"Walking into this quirky joint feels like stepping into a friend's living room, if your friend happened to be an avant-garde artist with a penchant for pasta. This is where culinary whimsy meets comfort food bliss in the heart of Seattle's eclectic landscape. We ordered the Forest Floor Frenzy, which was divine. The wild mushrooms paired with the crunchy walnuts in a creamy sherry sauce, while the housemade parpadelle ribbon pasta provided the perfect canvas for this gastronomic masterpiece. And let's not forget the chicken, tender and flavorful, adding a delightful twist to an already enchanting dish. My companion chose My Blue Pasgetti, which was described as too tasty with its Pacific prawns paired in a luxurious creamy rosemary and blue cheese sauce, with hints of nutmeg and roasted garlic weaving throughout, plus the housemade pancetta added a salty-sweet kick that elevated every bite. I'm in love. It's not just about the food at Bizzarro, it's also the ambiance that sets it apart. From the quirky decor to the friendly staff, there's a sense of warmth and whimsy that makes you feel right at home (albeit with better food than your average kitchen would typically whip up ;))"
"Solid dumpling house on the Eastside. The owners are a wonderful couple, I have been here countless times through the years. They are still the friendliest and most hardworking owners as I have seen before. I love the steamed dumplings and XLB. This place has a great homey feel to it. Portions was great! We love it."
Wild mushrooms and walnuts foraged from the darkest woods melded with a cream sherry sauce and our house made parpadelle ribbon pasta.

Visit Restaurant Page"This Thai restaurant offers a variety of tasty food and you have many great dishes to choose from. I decided to try their Crispy Spicy Chicken and I enjoyed it. The chicken was fried well and the amount of sauce to the dish was just enough. The offer more than enough chicken to the dish and by the end of it, I was full. There are like fried basil leafs and bell peppers on the dish and I had to finish all of it because of how well they all went together. We also tried the yellow curry which was good, but not that special. The servers were friendly and helpful. They provided good service and were patient with us. The food didn't take long at all to make. The ambiance provided a good setting with nice decorations. I enjoyed the wood designs throughout the store. The restaurant had local art displayed throughout the place which I thought was cute. Heads up, the parking lot is behind the restaurant. It's cool that parking is free, but there are multiple garage bins around there. I enjoyed eating here and I would come back to try their fried rice and pad Thai."
"Got takeout twice from this place. They are busy every day of the week! The hot and spicy dry pot (vegetarian) is my absolute favorite! We asked for potatoes and that was an additional $2. It was burn my a** spicy. Will definitely go try some of the other items."
"Fast Korean food made fresh to order inside the HMart Shopping Market, food court area.Friendly service from the owner, always courteous & thankful.Prices have gone up but the portions have remained large! The Korean Kkangpunggi & General Tso Chicken are very similar in good ways ~ crisp, light batter, tender piping hot chicken, sauced just the right amount. Always too much for one sitting so the to-go box is a must for late nite snacking!A side serving of fresh kimchee is perfect with the Jjajangmyun black bean noodles ;)"
"Had the number 4 as my entree and the mango salad for the app. Man that salad was perfect. A great balance of sweet and spicy and just delicious! Loved the wontons in my soup and it came out hot!"
"3.5 Stars. Came on a Saturday evening. The menu had so much promise. Dumplings, baos, noodles, rice, and protein dishes - all my favorite things.Hits:-Soft Shell Crab Curry Fried Rice ($24) - Salty and delicious with lots of pieces of fried soft shelled crab.-Dan Dan Noodles ($16) - Super soft noodles in a flavorful sauce and minced pork.-Yunnan Ginger Mint Beef ($25) - I tried a few pieces and they were flavorful and succulent.Mixed/Okay:-Honey Walnut Prawn Buns ($10) - The table was raving over these but mine wasn't very flavorful.-Pork Belly Buns ($10) - Nothing too bad but I've just had better, more flavorful / fatty buns. And the pork was not as tender as I usually prefer.-Sichuan Pepper Tofu ($18) - These needed the dipping sauce it came with.Misses:-Chicken and Shitake Dumplings ($16) - these were somewhat disappointing :( It just lacked flavor. Loved the filling to wrapper ratio though.Nice portions. Staff was polite. Interior is trendy and stylish. Cocktail menu looked awesome too."
"Outstanding Pho!! Wonderful broth with well balanced spice and beef flavours!!Pho noodle is still al dente and with plenty of good quality beef! Friendly family business that is very busy with local crowds!Plenty of fee parking at the mall this restaurant is located!!"
"I was introducing my friend to some Vietnamese food and this place seem like a good fit. We came around lunch time and it was empty at first but then it got busy. Service was good as they refilled our water and provided us with everything we needed. I like that they have other options besides just pho, sandwiches and vermicelli bowls. Price was also super reasonable considering the portion we got. Banh beo --- this is a staple food I eat growing up so I always get excited when I see this at a restaurant. It's not the best here but it still works. They are a little chewier and plain hereBanh hoi - surprisingly there was more veggies and herbs here than noodle. I do wish the portion of each thing was more balance but it was good. The variety of toppings was good though and the protein was solid.Com tam - solid. Satisfied my craving. The fish sauce here seem sweeter than most places.Shrimp salad - good amount of shrimp. Another solid plate. Overall, I was very pleased as it was a good place to introduce someone to Vietnamese food"
"We picked up our order at Wild Ginger to go after calling in on Saturday at about 1:30. This was a good time to pick up our food because the lunch rush wasn't too busy. We ordered their chicken katsu and their spicy chicken teriyaki. These are our go to's-we have these about twice a month. Their katsu is crispy and the sauce that they use for the spicy chicken teriyaki has a nice kick!We love the dressing that their salad comes with to boot-it is good for both their greens and for their teriyaki. While we have gotten our food to go from them a couple of times, we would love to dine in one of these days. Their quality and their flavors are consistent, and they are conveniently located in downtown Renton."
"Solid noodles, but I think I might've just ordered the wrong dish so it was nothing mind blowing-ly amazing. I came on a Saturday around dinner time and expected there to be a lot of people inside but it was surprisingly empty. We were seated right away, and service was pretty fast overall. You can see them making the noodles by hand behind the clear screen.I got the three flavor noodle which was a mix of three different sauces over their signature biang biang noodles. It was zha jiang sauce, stewed pork and veggie sauce, and tomato and egg. The menu said it would have the hot oil sauce as well which is why I ordered it but it sadly didn't. The sauces were good but I'll admit it was a tad strange having all three in one since they were all so separate. Since they were also a little liquidy it made it even stranger. My friends ordered the hot oil noodles which looked really good. I'll have to try that next time!Overall, the portions and prices are reasonable especially compared to other popular hand pulled noodle places. I would give it another shot, but can only comment on the three flavor noodle this time around :)"
"Five stars for ordering to go pho. Like wow. Packaged nicely and easy to assemble at home. Check out my photos to see how I did. Flavor wise. I think maybe if I'd ordered something other than chicken the broth may have been more flavorful but for me, on this order it was good. The accompaniments helped flavor wise. The veggie egg rolls were crispy and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well organized with a nice vibe. Loads of other menu items as well. Looking forward to trying more."

