"This is more of a 3.5 star but I'm rounding up because my sister and husband really enjoyed their naan bread hahahaI had to deduct a star because of the wait. This is the first time both my husband and I started playing games because the food was taking too long (~40-45 minutes). It wasn't even busy. The other part was that I wish their menu was more clear. I was hesitant about ordering my dish because the picture just showed 5 pieces of meat with nothing else while other pictures had rice and salad on them. In the end though, the dish came with rice, a salad and some sauces too and it was huge.Food wise:Lamb tika kebab - the meat was good but inconsistently cooked. Certain one was more tender than others but the flavor was good. The ice and salad and sauce was also very good. Really fluffy rice!Garlic naan - not the typical Indian naan bread, more like pizza crust. But it was good, wish there was more garlic though. My sister and husband loved this, I would have like it more if I wasnt craving for regular naan :)Overall, it was good place to try and I hope they improve the wait time because I would totally come back to try other food if it wasn't for the wait"

Visit Restaurant Page"We came here for dinner the other night when my parents were in town. We had never been before and decided to give it a try. The restaurant was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. We got there around 5:15 and were seated immediately. I definitely recommend making a reservation if you don't get here early because the place got really busy as the night went on. They have a great deal for early dinner with 3 courses for $28. I got this along with my parents while my husband ordered from the regular menu. We got bread to start which was a tasty sourdough and a delicious garlic oil to dip it in to. I got the shrimp cocktail and the Caesar salad to start (it was $5 extra for an additional appetizer). The Caesar was tasty and a good size. The shrimp cocktail wasn't my favorite as the shrimp was just lightly tossed in cocktail sauce and I prefer it on the side to dip the shrimp in to. For my entree I got the garlic crab which came with a cluster of crab legs, potatoes and corn. The crab and potatoes didn't have much flavor but the crab seemed fresh. I ended up dipping it in the garlic oil from the bread which made it delicious. The corn was too greasy so I didn't eat much of it. For dessert I got the chocolate mousse which was tasty. My parents got the cod and shrimp scampi which they both enjoyed. My husband got the duck which he really liked and the apple pie for dessert which was delicious. Service was quick and friendly."
"3.5 Stars. Definitely the Zabuton, one of my main favorite cuts anywhere I go and it did not disappoint here. Medium Rare Plus is my temp and I ate it as slow as I could to enjoy it (as I always do when I really like something). Small gripe, the sea salt that came with it did not melt, and were like rocks in your mouth you had to break up. The Ora Salmon was delicious. The whole entree screamed healthy, green, and of course King with a nice crunch to it. Small gripe the baby broc was a bit bland. The Salmon was really nice though.El Ribeye was not bad, good, but nothing screaming. Between the El Ribeye $40 18oz, and the Zabuton $40 11oz its no question the Z for me! Of course if you want the extra meat then the Ribeye is your choice.I have no recollection what the creamy side we ordered was, but it was good! The Seasonal Vegetables I prefer a medley instead of a "pick one." Of course, when having steak you got to have mushrooms and for the most part was good but slightly slighty undercooked in the middle. Service was a bit impersonal, constant upselling every single trip to the table. A bit annoying but understood thats the way they are trained. I would suggest the upselling be toned down a bit, and the service was while with big smiles, it was a bit robotic. And the refilling of water was good, however it was spilling all over the table because she was so excited to see if we would re-up on drinks. I was a server, and it was a huge part of me learning so many valuable things in life, I'm sure she will hone the craft as time goes on.Cheesecake was good and a nice end to dinner.Had to wait 10+ minutes for the check though, and it was not tap to pay....I feel like no tap to pay to the table is a bit behind the times but I'm such a snob sigh. The space is nice, contemporary, airy. A manager maybe did come to make sure all was well at the end which was a nice touch. For sure should be in your rotation if you are nearby. The prices are fair, quality above average for sure."
"Good service and quick to the table, good wine choices, amazing steak, you get two sides with your steak. I had the wedge and the potato pancakes. Everything was spot on. It looked like everyone around us was having a great time and enjoying the meals. I didn't see one bad dish or anyone complaining place was busy and it all looked amazing."
