We had breakfast at Splash this morning for the first time!! We ordered a side of crispy potatoes/toast & jam and crispy back and chorizo and eggs. My boyfriend's food was perfect but mine didn't have much flavor very disappointing so I love me some chorizo and eggs. The waiter was very friendly but didn't come around often to fill drinks and all we had was water. It was a nice experience but if I have to be honest will probably not go back.

Horrible service to the point where we were late for other things because of how long we waited to place orders as well as to get the check. Food was good for a hotel, but wouldn't go out of the way. Cocktails didn't taste anything like described.

Decent place for a quick healthy meal and a pint at the Bellevue Club. Service is slow and food seems to always taste like its been sitting out for some time. It's ok as a convenience if you're at the gym, but otherwise there are so many better options close by

Splash is a casual restaurant inside the Bellevue Club for a quick bite. My favorite is their fish & chips, and my other choice is their Caesar salad with salmon. There is outside sitting, they have an eating counter overlooking the indoor swimming lanes. The service can be slow at times but the staffs are friendly and attentive. Enjoy ...

Wow Splash has such a bad rep on Yelp! It's so interesting because over the past 20 years at the Bellevue Club I've come here so often and it's always been fantastic. The food here is pretty good and the prices are so much lower than comparable places in Bellevue (I'm assuming you are paying the difference in membership dues). The service is a little challenging at times, but they have to deal with high maintenance people (like myself to be honest) all day. Anyway that being said my last visit I had the Salmon (which I had them make a keto version of the dish for me) and it was fantastic. The seaweed was delicious and the salmon was cooked perfectly! My mom got the salad and it was also perfect. I was really impressed at how delicious and inexpensive everything was. Also, in the summer, get a virgin mojito. They are $2 and the perfect refreshing drink in the sun!

Mediocre place inside of a nice Hotel/Club. Service was incredibly slow.Except the main waiter, all the other people didn't seem to make any effort to do a good job and treat the customers well. After we had our brunch, we waited over 15min to get our bill and we asked it for 2 different people who did not bring it. Our waiter disappeared after he brought the bill. We ended writing on the bill what was the final amount and talked to the Hotel front desk to check if that was ok. Pretty poor service.Food was mediocre. My mushroom omelette had not taste... not even the potatoes. The ambiance itself was ok as well. There might be a pool in front of the big glass, but we can't see it from inside.

I really wanted to like this place because everything else about hotel bellevue was exceptional. Our group of 4 included a newlywed couple who had gotten married at hotel bellevue, bride's friend from korea and myself. First mishap was when i ordered an ice cream cone for breakfast.. "we dont have cones." Then why is it on your menu?We ordered the benedict, scramble, french toast, and omelet. The food looked good and we were excited to get to eating. I asked for hotsauce and they brought me a near empty bottle of Cholula. Common sense says grab a different bottle, but it seems "serving" in service industry is not in the servers' job description. Strike 2.Strike 3.. hair in my scramble. The server had the nerve to ask why i ate a quarter of the food before bringing this to his attention. Umm.. maybe because the hair was cooked IN the egg and not ON it.