Bizarro is funky, dare I even say, bizarre, little neighborhood restaurant in Wallingford serving up classic Italian food. The interior is heavily decorated in knick knacks and lots of interesting paintings and photographs. The Star Wars audio description was playing in the bathroom. Bikes hung from the ceiling. Truly bizarro. We had no reservation for a party of 4 but was able to get seated right away at around 5:30 pm. We found street parking easily across the street. We were greeted with some bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which was soft and delicious. We ordered the clam linguini and one of the seasonal specials, the butternut squash Alfredo. Both pastas were good and filling, classic but not life changing. We ordered the tiramisu for dessert, and this was not that great. It was very dense and the ladyfingers felt more like cake than cookies. There were almost no air pockets in the mascarpone. It was messing drizzled in the kind of chocolate syrup you find on ice cream sundaes. Overall, 3.5/5 stars, rounded up to 4. PS There's an unofficial game of "where's Waldo" going on as well -- we found 4!

The dumplings were delicious, but unfortunately not at a price point I'd be willing to pay at. We ordered through online, and received 6 dumplings pan fried, 6 boiled dumplings, spicy wonton (6 pc), small soup and wonton, and popcorn chicken for almost 60 bucks. This was a meal for me and my husband, and we were left still pretty hungry afterwards. I would recommend going in person - perhaps the experience will be better. Regardless, maybe I'll give this place a shot in again in the future.

I've been meaning to try out Thaprachan for a while now and finally had the chance to this past Tuesday evening. My partner and I came in around 5:30pm, it was quiet inside but there were a few customers dining in.Thai curry is one of my favourite dishes to get but I wanted to try something new, so I had ordered the Khao Soy which was a curry noodle dish. The curry soup had a nice taste but I wished it was a little thicker. I also expected there to be more noodles in this dish, but that's fine since there were other ingredients like vegetables in the dish that I could keep eating.I'm glad I got to try out Thaprachan, and since it's not too far of a drive for me I would consider coming back again to try their other dishes (especially their mango sticky rice!).