"In shortThey do a solid job with a concept that never gets old. Don't come during peak hours. Great meats, nice seafood options, fantastic bar, great salad bar. So you can probably add a star if you come in when it's not too crowded. In longIt's a nicely-built space with high ceilings and does a good job making you feel like you're not at the mall. When it's busy, though, it's loud af, and parking is a huge pain. We had a birthday in the family on a Friday night when all of us had to work, though, so we rolled in at 7:00. The waiting area felt like a cattle chute. Rough. But imagine coming in during off-peak hours, though, when parking, seating, and noise problems all evaporate. Set all that aside and it comes into a much more pleasant focus. It's tastefully decorated, every bit of material for furniture, wall coverings, and so on all look very nice and very well-chosen. They REALLY pack the tables together here; the staff can barely squeeze through even at the edges. If they removed 6-8 tables strategically, it would all feel so much looser and nicer. You probably know the Brazilian steakhouse plan by now: They give you a little coaster that you turn right side up when you're ready for cuts. Carvers come around with chicken, beef, lamb, pork, sausage, and sweetmeats. You say yes or no each time, and get to try tons of stuff at a leisurely pace. First, though, you go get a bit of salad so you have a plate. You can order a special course of meat that comes out a bit later. We added the wagyu ribeye...which, 15 minutes later, we learned would have to be a NY strip, since they were out of ribeye. For me that's preferrable, but the birthday boy and 2 others at the table prefer ribeye, so this was a bit of a miss. The strip came out on a sizzling-hot salt block about 25-30 minutes later. We ordered medium rare, it came out absolutely well done. The manager came over and let us keep it, and also cooking another steak right away. That one came out properly medium rare. I have to say we could have easily gotten full on just the carvery without adding a steak. We had to take most of the second strip steak home as it was; we each had room for maybe a bite at that point and didn't even try the dessert. The picanha was the star of the show for all of us, just an insanely flavorful and tender bite. That was the only one we all asked for 2nds on when the carvers came around. The cocktails and wines were all fantastic, and the salad bar had lots of interesting choices (including some really nice meats and cheeses to snack on pre-meal). People clearly come here for special occasions. We saw lots of folks in some of their nicest clothes--families, date nights, and so on, really looking excited about the meal they were about to have. And it certainly isn't cheap. So coming in for an afternoon happy hour might seem like a funny suggestion, but it's tough to get the best version of this place when it's super slammed, even with all the awesome things they do get right."
"What a great meal. First off, thank you to our server James (Shamp), he did a great job of taking care of us. We had a great table at the windows. The view of the water is fantastic. The food came out quickly, and it was delicious. The filet was cooked perfectly to order. It was seasoned well. The mashed potatoes were next level! Buttery and smooth. The Baja King Salmon was amazing. Tender and juicy! The meal was one of the highlights of our day!Great location, great service, great food!"
"The food is good. Well, let me clarify: the bacon wrapped dates & the bangers are good. The rest is so-so. Toad In the Hole is really good, but takes too long and often comes out with burnt bangers, which some people might like, but I don't.My biggest issue with this place is the staff. They are friendly enough, but they're more concerned with flirting with the regulars or fighting with the grumpy old boss.Example: last visit we popped in for a meal (my hubs is from England and sometimes craves English fare, totally get that). We snuggled into a spot at the bar surrounded by loud, over-served guests. The bartender spent more time chatting and no time attending to us, or the people seated at the tables. It was annoying. Then, the grumpy old boss shows up out of nowhere and starts a fight with the bartender. Not a physical fight (young girl vs grizzled old man might have been fun to watch tho). They were straight up yelling at each other toward the end of it and I $h!t you not, EVERYONE left. We would have left faster but we had to wait for our tab. It was so freakin awkward, I don't know if we'll be back. But the hubs needs his fix, so we might be back. Maybe. We'll keep our eyes out for another place to get proper bangers."
