"Really like the options they had for dessert. Though they have three main items: shaved ice, toast, and bubble waffle, they have a lot of different creation/flavors to pick from. We tried their mango shaved ice, and their banana crumble bubble waffle. My kids devoured it so fast, I'm lucky I even got to try some! Bubble waffle was a great texture, but I also believe this is because we ate it right away. Good, creaminess for the shaved ice, and good flavors too. The condensed milk is served on the side, so you can have better control of the sweetness level. Service was good, quick and friendly. Price is on the steeper side. I do wish they had some savory options. Like fries/y fries. Just something to cut the sweetness. I would come back to try their bubble tea. Nom nom. Good option here. There's also retail parking in their building."

Visit Restaurant Page"So many yummy sounding treats, but I think I chose all the wrong things. I wanted to try a Croffle (croissant waffle), and decided on the Banana Nutella one, but they were out, and just went with the Lotus Biscoff one. I thought it said on the menu that it came with whipped cream, but it was more of the heavy sweet cream. So, the cream was a bit too sweet and too much for me on the croffle. And not sure if it's supposed to be warm, but I think it would have tasted better warm. I've had croissant waffles before, and I felt like the texture of this one was a bit hard and dry. It was really hard to cut into pieces with a fork; had to use my fingers to help rip apart. I also got a strawberry bubble tea, but I didn't realize it would be a milk tea instead of a fruit tea bubble tea. I don't like milk teas, so I didn't end up drinking it. Also got a cup of the soft serve ice cream, and with that, we were able to enjoy the whole thing. I'd give the place another chance and try something else."
"Ordered the Tamarind drink and cheeto corn. Both were yummy however, the only reason I am taking off a star is because it took more than 25 mins to get the stuff. It's understandable though since it's a one woman show. The lady is sweet and works really hard ! It's a lot out of the way anyway, so we might visit back only when we are in the area. I might probably try the Mangonado and another flavor of the corn the next time."
"I had been wanting to try this place for a while and finally had the chance after visiting the Bellevue Botanical Garden last weekend. We came in for lunch and ordered by kiosk at the front counter. I ordered the spicy chicken egg sandwich plus a matcha bomb, then took a seat at the high table by the windows to wait. The wait wasn't too long, and my food and drink were served on a little wooden tray. I was looking forward to having an egg toast experience like I had when I was living in Korea, but unfortunately I have to say I was disappointed in the one I got. The chicken was thick but not wide, so it was basically a 2-bite chunk which left me with soggy bread for the rest of the sandwich. The brioche roll was.. unrolling while I ate, so as I was holding it, there would just be strips of bread that would unfurl with each bite. The egg had no flavor, so it all came down to the sauce that was drizzled on top, which was a nicely spiced sauce. I'd be willing to give another flavor a try, but would not be making my way back to Bellevue just to do that. The matcha bomb was good - it was matcha with a shot of espresso. It seemed like there may have been black sesame in it? Either that or a TON of espresso bean flakes made their way into the drink. My friend had gotten a matcha latte, which was a bit confusing as she ended up with very light green milk, essentially (minimal matcha flavor).Overall, it was so-so. Satisfied the hunger though."
"Seattle has a fair share of aesthetic cafes and desserts, fortunately distributed around the greater Seattle area. This one is located a bit more north, in Edmonds, while there are other ones like Onit in Federal Way, Kakigori Cafe, and Snowy Village in Seattle. Each has its own charm, with this one serving various desserts, most of which are coffee (specifically einspanner), croffles (croissant waffles), and bingsoo. I tried the black sesame einspanner, ube ice cream croffle, brown cheese ice cream croffle with nutella, and mango bingsoo here. Each of these is served in a nice tray with some old articles underneath as decor. The einspanner is really good and fairly strong, but definitely a lot sweeter than the ones I have had in its origin when I was in Vienna. I do love the aesthetics and the shovel to just eat the cream which has an apparent black sesame flavor but not overpowering the drink. The croffles were also pretty good. The ice cream contrasts with the warm croffle, and the croffle is buttery and soft. It is a bit on the sweeter side so one order can feed 2 people or more, unless you have a sweet tooth. I liked the ube one a bit more than the brown cheese one.The bingsoo was a bit of a miss. The mango was overly ripe and had a weird aftertaste which is not reminiscent of fresh mango slices. The bingsoo was a bit light and the condensed milk on the side adds some sweetness to it. We only needed to pour a little since we preferred less sweet for the desserts overall.Overall, this is a pretty aesthetic cafe that is ideal for both small and large groups (though it can get a little busy), so it is good for catching up or dates."
