The food tastes great, our wait staff was friendly and punctual. It is a casual place to dine. Great music, and friendly atmosphere

The worst Mexican food we have ever had! Flavorless, greasy...just yuck. The only good thing about this place was the service...and my margarita was decent.

Service, food and margaritas were all amazing! I definitely recommend the chili Rellano was so delicious and mango chamoy margarita was incredible! Everyone who works there was so nice too!!! The restaurant was so clean and pretty too great ambiance!!

This was a great place to eat at with my family of 5. The food was absolutely wonderful. I even made my own flavor margarita. Blackberries&coconut. Is a must try. The service was hands down the nicest around. My 2 year old son fell in love with there tortilla warmer. We asked to buy it. But the owne gave it to us for a cute picture of him with it. Definitely going again. Good food friendly people.

Standard Americanized Mexican food. Everything about this place is mediocre. Service was below average and slow. It took 2 hours to order lunch. Food was slightly overpriced. There's at least four better Mexican restaurants within a three mile radius.

The service sucks. We were trying to order and our waiter took off to talk to someone without a word to us. He had asked for our order and as i was speaking took off. By the time I got my lunch, my husband was almost done with his. He had to get up 10 minutes after I got my meal to get my tortillas so I could eat my fajitas. My husband had ordered a beef taco salad and was served a chicken taco salad. Tried to tell the waiter and was ignored. No one ever checked on us after we were served.

Very disappointing visit. We have loved this restaurant for years and missed them so much when they were temporarily closed. We were so excited when they reopened in their new location. But the food was not as good. The rice was actually horrible. Sticky and gloppy. They did give us a small discount after we expressed our dissatisfaction with the meal. We will go back sometime...I'm not sure when. It will definitely be awhile.

Tepic is opening at a new location after a fire last year at the old location, the new location Is 150 Cascade Mall Dr, Burlington, WA 98233.The new location looks pretty nice!

Tepic Mexican Restaurant has reopened in a new location after being closed for 1-1/2 years because of a serious fire. We visited the new location today and were very pleased. The facility is very spacious with plenty of parking. The staff was enthusiastic and attentive, and the food was the same as akways--excellent, served promptly, and priced reasonably. Thank you, Tepic, for a job well done. We'll be back as regulars!

They are closed! Fire in June. Haven't reopened since the fire. I have to write more words for this to post on Yelp. Not sure how many more ways I can say that sadly they are no longer open!