"My favorite, local BBQ joint has opened on the eastside! WOOT! I was ecstatic to hear that Jack's BBQ was taking over the old Mayuri restaurant along Bel-Red road, as I anticipated an opening ever since it had its pop-up location in Bellevue during COVID. Now, it's finally here. My partner and I visited Jack's BBQ during opening day where we talked to the man himself, Jack! He was there, very hospitable and friendly, greeting guests and clearing tables. We visited during dinner time and the place was packed. We were able to snag a seat outside on the patio where it's dog friendly and there's cornhole. Like ol' Texas style, I love that the tables were picnic style outside. Inside, it's plenty of booth seating with a small bar area. The menu features a lot more than its OG location in SODO, as it incorporates what's offered at SODO and Algona. Therefore, you have the classic BBQ entrees, along with steaks, sandwiches, and breakfast items AKA the eastside location is the best location! We got it all, yo! Now the decision on what to order will be your biggest challenge here. My partner and I shared the picnic platter, which comes with all brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, jalapeno sausage and chicken, and four sides of our choosing. When we visited, they didn't have chicken, which was no big deal as we wanted to double up on our favorite protein here anyway - the brisket. Brisket is king here. But I mean, everything of the picnic platter was delicious! If I had to rank the meats, it goes: brisket, pork ribs, jalapeno beef sausage and then pulled pork. For our sides, we chose the cornbread, queso mac and cheese, collard greens and chili. Again, everything was delicious, which includes the sides. But damn, I am in love with that cornbread. It's basically dessert. *Drooling* Also, Texas style chili is the best chili ever as it's ALL MEAT AND NO BEANS. Stop with these unnecessary fillers! I'm serious when I say I am coming back. Everything on this menu looked intriguing, like the catfish sandwich, chicken fried steak and tomahawk steak for two. Save room for dessert because I hear the banana cream pudding is a staff favorite. I've never made it this far, which I know is child's play. But one of these days I'm gonna try it. It's just that the BBQ is so dang good that I happily fill up on it. Speaking of filled up on, the picnic platter is way more food than just for two and I say this from two people who can eat a lot, love meat and constantly work out. Not trying to impress you with my gun show, but yeah. The portions are hefty here. Love everything about Jack's BBQ, a piece of central Texas in Washington state. It's my favorite region of BBQ and am so glad Jack, the Texan has moved over to the Pacific Northwest to give us Washingtonians something that's hard to get - damn good, Texan BBQ."
"13moons restaurant is incredible and was the perfect last dinner for our anniversary weekend. Before writing this post I think it's important to know what the restaurant name comes from the Swinomish tribe has an awesome guide which states is derived from the 13 moons of the Coast Salish lunar calendar. Topics and activities associated with each moon phase are outlined with the traditional and cultural events and many of the phases also represent season. I think this resultant does such beautiful job highlighting the culture of its name highlighting season Ingredients in a upscale yet simple way. Letting everything speak for itself. The staff was so incredibly helpful and kind. You blink and your water glass was refilled or a new fork was placed. Our server had incredible recommendations. We started with crab cakes my husband and I both do not like fruit with savory dishes this seriously made us change our minds. The apple paired so beautifully with the crab cakes richness. Without a doubt just order it won't disappoint except you may fight over who gets the last bite. My husbands halibut was perfectly cooked so tender, flavorful. My steak was giant they say 14 oz but I swear it was more took over half home and was enough for three meals. Was cooked perfectly rare from end to end. I changed from the seasonal veggie to a cesar salad . The salad was accidentally made into a large the lettuce was crisp yet tender. The Cesar salad dressing was salty, citrusy. I also added mushrooms and they were the perfect side to my steak.. The espresso cream Brûlée was so light but pack a amazing espresso flavor. Was such a highlight to the meal. Was perfect way to end a perfect weekend. We both agree we would drive back just to go here again."
"How have I not reviewed this place yet? We have been coming here for many years and always enjoy the quality of the food and service. They would get a five-star review if only their prices weren't so high.We were there this last time for lunch on a Sunday. So I ordered their burrito, I added some sports term thing to it which included extra stuff! Definitely a great choice.Never, have we had bad food here, it's always delicious and this time wasn't any different. My husband ordered the carnevour. I just love their fries, how crispy, seasoned and salty they are! Normally not a huge fan of steak fries but these are great. Our friends ordered burgers as well, including the prime rib dip. They both loved the food. They also started with the pistachio pawns, which I tried and would certainly enjoy getting them again! They have a great selection of beer, full bar, and lots of great drinks. Watch for the prices though, some how my husband ordered a $20 cocktail (twice). If you like live music, they offer that in bar almost everynight of the week. Historically that is why we have been there.Go if you are hungry, want good food, and enjoy a great overall meal."
