Subway

Located in the aBella condos in Bellevue and next to Lakeshore Learning Store, this is your traditional Subway. The store participates in most Subway promotions (unlike other Bellevue locations), is clean, has friendly service and moves the line through in a quick fashion.The amount of toppings is small; however, they are the traditional pre measured Subway sizes offered... Free parking is available and free wifi is onsite. All in all, if you like Subway, this is a great Subway to visit.

The lady here was super nice! Not only was the food fresh, she helped me cut my sub into fourths by request.

2nd time going to this subway and the same guy made my sandwich. Usually my subs are filled with decent amounts of meats and veggies. Unfortunately this subway is pretty stingy. For the 2xs I've been here, I have more bread than fillings. It doesn't look like the staff cleans the tables either. It's always messy. Won't be coming here anymore.

Despite the awkwardness of my first visit to this place, I think either the management has made some changes or the staff has given me a better insight of this subway.I live at metro 112, and this subway is practically a 1-2 minute walk from the metro 112 front door. When I first came here the staff working there seemed to be a bit stingy on the food items, but when I came back to eat here about two weeks ago, there were different people there and they were almost too willing to put stuff into my sandwich.That's a great thing if you really want to get your money's worth on a sandwich.

I've only gone to this location because they except coupons that I get weekly in my mailbox. I haven't been to a subway in a long time I think they've gone downhill to be honest recently anyway we all know it's not fresh to begin with so I don't know why they advertise it, but you know what, it's better than a McDonald's on the road and such. I go to subway just because I get coupons once in a while and again this location excepts them, I came in today to find out that they only except the two cheapest options for them which really sells their business online to get customers in the store, but then in the end you're really hurting your customers. I don't know if this is just a thing for this location but all in all I think subway in general needs to redo themselves because I will never be coming into another subway again. If there is another sandwich business up-and-coming, good luck to you because everyone needs a new place to go. I will be contacting your manager on Monday thanks.

It's a standard Subway, but the customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes, I get a server who is completely uninterested in making food, including food for himself, I would say. Everything on the sub will seem like it was sprinkled on, like those donuts, if you are not careful or order online. At other times, it is the complete opposite.So, owner, employee review much?

To start with, subway is subway. There isn't too much a difference in sub itself. Yet, I find workers here more friendly compared to the other one at the courtyard. All day breakfast is a good option. I could be wrong but the price seems to be a bit higher than the other place but they accept coupons.

My coworker and I placed an online order for two subs. Both sandwiches were oven roasted chicken breast, but different bread. I picked up our subs and headed back to work. They gave us both rotisserie shredded chicken, and got the bread wrong on my coworkers. I called and spoke with the manager about the incorrect sandwiches as we didn't eat them because they were wrong. The manager tried telling me we ordered rotisserie chicken, but I was looking right at the receipt which said oven roasted chicken breast, on both. I kindly asked if we could get at least a partial refund for the wrong sandwiches and she says no because we took the sandwiches. So she offers us "complimentary cookies". Unfortunately a cookie is not worth driving all the way back, nor is it a meal. Super lame.

Never going again. Worst customer service. When I first came in, the lady was loading more lettuce and made eye contact with me but totally ignored me. 30 seconds later she said she'll be right with me. Second, she was yelling at my sister. I know my sister misheard what she said a couple times, but the server had no right to yell. I will never come here, even if I stay around the corner. I'd rather walk to another location or just eat at Jack n the box.