"After seeing a movie, two friends and I came to Snowy Village to grab dessert! Apparently, many others had the same idea as It was packed at 10:00P on a summer Saturday. I've actually never had Korean shaved ice (bingsoo) before, so this was something to cross off my list! There were a couple groups in front of us, but once we reached the self-order screen, we selected one bingsoo (they were sadly out of the mango flavor) and some taiyaki, then stepped outside to wait. Luckily, we got an outdoor table belonging to the neighboring Xian Noodles which was closed by that time. Considering the crowd, our order was ready pretty quickly after about 10 minutes. + STRAWBERRY BINGSOO ($14.99, regular size): The shaved ice itself was so fine and powdery with a very subtle vanilla-ish flavor. Since it's made up of 100% milk and condensed milk, it is fairly creamy as it melts in your mouth, however, it doesn't have much taste on its own. The strawberry swirls and fresh strawberries added most of the flavor and sweetness. I found the sweetness level to be just right and this was a pretty refreshing dessert overall. The bingsoo came topped with an excessive amount of whipped cream on top, but I'm definitely not complaining about that!+ TAIYAKI (3 for $13.50): I only tried the red bean taiyaki, whereas my friends got the custard and Nutella. Instead of the typical pancake-like batter that comprises most taiyakis, these were similar to a flaky croissant! It was so crispy, light and piping hot inside. I enjoyed the red bean filling which gushed out as I bit into it. It contained whole beans rather than being a paste. This was a delicious way to end the evening! I would say the "regular" size bingsoo is perfect for two people to split, but the three of us were satisfied after splitting one since we each also ate a taiyaki. When looking around, most tables ordered two or three different bowls of bingsoo and shared them. The price point is a little high for a bowl of icy milk with fruit, but it was tasty and satisfied our sweet tooths!"
"I came here after dining next door and got the grapefruit fruit tea with boba and the bubble waffle for dessert. The line was almost out of the door, and though there were many people, the service was slow, which caused the line to back up. The ambiance was very casual, with minimal decoration but with a decent amount of seating. Unfortunately, it took so long that the seating filled up, and I didn't want to sit in anymore. I ended up eating it off the property instead. The bubble waffles and the tea were good, but this slow service prevented me from returning."

The bingsuu dessert was soo tasty!!! The flavors we got were berrylicious, matcha, and chocolate brownie. I liked eating the berrylicious strawberry binsgu in conjunction with the chocolate brownie. Such a good combo. I forgot to get a drink to take home so will definitely be back to try some of their drinks and more delicious desserts. The dessert toast looked intriguing!!

This cafe is located in the AsEAN StrEAT food hall in downtown Seattle. We ordered the mango bingsu, but there are many other items on the menu such as boba drinks, toast, and croffles. There was only one person working when we went and there is minimal seating in that area. The shaved ice was okay, I wished there was more fresh mango and it was pretty small for the price. There was mini mochi and jelly included as well. I would go elsewhere for bingsu if you prefer more fresh fruit.

The customer service is soooo good! They're the nicest owners I've ever met. The esquite is so delicious it has the right amount of everything. Also an FYI they are moving from the current gas station location to another gas location more up the street. So if you don't find them at the first location look at the next gas station up/down the street.

(Overall: 3.5) Aesthetics and menu of Our Place Dessert Cafe drew me in - I've been dying for a cafe like this in our area so we took a drive to visit! We went on a Saturday and as we expected, it was pretty busy. Inside is spacious with various sized tables. We were lucky that a table had some open seats and took those. We got the Blanc Pistachio Einspanner and Oreo Einspanner, as well as the Strawberry Croffle. Presentation was beautiful and the little postcards on the trays were a cute touch. We really enjoyed both, but they were a bit sweet for our liking Croffle was made fresh so it was still crispy and hot! I honestly would really enjoy a plain one of these, or one of the less sweet options next time I go, if it's something they offer. Another thing I really liked was that the Blanc Pistachio was COVERED in tons of pistachios. I'd be interested to try a variety of their menu because of the unique options. The only downside was the volume of people and many groups taking up seats for long periods of time. We were barely finishing the Croffle when an employee asked us if we'd move so a larger group could sit at the table we were at. It left me feeling a bit disappointed and rushed...

We recently tried snow village and we loved it so much, the place was very clean, the owners were so nice and they even allowed a service dog to stay inside the place. They close pretty late which was a great option too for our friends! We love the place and what we like about it was that the desserts were not too sweet! The place was packed also for a cold winter night but we didn't mind waiting. The owners were really nice and answered all our questions too! We love this place and will definitely come back!
