Panera Bread

Wanted a quick lunch so I stopped by late morning (10:30) and placed an order for the the green goddess salad. The salad was good as usual and service was fine. When I was done I wanted to order a sandwich for the road, but it looks like they ran out of avocado 15 minutes later (sandwich order was attempted around 10:45). Weird they would be out of a main ingredient so early before the lunch rush! Overall it is a decent place for a quick lunch and its pretty consistent from store to store.

This used to be a favorite spot. Declining quality of food and user-hostile ordering kiosks turned this once-friendly neighborhood cafe into a walk-in vending machine. Terrible terrible terrible.

The food tasted healthy and good. Nothing special or too memorable. I must say that for almost $12, I thought the Baja bowl would have more. I knocked down two stars because the service was extremely slow and inefficient. I Used their self serve machine quickly. They even have a queue board showing where you are in the line. When I got to the top of the line, I still waited for 10 minutes. In total, I waited about 25 minutes for the take out. They lack servers.

Ordered 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad. Turkey and bacon sandwich was inedible. Turkey looked like a slice of bologna. There was no bacon. Took it back. The person at the counter said there was bacon. He looked. No bacon. Asked if I wanted bacon?! Yes. He reached into a bin and put on two tiny pieces of ..........!All for 20.00

Slow slow slow, is funny how they tryna offer me a 55k Manager spot , want me come take care of the mess , come on like for a sandwich ( they named it salad , who knows why) they took more than 25min to make it .......Jeeez , for all the place I manage , the food took no longer than 10min , get better come on !!

Panera has decent food but the service is inconsistent. Also, they can work on getting the place to look and feel cleaner. The Woodinville location is a typical location that does not wow or impress.

DON'T GO TO THIS PANERA.The first time I came here was a few months ago and I ordered the roasted Turkey & avocado BLT. It literally looked like someone had thrown it together. Whoever made my sandwich must've been having a bad day and took it out on my poor sandwich. The second time coming here(today) I ordered the Asian sesame salad with chicken and a small mac n cheese. I didn't think to check the bag at the restaurant because I trusted them and only ordered two items. I get home and discovered that they forgot my mac n cheese(HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT). The salad was just okay and the dressing tasted like it had artificial sweetener in it. YIKES. I am honestly so mad that they forgot my macaroni because I paid for it and tipped them!!!! I will not be returning.

Don't like the new menu. Most of our favorites are gone. Got the new Tomato Basil BLT and Corn Chowder tonight. The sandwich was awful. Nothing like the photo at the register. 1 thin tomato slice (the photo shows 2 thicker slices), bits of bacon (not bacon slices like the photo) and a small amount of cooked lettuce? The photo shows a thick scrumptious looking sandwich but the actual sandwich was thin, maybe 3/4 inch with little flavor. Such a disappointment. The corn chowder was OK but the portion was small. Why not fill the cup closer to the top? My wife had the same 1/2 sandwich and aa bowl of the tomato soup. The tomato soup was good. Bottom line...$35 for 2 lousy half sandwiches a cup of corn chowder and a decent bowl of tomato soup & chips. The price was ok if the food had been better. Been coming here for years. Doubt we will come back soon. PS. Don't like the remodel either. Feel like we are sitting under a spotlight. Why so bright? Plus everything in there is now white too. The fireplace is gone as well. Just too stark, bright and cold.

Who knew Panera added much more to its menu, it's been quite some time since I've been at these type of restaurants. *I personally love the layout and colors of this place, it's the type that where it's also classified (to me) as fast food & cafe material. *The food itself was pretty decent! The teriyaki bowl had kicks of flavor & more available toppings to add compared to others. Juicy. More tender. The salad with edamame made it 5x better for me, specifically I don't believe this item could taste bad or outdated, everything looked fresh and tasted that way as well.*I refuse to give this more then 3 stars though due to the high pricing of the items, quality matches the pricing but the quantity does not and I refuse to rate any place higher then 3 from now on due to this issue. This was not filling to me and I expect that from any place I order from.

TL;DR: Just your average ol' Panera. If you get a salad, ask for the dressing to be on the side, I always find the greens to be drenched in too much fluid (for me at least). I walked in and ordered ToGo, which took 15-20 minutes before my food came out at 7pm on a Wednesday. At least for me, I expected to receive my order sooner than that because there was no one dining in. Granted there may have been online orders they were filling.Parking: shared lot.Atmosphere: quiet, no one dines in here it seems. All I saw were people going in and out grabbing online orders.Menu: posted above the register or you can order at the kiosks on your left as soon as you enter. Citrus Asian Crunch Salad with Chicken: Nothing about the salad really wowed me and there was an extreme lack of kale. It consisted mainly of romaine lettuce. Nothing like the "photos" on the app. It was filling nonetheless and had good flavor from the citrus dressing. I opted for the dressing and teriyaki sauce to be on the side and I'm glad I did -- I didn't use the teriyaki sauce and only used a 1/2 container of the two containers they provided.