"Brand new restaurant and I just had to check it out. We had reservations but as usual I was early, not a problem she was so sweet and sat us early. She answered several questions about the building and the chef, super polite. The vibe was dark and chic but so perfect. Exposed brick and concrete with beautiful wood carved partitions just added to the natural decor. We ended up getting the Caviar Special and that was extraordinary! It was my first time tasting this delicacy and I was not disappointed. The husband ended up getting his absolute favorite which was Beef Wellington. It was fabulous, just needed a bit more of the mushroom. I had a wagyu Bravette with a Lobster Tail. I could have died, so delicious. Brand new restaurant, definitely give it a try."

This is my favorite place for a great steak. As in fabulously presented, thick, juicy, perfectly cooked to preference, keeps my taste buds joyful to the last bite.Maza Grill appears to have an established reputation in the local community, winning culinary excellence and annual best-of awards regularly, and the choice dining location for many folks in the community. There is a large variety of dishes in the menu representing the best of Indian and Pakistani cuisine, and yet I keep gravitating to the ribeye. It is a distance for me to travel here and since I cannot come as often as I would like, I cannot help but have the ribeye. On the rare occasion, a close alternative would be the Namakmandi Lamb Tikka. Flawlessly grilled, paired with the cranberry rice or roasted potatoes. Tummy yummy!Whether for a special occasion or a reward from hard work, this restaurant is THE place to especially satisfy the carnivorous side of you.

Joey's is a classic happy hour spot in Bellevue offering Happy Hour daily 2pm-5pm and 9pm to close on Sunday - Thursday! This location does have parking garage right under so that is nice. The set up is two different spaces with one being all ages and the other 21+. There's a variety of drinks so you don't have to worry about someone not having something they like. Food wise, I'm a huge fan of the truffle fries and chicken lettuce wrap. Staff are also kind and tentative. Never had an issue with any of their service. They are able to answer all my questions and provide great suggestions!

This was my second time at Emory's and it was just as great as the first time. The restaurant is decorated so cute for the holidays. We got to sit outside in the enclosed/heated patio by the fireplace and it was the perfect temperature and so cozy. This really added to the ambiance. We ate our hearts out and it was all so tasty. For drinks, we got the peppermint martini and double chocolate martini from the holiday menu. I definitely preferred the chocolate martini. The peppermint martini was good but I feel like it was missing chocolate. That would've made it perfect. For appetizers, we ordered the flatbread bruschetta and the brie. Both were really good. For the salad, I ordered the hearts of romaine. I wasn't expecting the salad to come out this way - I do appreciate the presentation but I like when my salad is evenly coated with dressing so that was a slight miss - otherwise tasty. For dinner, I got the meatloaf and it was so good. Every bite with the mashed potatoes and broccolini and meatloaf was just so cozy and delicious. Comfort food at its finest. For dessert, we got the chocolate mousse, apple pie thing, and a peppermint sundae. All were great. Overall, it was a tasty night and I am still thinking about the food a week later.

Reservations highly recommended! Seven months after opening, this place is hopping on a Sat night! I think this place has become our new go-to steakhouse.Food: 5/5- Vacio (medium-rare): I had the 14 oz American Wagyu Cross that's about 2-3 inches thick, very flavorful and lean, but also juicy and tender. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Though I prefer beef on the rarer side, I'll order a medium next time because even leaving the steak on the stone to cook took some time to reach desired texture. I learned afterwards that this cut is a flank steak, which I've only had in sliced form, but this steak is now my favorite, surpassing the ribeye.- Delmonico (medium rare): My husband had the 30oz USDA Prime, bone-in NY steak. Tender and juicy. I only had small sample, which was good, but I liked mine better.- Roasted cauliflower: Tasty!- Raspberry honey cake: Delicious!- Flan trio: Delicious!BTW, steaks come with a very small portion of chimichurri sauce (garlic, parsley, oregano, olive oil, and ?). I had to ask for more.Freebies: You get water infused with your choice of fruit slices (lemons, limes, oranges, and cucumbers). You also get a small portion of tasty fresh house-made crispy tostadas with a light layer of refried beans and cotija cheese sprinkles. The salsa is very spicy!Service: 5/5Jenna was excellent! Even the manager came around and checked in on us. We felt quite looked after.Ambiance: 5/5, depending on what you're looking for. The attractive space is decorated in dark reds and browns with interesting accents. Sat night was very busy and high energy, with many staff bustling around with trays after trays of delicious-looking food. You can watch half the kitchen action, with flaming coals, various slabs of meats grilling away. The noise level is also high, so if you're looking for a quiet, intimate space, this space isn't what you want. Otherwise, I loved it.

