We went on Saturday around 4PM and we waited for about 20 mins until we got seated (we put ourselves on the waitlist on the iPad by their door). I love the parking situation here- there is a garage with plenty of parking! This is the best AYCE kbbq spot in the Seattle area! It's $45 pp but the quality of meat is INSANE. I normally don't like to go to AYCE places because since it's unlimited, the quality of meat usually lacks. But this place is different!! I love the variety of options here as well as seafood options. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs and they change the grill multiple times so your meat doesn't burn. The ambience is also great; very modern and lively with kpop music playing in the background. 10/10 recommend and I'm already planning my next visit

Can't get better than $45 AYCA Korean BBQ! Really quality meats with delicious banchan, such as the japchae, house salad, marinated cucumbers, and honestly anything else you decide to order. We especially loved the cheese fondue to dip the grilled meats in. Also, ask for sesame oil to pour over your garlic salt! Very attentive staff, who would come by often to change grill plates. I give it 4 stars because we tried the truffle pork belly and it was incredibly underwhelming, not a hint of truffle or flavor. I would definitely come back here next time I'm craving KBBQ!

Kinda pricey AYCE Korean bbq with a pretty good assortment of meats. The restaurant itself is pretty vibey, typical kbbq smell, and K-pop playing in the background. The servers are super on point, making sure you have meat and sides ready and going all the time. The meat itself is okay. I like the variety, especially with marinades, but the quality is not that great and for the price, I would've expected a slightly larger selection. The variety of sides is also a little disappointing. Overall, it was still good, though not sure I would go again given the prices and selection/quality of meat and sides.

WA has a lack of ACYE KBBQ options, so I was excited to see vents put up during construction because I knew it would become a KBBQ. Even though $45/person is twice the cost of what you could get in CA, it was worth every dollar.Food - They have a diverse selection of meat beyond beef, and a much more generous selection of side dishes. It's possibly the first time I've seen spicy items come with a non-spicy version too! Even so, the spicy stuff are not that spicy (that's coming from someone who cannot handle hot cheetos). The dumplings (deep-fried pot-stickers) surprised me and instantly became a favorite. A warning: baby octopuses are... not so baby. You get the full ACYQ KBBQ experience - a standard bowl of salad with a pitcher of water, a dish of hot sauce, fancy salt, and ponzu sauce. Only, there is no rice paper or potato salad here. There are also no dessert options. Servers come around nearly every minute to change grills and take empty plates. I only saw my real server twice (perhaps a shift change) but he was so knowledgable and we became instant friends. It's a fantastic place that I dream about every day. I came here on a sunday at 4pm and we recieved almost the last table. I expect normal hours to be insanely packed!

Delicious. Good value AYCE. Fast service and surprisingly low wait time despite a busy Saturday night.
