Tacos El Bajio

A very nice family run food truck off of Renton/Maple Valley Hwy. The few times I've been there usually one or the kids is at the window working the register and taking orders and either mom or dad are cooking. The food was made fresh and there wasn't a very long wait. Last time I ordered the 3 tacos which came with rice and beans, all we're prepared perfectly. Much better food here than some of the indoor dining establishments in town. Definitely worth a try, support local small businesses!

Found this spot by accident. Always great food. The barria tacos were so great and they packaged then to go with the sauce/soup on the side. Very easy to order online for pick up (conveniently located on his commute home) for dinner.

This is my current favorite taco truck. We always get takeout because the traffic noise is too loud.

A blue truck serving very tasty Mexican food. Owner is a very kind gentleman who always sports a smile. We drive all the way from Maple Valley just for their tacos and burritos.Steak burrito, steak tacos and Al-pastor tacos are always part of the order. The Al pastor tacos have grilled pineapple (unlike other places that just take it out of a can and serve it on your taco).The red sauce is spicy and has a very nice kick. Worth the drive and you won't be disappointed!!

Let's give a shout out for a taco truck! Ambience, if you like the side of a highway and noisy, this one has you covered. Parking is crap and competes with a gas station and a landscaping business. But if you stop, you will be rewarded with some amazing food that comes from a truck. Everything I've had here has tasted amazing. The people that run this truck are friendly and always give you tons of sides and more if you ask. Well worth the stop.

Tacos El Bajio is the best taco truck around! The food is so juicy and flavorful. Such a great and place with friendly owners. If you haven't been there, you definitely have to try it. You won't be disappointed.

Really good, authentic Mexican food. The birria tacos and consume were soooo good and super fast turnaround too! A must visit!