I came to Jak's Happy Hour for the first time in a while w my hubby. We came at exactly 4 o'clock and sat at a high table and chairs. I love their bar area and atmosphere. Service guy is a super nice and good talk. We ordered 2 of Jak's Cheeseburger with Sweet potatoes fried and some drinks. We asked for medium-well for the doneness of the meat. It was perfect grilled burger and juicy meat. I ate all the sweet potato fries. We finished our meal in just 30 minutes, and there were two couples waiting for a seat. It's worth the wait at happy hour!

Had a great time for my birthday at Fogo De Chao. I would recommend a reservation, it is a busy busy place. I gave the Churrasco Experience a try and loved it. They come and shave several different cuts of meat onto your plate, all were delicious and served from rare to well. Several different styles, I really enjoyed the pork chop. A proper cook pork chop is hard to beat in my book. Great Brazilian drinks, guy came around with a cart and made it right at the table! It was a nice environment, lots of chatting going on all around but not overly loud.Delicious cheese cake dessert with a blueberry sauce that was ana amazing finish? It was an overall fun and tasty experience that I will definitely go to again!!

The food here was delicious including the views. It's right next to the end of pike place. The service was good and accommodating as we were a group of 14. The bartender was great and friendly. We had the artichoke dip for the appetizer and while delicious it did not come with enough breads for the dip. The plates were large in size. I had the open faced crab sandwich with truffle fries. It was a little salty but good. Overall it was a nice experience.

Pretty cool when you walk in, gives you a English pub vibe but all goes down hill from there. Extremely non-maintained, old, dinghy, and short staffed. Although they have a cute old dog as their "mascot/keeper" of the pub, not enough for me to come back. Food was blah and pricey for just meh....I mean the dishes sounded good on the menu for some good old Pub food, but did not deliver on taste or presentation. Had a wide selection of beer on tap and libations. We waited almost an hour for our food when we were one of two parties of four there. The poor bartender/waitress/busser was hustling to try to keep up with all the patrons pouring in from a event on main st, guessing since all other places were long waits to eventually she had to tell people although there is seating that it would be a long wait (1 hour plus). Gave them 2 stars due to how hard the only front of house staff (they lone waitress/bartender/busser) was working and making due with the best that she had. And that if there were a soccer game I would come to the bar and have a beverage and watch the game.
Visit Restaurant Page"Really enjoyed Happy hour here. Grabbed chicken sliders and fries, which was tasty! Chicken was cooked just right, fries were not too salty (most truffle fries are). Service was attentive, even tho he was only guy waiting. Prices standard to city food, totally worth it!"
"It smelled SO good when we came inside. Wow!I loved the ambiance and the steer sculpture hanging from the ceiling. The interior was inviting yet subdued with low level lighting. Great from a romantic perspective. Our server, Kay was a family member of one of the cooks. They inspired my experience with their recommendations . Over the top! She eats the food and has great ideas. Loved them! The potatoes are amazing. If you say they are too dry, you must have scrapped off all the amazing toppings because it's is one of the best steak side potatoes ever!Kay made our dessert - Concha Rellena. It had ice cream, breading, fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries) and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Loved it.New spot and if you are a beef eater you DEFINITELY have to stop in and visit!"
"Excellent and authentic Mexican food. We loved our split plate. Next time I want to explore the tequila and Mezcal menu too. Super fun decor and excellent and friendly waitstaff!"
"Came here for a retirement party for a coworker. First time coming for lunch. Yummy food and drinks!"
"This is home style food that is still sort of a neighborhood place. It's definitely dated inside and if you aren't into fancy, it can be okay. I had some good old spaghetti and meatballs that was large and could have been two dinners. Even at that, it was reasonably priced. For whatever reason, a couple of us got heckled in the parking lot when we left. Not the fault of the restaurant, but it didn't make me what to come back."
"Great find! Excellent service (Maggie), steak-house ambiance (music and pleasant indoors with seating outside as well). Delicious food that's not your typical Mexican American fare. Original and creative items on the menu that beckon me to come back. For lunch I had the wagu steak tacos. WOW! Four tacos with individual wrappers so if any fillings that fall out won't end up on your shirt. Seasoned perfectly with add/on salsas. Recommend reservation for dinner and plenty of parking in their lot."