Athletic/social club restaurants are often plagued with mediocre food at unreasonably high prices, but I can truly say that Splash is (for the most part) an exception to this stereotype. My family and I dined here two Monday nights in a row in order to watch the subsequent Michigan College Football Playoff games (I will not apologize for being a Michigan fan, even though we were staunchly in Husky territory). Splash is well-equipped with four humongous flat-screen TVs, all of which were playing the football games when we arrived. The space is aquatic-themed, with mosaic pieces reminiscent of pool-tiling lining the wall, and comfy booths laid out towards the center of the space to allow for easy TV-viewing. Additionally, there's an expansive floor-to-ceiling window displaying natural light and a view of their outdoor pool (which would be much more impressive in the summer, and not the dead darkness of December!). Despite the game being on, there was no wait for a table either time (both around 4-7pm). We were immediately seated by a friendly hostess, and on our first visit, the three of us shared their Grande Nachos ($17.50), complete with black beans, monterey jack cheese, cheddar cheese, pickled jalapeo & onion, olives, avocado, chipotle aioli, and roasted tomato salsa. You can add protein options for an additional charge, but since this was a game-watching snack, we just ordered the standard version. We were pleasantly surprised by these nachos: it was truly a generous portion, and it was neither overly greaasy nor bland. The tortilla chips had a good crunch, the cheese was melted and not congealed, and the dish was pleasantly complemented by the acidity of the pickled jalapeños, onions, and olives! The avocado was a bit strange, and we would have preferred guacamole, since the avocados were just kind of...warm and there, but that's a small thing. The chipotle aioli was also a nice touch! The next game, we dined at Splash for dinner, so we were able to sample their entrees - there's a pretty good range of dishes for every diner, such as salads and grain bowls for healthier fare, and more bar-type food for those craving something a little heavier. They also have some good happy-hour deals if you go from 3-5pm on weekdays! My dad ordered the Spinach and Mushroom Pizza ($21), topped with "button mushrooms, olive oil, mozzarella, garlic, red pepper flakes, fresh spinach." They weren't kidding about the spinach - it's topped with a heaping pile! The earthiness of the mushrooms added a depth of flavor, especially combined with the roasted garlic and hot red pepper flakes, but the crust was a little doughy, and we wished they had done a little more with the spinach instead of just dumping it on raw. Overall, not bad for a country club pizza, and it was plenty for one person (my brother actually polished off the last two slices). My brother ordered the Sizzling Fajitas with Achiote Chicken ($21 for the chicken - you can get it with other protein options as well). This comes with black beans, cotija, roasted tomato salsa, avocado, chipotle crema, pickled onion, cabbage, and tortillas - a pretty similar flavor combination to their nachos. The platter comes out steaming and sizzling, and my brother enjoyed making his own tacos with the variety of toppings, though I will note this was not enough food for him (but honestly, what is for a 16-year-old boy?).My mom and I both ordered small-portion salads with chicken. I ordered a small Crunchy Chop Salad ($11 for small, $7 extra for chicken breast) withromaine, cabbage, carrots, red bell peppers, cilantro, green onions, edamame, crispy wontons, cashews, orange Supremes, sesame seeds, and a soy-ginger dressing. I asked for dressing on the side, and they were more than willing to accommodate me! I really enjoyed my salad - it was a very large portion for the "small" size, and there was a good amount of textural contrast, as well as a nice sweetness from oranges and acidity from the soy-ginger dressing. The vegetables also tasted quite fresh. Additionally, the chicken breast in both of our salads was pre-sliced, nicely cooked (tender and well-seasoned) and a good size.My mom ordered a small Cobb salad ($10 for small, $7 extra for chicken breast) with hard-boiled egg, avocado, gorgonzola, cherry tomato, bacon, iceberg lettuce, and balsamic vinaigrette. Her salad looked a lot smaller than mine, and they were much less generous with the toppings. Additionally, her lettuce didn't look as fresh, which was a bit strange. She said that the balsamic vinaigrette was good, but she wasn't full after finishing her dish.Overall, our food at Splash was solid if not stellar, service was fast and friendly, and the prices weren't outrageous. Obviously, we wouldn't go out of our way to dine here, but it's a great place to grab a bite post-workout/watching a sports game/if you're in the club in general!

You must be a member or guest to dine here, I don't see this on their website and didn't find this out until trying to dine here. They should make this clear on their dining page so others don't waste their time as I did.

The food here is consistently so underwhelming and always takes a long time to arrive. Even things like nachos and fajitas aren't good. The turkey sandwich is okay but has a laughably small amount turkey it. The burgers are pretty terrible too. The fish and chips is a good item. It's unfortunate that it's always so disappointing because it would be so convenient to dine here with our family after swimming. The servers are very friendly.
