Worst experience I've had anywhere in a very long time , customer service is nonexistent and they might as well not even be there. This place has gone down hill, I've been trying to come here for weeks but every time I stop by they are closed. I stopped by on a Friday night and they were open finally and I was happy but that changed as soon as I got my food, first off they didn't even want to give you an extra plate but the food is awful now, they are using canned beans and expired meat, it's that meat that's been in the fridge way too long and then you open it and smells up the whole house type of meat. The tortilla was crusty and old, the fries were old like they put them in the microwave in a bowl of oil. The sizes are not worth the money either, they are crazy small it's ridiculous, even with adding extra meat they aren't even the same size as a normal burrito. The carne asada fries are in a container that is not made for fries so it's less. I will never come here again because of all this, they have lost a lot of customers now! Thank you señor burro for making me throw my food in the trash because it was THAT bad!

This place has gone down hill so hard. This place sucks Nasty food. My kids complained as well. And they usually eat anything. Ordered a carne asada burrito, paid almost 4$ for extra carne and got a tiny burrito 2 bean and rice burritos no cheese. They gave me two of them with cheese. When I went back the kid cooking in the back was not paying attention and on his phone and the girl upfront was hiding behind the kitchen wall. When she finally came out to the front she was still texting on her phone. Didn't want to give me some plates until I asked several times. Replaced the food, had a burned tortilla on the bean and rice burrito, dry old rice with no flavor and what looked and tasted like canned refried beans. No flavor anywhere. Carne asada meat tastes off so more than half the food went in the trash. Don't come here for Mexican food or service. It's a shame! This place used to be 5 stars. Had to go back for replacements, they didn't want to fix the carne asada until I complained that there is no way $4 extra is in that burrito. It was a bit larger than a Taco Bell burrito with less flavor. Management needs to rethink who they hire and hold high standards.

Family owned business! About a year ago I was struggling and the owner made me a taco plate for free. Now that I have gotten back on my feet. I order from here everytime and not just because of the kindness shown.. the food is amazing. I love their bean recipie. I love how fresh the cheese and tortillas are and the horchata taste homemade. Amazing great people friendly staff and I love the food.

Order a breakfast burrito with hash browns to go. Sadly no hash browns to be found any where in said burrito. Worse was that the menu prices were all wrong...apparently they have a 15% up charge on all menu items. If you're craving for breakfast...definitely pass on this establishment.

This is the 3rd time that I've given this place a chance. Each time it was 6mo to a year apart. This place has gone down dramatically, in the worst way. There is absolute no customer service, no smiles when being greeted. I feel the employees are just not happy there. At prior visits, I would call to place my order. As time went by, they stopped taking calls. Other times this location was closed when clearly the business hires said otherwise. This last visit, I placed my order in person, but it took awhile for the cook to come out. The food is not worth it either. My son and his GF were not impressed with their food. And was sickening reading other reviews about the food being expired?! And small portions! I wanted this place to be better, but I've given this place to many chances. We will not be coming here again.

Came across this place today and let me just say thank you for properly making a california burrito. Place itself is very nice and super clean with some inspirational words on a wall. Let me just say this place knows how to make a california burrito. Sour cream, guacamole the whole nine yards. Most places took that off so they can charge more but this place includes it and is very very good. Burrito was 10 dollars and was a good size burrito. The meat was very flavorful and not fatty at all had guac, sour cream pico meat and fries. I will definitely recommend and I will return to try more items on the menu.

The bad reviews are all too similar in context making me think another business has bad intent.