"Love love love. The restaurant is Beautiful and charming as well. The view is so beautiful no matter if it's gloomy day or sunny day. Heads up it's a very expensive place so count on that. The service is amazing. Everyone went above and beyond from the hostess to everyone else. Our waiter was frank he is super sweet and nice he paid extra attention to my food as I am celiac and I have to make sure my food is gluten free so I don't get sick. My favorite was the gluten free NY cheesecake. Enjoy it :-)"
"This is a rarity I give a straight 5 stars, but Rey Carbon deserves this rating. The have a beautiful location in Lakewood, that is serving excellent quality seafood and steaks to name a few of their dishes. Upon entering you are warped into a French, Mexican infused high level establishment that is well deserving of this rating. All staff are dressed in uniforms, they do not even have paper napkins and top service from time you get in the door. They provide free table side flavored water and bread service. This is a pricey dining experience yet appropriate for what they are serving."
"Made reservations for an early Valentine's Day dinner on super bowl Sunday (I don't care for football so I wasn't aware). They sat us by the door and it was VERY cold every time someone opened the door. It took a bit for our waitress to come get our orders and it seemed like either they were short staffed or behind in the kitchen, but overall, our experience was pleasant. We ordered a glass of wine and their sunrise cocktail. Unbeknownst to us, the wine my husband chose was $20/glass, which is ridiculous when their cheapest bottle was $42, but hey, they had to get us some way. My drink was fruity and more summery than anything else. The starter bread was super hot and really yummy, so we kept ordering more. We heard the specials, which seem to be there daily but not a part of the menu (stroganoff, jambalaya pasta, etc all seen in Yelp pictures). A special dish was scallops in pesto sauce, and we were able to order it as an appetizer. While the flavors and tenderness of the scallops were amazing, the price for 3 was ridiculous ($21), and made us wonder just how much the actual dish would have been. The starter salads were plentiful but forgettable. I couldn't taste Bleu cheese dressing in mine, it was more like umami flavor, which was fine too. Just greens and carrots, nothing grand. Husband got the ribeye with mushrooms and garlic mash and I got the pork chops and added prawns. Mind you, 4 prawns for $18, again, kind of wild to me, especially because they were just by themselves, no dressing or flavor or anything, just lemon. The steak was very tasty, well cooked, and the mash was very tasty. His mushrooms were buttons and while he liked them, the marsala sauce on my pork chops were tastier. Speaking of, my chops were smothered in this and you couldn't find them. It was a bit much but also tasty. The parm potatoes were very good and the veggies were cooked well. The restaurant itself was nice - historic building, darkened ambiance, original bar, no TVs, and no overhead music. The train goes by within a few feet and it's super loud but other than that, it's all cute. Overall, we recommend and will probably return, but plan on bringing an open and willing wallet."
"* Review is for sushi only. * Two of us needed to grab a quick lunch to go and came here for a couple sushi rolls. We initially thought of going to Musashi's a couple blocks away, but it was closed until dinnertime, so despite the higher pricing, Fuji became our only option for sushi at Redmond Town Center. I've always been curious about this place, so we figured, why not? At around 12:30P, only a few tables were occupied and one of them had the full teppanyaki show going. The host came over immediately and took our order. He said it would be about a 10-15 minute wait, which turned out to be spot on. Although this restaurant is known for teppanyaki, they do have a large menu of sushi options and specialty rolls. + CATERPILLAR ROLL ($18): Eel, crab & cucumber inside with thinly sliced avocado and unagi sauce on top. The avocado was perfect and I was glad to see it had more eel meat than fatty skin. Unfortunately there were so many bones in the eel! I know that the bones are edible, but I could feel them scratching my mouth and throat. While tasty, this wasn't super pleasant to eat. + LION KING ROLL ($18): Crab, cucumber and avocado inside, topped with seared salmon and spicy mayo. For the most part, I enjoyed this roll, although the salmon was barely seared. It was delicious and silky though, and I'd rather have it seared less than be overcooked. I didn't really care for the spicy mayo on top since it was on the sweeter side, but luckily the roll was not drenched in the sauce. + VEGETABLE TEMPURA ($12): This was a good medley of green beans, zucchini, onion, kabocha squash and carrot. They were super crispy and tasted even better with a dip in the tempura sauce. The onion rings were my favorite. Between the two of us, this was a nice light lunch. The rolls were a reasonable size and satisfied our sushi craving. In the future, I could see myself coming back for another one of their specialty rolls or trying the teppanyaki experience for a special occasion. 3.75 stars."