Visit Restaurant Page"My Family and I tried Fruit Mangonada, Barri Mangonada, the Pina loca, and a coconut raspado. They were all way above expectations. The servings were very generous, the service was friendly, the ingredients were quality, and most of all I haven't had a raspado that good since Mexico many years ago. I highly recommend"
"Go here.So this isn't a cute little ice cream shop - Seattle Sorbets is run by the food entrepreneur and proprietor of a small but mighty commercial kitchen rental in West Seattle, very easy to get to - so you will be buying prepacked pints of sorbet to go from a commercial kitchen's door. This does mean that they are the perfect temperature to eat once you get home.We came home with the Seattle Restaurant Week special (seriously, go now and get this, it's worth it) as well as pints of the other two flavors they make. The Mango Sunset was co-opted by someone in the house and they have clearly spelled out that they are NOT sharing it and no one else can eat it. It is delicious, a delicate mango flavor with a raspberry swirl that has already been mined out of the mango by the non-sharing-person.The Chocolate sorbet ... wow. I usually dislike chocolate sorbets and this one is rich and toothsome and deliciously chocolatey. It is excellent. It meets and exceeds the chocolate happiness bar.The Raspberry Merlot is a yummy, fully flavored raspberry; the Orange Champagne is delicious and would be perfect as the intermezzo palate cleanser between courses, served at a fancy restaurant. And the favorite of two other folks in the house, and that's gone already, was the Tequila Lime. Next time we go get sorbet we're going to get two pints of this one. OMG. With all of these, you can really tell that they are made with fresh juices. There's a flat processed flavor that you get out of so many lime drinks, so many lemon beverages, from tinned mangos - and the freshness of these sorbets is outstanding. I can't recommend them enough. You may need to order online and then pick up in person?"
"Always love making a stop at Chamei Matcha & Loli Waffle whenever I'm at the mall! They have so many great matcha and other desserts options - so come ready to try lots of things. The staff are friendly and ready to help you pick some delightful desserts & drinks to try! It's a spacious shop and great place to make a quick stop or chill & chat with others :)"
"Love coming here for refreshing drinks. They have such a great wide variety of drinks to snacks. It's quick and great for people who are on the go. My favorite purchase from here is the mangoloca and the diablito de mango! If you are not into spicy, zesty, sour, sweet drinks then this place wouldn't be for you but I would still recommend people to try it. They also sell food, mostly just small snack servings. I come here at least once or twice a week."
"My cousins and I came here for dessert after dinner. I've always wanted to try bingsoo, but not sure how I'd feel about it because some of some of they things that sometimes go in it. And also, most places make them kind of big, which is too much for me, or share if everyone agrees on the same flavor. So, I was really glad to see that they offer mini sizes. I ordered the Berry Bingsu and my cousins both got the Just Oreo Minis. It was tasty, and just the right amount. Definitely want to come back and try more flavors."
"I stopped by here for a quick stop before having to catch my flight at SeaTac. Such a bummer I had to vacuum up the bingsoo here. It was so good but I had to gobble it down so quickly. I couldn't finish it so I took half of it in a cup to go. The service was good and the bingsoo was brought to me after I ordered. Very refreshing treat on a hot summer day."
"I'm no stranger to sweet treats and will usually try most anyplace if I know someone that likes it . This place was recommended to me by a coworker.and I will be back MANY times to enjoy a scoop or two and try out more of the menu. Very friendly service and super clean space. Two scoops per cup, we tried a mango /Coconut and a Passionfruit /Coconut .Gummy Bears are optional topping, but everything is better with gummy bears, am I right?During our pandemic there is takeout only, which is fine by me. Also it is cash only. Not sure if that is the case all of the time or something just during our current situation or not, but be prepared."
"Super cute Korean cafe in UP! Tried the injolmi smoothie, blueberry smoothie and their lychee ade. All very delicious! In the photo is the injolmi and blueberry smoothie, it's the traditional Korean shaved ice dessert but in a cup! Both super good! Didn't get the lychee ade in the photo because we drank it so fast haha. Definitely would recommend trying this place out, friendly staff and efficient service!"
"Café Haslla is a cute savory and sweets café in First Hill. For food items, they serve waffles topped with sweets or with savories. For a cold treat, they serve a variety of bingsu (Korean style shaved snow). And they serve a variety of beverages, both hot and cold. The café is plenty big enough with seats. It is not limited to grab-and-go only. The interior is clean and modern. Several tables were jiggly and needs some adjustments. Otherwise, I thought the interior serves its purpose. We ordered at the counter with a nice young lady, then we pick up our food at the counter also. The Food:Chicken Mozzarella Waffle, $6.95 - 4 StarsWe were pleasantly surprised when they asked if we want chips or salad with that. The salad had an amazingly delicious salad dressing. (I think it's Asian sesame but what brand???) The waffle is a big-snack size or small-lunch size. If you have a smaller appetite, I think this is a great little meal. The chicken was a good size, white meat piece.Red Bean Mania Bingsu, $7.95 - 4 StarsThis is the first place I know that is selling what I consider to be a personal size bingsu, vs. the more common bowl size. Served in a beverage cup, the red bean mania has red bean, soy bean powder, and vanilla ice cream. The texture maintains a snow consistency with just a touch of creaminess from the ice cream. It is packed in a bit denser than other bingsus I have had. A bit fluffier would be good. The sweetness is at East Asian standards, which is very good in my book. It was quite cold eating it in November, but we still enjoyed every bite."
