We have been to Rustic Cork a couple of times not and really enjoyed it both times. There is seating both inside and outside.Both times, initial service was poor, but once they came we received our food and drinks quickly. On the second visit they had live music with a guy playing Eagles and Country music who was really good.They have a featured wine tasting of five wines we had both times. The first was bubbly and the second had two red, two white, and a bubbly. The have about 1.5-2 ounce pours and the presentation is very nice. The only ones we were not crazy about were the two whites, but otherwise the choices were really good.All the food has been great. The charcuterie board is excellent and such a good fit with the wine. We particularly liked the cheeses, but every part of it was delicious and we finished it all. On another trip, we had the burrata board that was also really nice also, particularly the crostini. I loved the prosciutto pairing there also.On another trip, I had a triple cheese panini (which is kind of a grilled cheese sandwich), but super tasty, the grilled bread was perfection. My friend also really enjoyed her Mediterranean wrap.In addition to live music, they also have other events like Sip and Paint along with trivia nights we look forward to trying out. It is definitely worth a visit.

Tuesday. Beat the Geek Trivia Night. https://beatthegeektrivia.com/ excellent flatbread and sangria. Great service! Truffle parm popcorn is sooo good along with any of the flatbreads. I've had Prosciutto Arugula and Pepperoni Red Pepper and Chicken Bacon Ranch and Truffle Mushroom --- all are excellent!!! Dates are great! We try to get something new each time. Flatbread is great for 1 hungry person or 2. Berry sangria is ok. They have a great assortment of wines; hence the name. super fun Tuesday night. Get there early to grab a table!

Good first experience, great flight of Washington wines, and classic seat-yourself bistro vibes. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable but very busy and appeared to be the only server there at the moment (Friday late afternoon for happy hour). We ordered the spinach dip from the special menu and it was delicious even if a bit smaller portion than expected (the ramekin was adorable though), and it was pretty neat having towers of wine samples :) There was a larger party there and it started to fill in a bit which made the noise quite noticeable, and they charge an automatic 20% gratuity on parties of six or more. We're looking forward to going back to try more of the menu and a full glass of wine (or two)!

It's always nice when a new Bar opens locally. This was our first visit to Rustic Wine Bar. A really nice place with a great atmosphere. We didn't eat food this time but every dish that came out looked mighty tempting. Surroundings are convivial and conversation easy. A perfect place to chill out enjoy a nice glass of wine and chat. Watch for further reviews when we sample the food. Happy hour is 3-6.00pm. with good discounts to the wine and certain dishes. Highly recommended.

The service was wonderful, and we enjoyed everything we had, especially the bruschetta and sparkling rosé. The decor and ambiance are really nice, and it's a great place to relax after a long day.

Great ambience and yummy food. Went for HH to celebrate a friend's birthday and we had a great time! Love that Mill Creek has more dining options

Okay the events are awesome. Trivia night is a blast and just did a sip and paint and that was a great girls night. My only thing is it's expensive to eat and drink. $30 for a salad is a lot!! And would suggest buying a bottle of wine it's more cost effective than doing by the glass. They are kinda sneaky when it comes to the prices! Read the small print. Service was awesome!

Updating my review to 5* because Kelsey did the right thing to make me feel valued and important.I stopped in to grab my to-go slice of cheesecake. My cheesecake was infinitely visually appealing than my last slice. Made each bite that much more enjoyable.Thank you, Rustic Wine, for listening and caring.