"Vista Prime is located inside Snoqualmie Casino and features gorgeous PNW mountain views. Every time I have been, there's a live piano player that adds to the ambiance. The food is all very tasty, but is on the pricey side! Scallops Rockefeller ($29) is my favorite appetizer. The table side Caesar salad ($21pp) is also fantastic and one of my favorite Caesar salads of all time. We typically order the shrimp scampi ($39) that's also prepared tableside and is so delicious. The downside to tableside is seeing how much butter they put in the dish! Tableside bananas foster ($16pp) is a great way to finish the night. So good!! Our server Henry provided great service and was very friendly and informative."
"We were so hungry after spending the entire day in traffic trying to see the tulip fields. This was the only place nearby that was still open. When we got there around 7pm, they told us food would be late since there was only one cook available. They said it would take an hour, but we did order and got some mozzarella squares in about a half hour. My friends ordered taco salads and I ordered a chicken burger with curly fries. It took about another 30 minutes after getting the appetizer to get our meals. The chicken burger was tasty, but they gave me just a small amount of the wrong fries and no one ever came back to check how our meals were until an hour later! It was fairly loud and cold outside, but I did like that you could sit outside when the weather is good. Not sure if I would go here again, but maybe if they had more workers the service would be quicker."
"Very nice service, great ambiance, EXCELLENT food - ohmygosh.... We had a party of seven (with a reservation of course - please be polite and do that or you'll be stuck waiting probably).Food is top notch- great view inside, plenty of parking. Kinda loud. Good for a group of 10 or so or maybe more even?!ALWAYS go for the seafood, although friends ordered the steak and LOVED it. Salad was good too. Oh no...now I sound like I'm gushing, ugh But seriously, it's a great place - we're just visiting and came with local family to celebrate a graduation. We had a great time. The seafood trio was a hit, the manhattan was awesome, the halibut was to die for, and the wait staff was impeccable!"
"AMAZING ATMOSPHERE! Live music with various pianist rotating on a different nights. Old timey atmosphere with amazing charm. Gives old traditional, exclusive steakhouse vibes. SIT AT THE BAR!!! Don't forget to ask for the bar menu. Bartenders Spencer and Travis are true gems and awesome cocktail craftsmen! Truly an ART and experience. This place is perfect for date night or a mom night and a great meal! Amazingly fresh seafood and Quality meats!!! This place is easily moving to the top of my "go-to" list. Definitely worth the high end splurge! Truffle butter!!!!"
"This is our favorite steakhouse in Seattle and one of the best steaks that you'll ever have. The way that they cook and season the steaks is how they get so much flavor. The sides are good too and the dessert is also yummy. I also really like their happy hour menu as they have several choices that aren't on the regular menu. Overall, classic steakhouse with top notch service."
"Ok, just to clarify, I only ordered fries and sparkling water, but the fries were AWESOME, and the sparkling water was, well, sparkly. The waitress was so friendly and accommodating that one couldn't help but love her. I went with my motorcycle group, so we went to the Banquet Room. The room is super cool, made even cooler because it overlooks the horse arena. That being said, it did smell as such, but not enough to kick off any stars. There was such a chill vibe that we all felt comfortable (not a bad way to f"
"Great atmosphere, excellent food, so nice to have such a quaint, comfortable, and relaxing restaurant in Maple Valley."
"Literally still drooling over this dinner! First off, the place is a little difficult to get to, we definitely got lost getting there, but the place was worth it. The location is beautiful as it is right on the water. We had a party of 13 people and they were super accommodating as we booked the reservation the same day. They have a variety of drinks and cocktails, although I stuck to a glass of Champagne ($12 a glass). Some of us did get appetizers including the lobster bisque, the calamari, and the crab cakes, all were delicious! For my main course I went with the 7oz filet and lobster with garlic butter and it was to die for. The meat was so tender and flavorful it honestly didn't even need the butter. The lobster tail was not fishy or tough which I often run into. I basically licked my plate clean on this meal. I cant speak for the desserts as I was so full from the meal, but they had a decent variety of after dinner drinks and desserts to pick from. I would 100% come back here the next time I am in Seattle!"