"Bubble tea is still bae and Oasis seems to have updated their menu recently to include more drink and topping options! They also replaced their old handwritten/printed patchwork menu and it is very clear and easy to read now. Quality continues to stay consistently high and the only downside is that they seem to be shortstaffed, so lines and wait times can get gnarly. But they are hiring! Considering how overwhelming keeping orders flowing quickly and accurately can be, the staff are very well trained and do a great job accommodating the situation. Just be patient with them or order ahead online and do pick up - you can skip the line!"
"Firstly, if you were here awhile back, this location is revamped, eliminating hot foods, now serving desserts with a bakery section only. The focus of their desserts are Cantonese/Hong Kong style. This is a big distinction vs. the other Asian sweet shops popping up in the area, many are Taiwanese. The warm purple rice with mango is amongst my favorite - execution and flavor. The purple rice is soft and a touch warm - perfect! The honey mango (SE Asian vs. Mexican) is currently in season which is the only way to eat this dish. The light coconut sauce is not as thick and sweet as Thai style, which is also a signature of the HK style. The combination is wonderful as every bite of the rice can be covered with the coconut sauce.Next up, the mango sago. The only thing you'll want differently is more. Some places cheap out this dish by replacing some of the mango sauce with cream sauce. That's a no no. The taste combination is perfect. Again, best to eat this when honey mango is in season.Next, ginger milk custard. This is a very traditional dessert. You have to like ginger to appreciate this. She does this dish wonderfully in the traditional manner - serving a dish of ginger sauce, pouring the warm milk into the dish of ginger sauce in front of you, covering it up, and letting the watery pudding form in minutes.Last, probably the most 'commercial', is the shaved snow, and it's very refreshing. Multiple flavors to choose from and one topping. I picked the blueberry and mango popping boba. Definitely try this place. There are very few true HK style dessert shops in the area, and this place's dishes are easily better than some I've tasted in the Bay Area."
"I've heard people talk about this corn stand food stuck when they mention the Taqueria La Fondita taco truck next to it. After eating our tacos there we went next door to check this place out. They sell corn-on-the-cob, corn in a cup, and a variety of fruits in a cup. We got the hot cheetos esquite ($6.30 for a medium) which consisted of corn, mayonnaise, cheese, and hot cheetos dust. The mayonnaise really brought everything together and I liked the cheese. I would've preferred if it was in a wider cup or bowl so there was more of the hot cheetos dust because the ratios didn't match up with the corn. Also, it was definitely canned corn and not roasted but still good. There's no dedicated eating area but I imagine most people (like us) just eat in covered area next to the taco truck."
"It took me a awhile to work up the nerve to visit Las Fridas. The shop sits in a strip mall with a busy parking lot and a notoriously transient vibe. But eventually I couldn't say "no" to the pull of Mexican street food-inspired snacks and desserts. The first thing I ordered was the Dulce Conchita, a beautifully purple-hued pan dulce filled with Nutella, strawberries, and whipped cream. This combination is dynamite! This will forever be my go-to sweet at this shop. I also ordered a mango on a stick. They put it in a styrofoam container to make it easier to carry if you take it to-go. The mango wasn't quite ripe but that didn't stop me from eating all of it. I really missed these and they're not easy to find (cries in Californian). I look forward to the season for them so that I can get a fully ripe one.On a subsequent visit, my husband got the novel pepihuate: a cucumber halved, seeded, and filled with peanuts, chamoy, lime sorbet, and Tajín. I know he liked it because he offered one bite and then it disappeared. On that visit I tried the chilaquiles (which were in a cup and a snack item, not a breakfast item). Next time I will try one of their fruit bowls topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, or a mangonada. I noted that they have various savory snacks as well. The people in the store are always nice and friendly, and I haven't had a problem with parking in the parking lot or the many characters that hang out around this area downtown. If you're concerned about parking in the lot, there is plenty of street parking along Colby. And if you'd like to stay home, you can order via app. But please order. I hope these folks stay in business for a long time."
"Yummy yummy bingsu!! I got a combo bingsu allowing me to try two different flavors. I got the mango bingsu (always a classic flavor) and the injeolmi bingsu (kind of like a sweet rice cake flavor). Both were really good flavors and the amount of toppings to shaved ice were the perfect ratio. Service was great too and were relatively quick with our bingsu order. Ambiance is nice too, good for groups of people to sit and chat but there are also some smaller tables if you were looking for a nice cafe to sit in. There's a lot of natural lighting making the vibes just so good and cozy. Definitely a must try!"