"Came here on opening day 11/7!Was very excited because Arnie's that was here before was my family's favorite restaurant and we'd go probably every other week and most special occasions. At 4pm I asked to make a reservation for 18 people for 8pm the same night and they somehow were able to do it! We all were so happy and thought it was fate! We were celebrating 4 people's birthdays LOL. As we had so many people on opening night, there was a long wait. Should be expected considering the circumstance. Our waiter, Pete, was AMAZING. He moved tables for us, took everyone's order, and it was great. With the big table it got pretty loud (not sure how they could've fixed that it was the room acoustics) but he was super patient. I probably had a bite of everything on the menu. Crab cakes were delicious, calamari was amazing, potato rolls were decent but the butter was too sweet for most people at the table. Bacon jam spread was pretty nom nom yum. Alaskan Halibut was devoured. Pasta nera might have been a bit too much for me (could be the squid ink smell). I think it would've been better if it was just a regular kind of noodle. GET THE BRUSSEL SPROUTS PERIOD. My cousin got the New York and she didn't really think it had enough flavor. She tried the dipping sauce but is super sensitive to spice and thought it was too spicy. Dessert time. Was all pretty great! The cobbler granola was pretty crunchy crunch crunch (hard). Not bad for the opening night!"
"I visited Black Diamond Grill on Sunday night with friends, and the experience was fantastic! We were seated right away around 6pm. The server was very friendly and offered us small tastings of the bottled wines we were interested in before we committed to one for the evening. The food was absolutely delicious. I loved my angel hair Margherite. There were great tomato and garlic flavors, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. My fiancé ordered the cowboy steak with shrimp, which came with mashed potatoes and veggies. His steak was cooked just as requested. For dessert, we had the tiramisu, which was sweeter than most tiramisus we had in the past, but it was one of my favorites. The texture was perfect. We will definitely be back next time we visit Black Diamond!"
"I want to start this review off by saying, Whiskey Prime has not always been a five star experience to me.When they first opened somewhere around 5 years ago I was consecutively disappointed by both the cocktails and the steaks that would arrive at our table (although the burger was quite good, that wasn't the reason you make reservations and a steakhouse)HOWEVER! This most recent trip, deciding to give it another try after stumbling upon a significantly refreshed menu online came back with a much different experience.Posting in order and with pictures associated for most things we had, I will start by saying every single thing exceeded all expectation in flavor and quality.Starting off with an Artichoke Bread accompanied by a handcrafted whipped balsamic butter, this was a combination of words and flavors I have never experienced and came as a recommendation of our bartender so I didn't want to decline. Soft, Warm, Airy, Rich, Light, Fluffy all around a great starter. (Thank you Rachel)Moving right in to the Barrel Aged Manhattan, consisting of both Bourbon and Rye from our local Woodinville distillery, along with their cherry bitter and Creme de Cerise -- I am very picky when it comes to my Manhattans, and this was in the top two I have had the pleasure of enjoying in my adult dining lifetime.-- The Front of House Manager Chris Bertrand and I went in to great depth on the curation of their cocktail recipes, the decision making process and their impressive selection of harder to find spirits. His knowledge and commitment to quality made this experience an over the top joy. From there who were we to say no to a Roasted Garlic Bone Marrow, for those of you unfamiliar this is a rich and buttery spreadable that comes with toasted Baguette. I like mine with a pinch of fresh ground black pepper and this was perfectly prepared. Then a small intermission with half Caesar. Fresh, crispy with a delightful in house dressing. Now, for the good stuff. We moved in to an item on the menu that kept jumping out, this was "The Chairman" an 18 ounce dry aged ribeye, smoked with bourbon aged oak chips and brushed wit ah 12 year aged balsamic. Trying to relay the complexities of flavor that this steak exudes is difficult, but I believe the description of what went in to her preparation is fitting. A little smokey, a little sweet and a touch of salt. Very happy with this as our main course. Finally for dessert, we moved on to another bartender recommendation. This time in the form a 4 ounce A5 Wagyu accompanied by a smoked Celtic salt and an aged soy. both of the the latter you just barely introduce as to not dilute the magnificent flavor of Wagyu on it's own. This was melt in your mouth, cooked to perfection, savor every bite. We can only hope that this remains or returns to the special menu as I have every intention to coming back, if just for this snack on it's own.Again thank you Chris and Rachel, phenomenal job done even in the middle of what was noticeably a substantial rush, you made us feel catered to and didn't miss a beat. See you soon,"