Near the Redmond Transit Center. Soft opening, not many people when we got there around 11:30 on a weekday, but as we were leaving, there was a line waiting. I hear during dinner it gets much busier. Easy to get to, but no dedicated parking spaces around. There's some street parking, but you might need to drive around a bit to find an open spot. Some people I hear park in the Park n Ride building. Don't know if that is allowed.Currently soft opening, and they are offering a complimentary 糖醋小排 Sweet and Sour Spareribs for each table. We also ordered 农家香香嘴 Country Stir-Fried with House smoked pig's snout, 酸豆角炒鸡胗Sautéed Chicken Gizzards with Pickled Long Beans, and 鱼香肉丝Sichuan Shredded Pork. The spareribs had a good flavor to it, but most of the pieces were a bit too dry and stringy. The pig snout was surprisingly good, give it a try. The shredded pork was excellent as well. Some might say it is a tad bit sweet, but I think it is a good balance to the other flavor and combined makes for a very savory dish. The chicken gizzards was okay. Probably wouldn't get it again, unless you're really into gizzards. They also seem to be pretty kid friendly. They have special dishes for kids, and also drawing tablets to keep them busy.Overall a good addition to the local food scene. Definitely prefer this location over the Factoria one. Will come back in the near future to try more of their dishes.

Have you ever been stuck with the age old question jjampong (spicy seafood soup) or jajangmyeon (black bean noodle with onions and pork)? Well look no further than Malri Hyang, a small Korean restaurant located right inside an H-Mart so you can get your grocery shopping done right after! The jjampong was packed full of flavor, spice, rich seafood, but still very light and not heavy at all. The jajangmyeon was smooth with nice chewy noodles, with the onions and pork swimming in the sauce and made for a savory complement to the jjampong. A complement because they give it to you in a combo bowl so you can get the best of both worlds!

The food is ok now not as good as I remember in the old location, but not bad. We enjoyed it. The coconut juice was so good! Skewers were also delicious. The dry noodle and lok lac were just okay. Customer service was so friendly and they the best they could to accomodate many customers at dinner.

Food here was fantastic! You must make reservations because it gets super busy especially the day of a hockey game. We came here about an hour and a half before puck drop to have a nice meal and a drink. Smaller menu served family style with great flavors. The Kraken Gong Show drink was very tasty. I loved the Honey Walnut Prawn Buns , they were picture perfect and tasted just as great! The YUNNAN CHILI BEEF was hands down my favorite thing. Disclosure Brussels are not my thing but everyone else at the table seemed to enjoy them and my husband said I had to at least try the sausage that accompanied them (BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH CHINESE SAUSAGE). Next up were the delicious PORK & TOBIKO DUMPLINGS. I could have taken down this whole plate of these bad boys myself. Perfect blend of spice and flavor. Last up was the GARLIC 3-WAY FRIED RICE it had chicken, garlic oil, fried garlic, garlic chili confit, egg, green onions. The rice was a little hard to pick up with the chop sticks because it wasn't sticky or clumped at all. Flavor was good despite all the garlic, it was not overwhelming. I'm super thankful for that since we were heading across to the hockey game to scream and shout!! Overall a wonderful meal, like I mentioned make reservations because it gets super busy and packed inside. Noise level gets pretty loud as well.

Busy night. The spouse always gets the pho. I vary and try out different things. Tried some tofu, noodles, and cold salad this time. It was delicious; however, took quite a while to come out of the kitchen - the spouse was already finished with his pho by the time I got my meal! Understandably, there are two different preparation process involved. Not sure what the solution is - except maybe wait to deliver the pho if the other entree is going to be significantly behind. Awkward! That said, always a great spot with friendly faces. And always good food.
Visit Restaurant Page"The service was good, the ambience is pretty standard - booths with paper napkins. It is very casual in nature. There were more takeout clients than dine in.The food was excellent, they nailed the 2.5 star not being overly spicy. We really enjoyed the pad thai, I know it is such a basic dish but they did it well! Really enjoyed our dinner."
"Pho is the best I have had in the area and I have been trying many places. Chicken pho has a tendency to be dry at all pho restaurants but it is NOT here. Broth is super good too. Prices are also the same or a little less than others. Parking can be tough and existing the Asian market complex has no easy way out with where it is located. Regardless, the taste is worth it. They are always friendly and happy to help. Ambiance is the same as every other pho restaurant. It is always clean as well."
"Dong Thap noodles has nice interior. Their food is delicious and a plus that they make their own noodles. I would consider this a higher end Vietnamese eateries the price definitely reflects that.We got a Large Pho with extra meat and the Vietnamese beef stew that was under the appetizers. The Pho was delicious. Their noodles are a little different than any typical pho restaurant you would go to. They are a little thicker, but I personally like them. The Vietnamese beef stew was delicious, it tasted a little sweeter than what I am used to, but still really good.Overall, this place is yummy, but definitely a little more upscale than your typical Pho restaurant. Make sure to know that before you go because the prices are a little high!"
"We did Uber Eats and got 4 things. Pho, pad thai, garlic chicken, and a chicken and shrimp dish. All were good and it was exactly as ordered. The only thing to note that getting a small pho with extra meat isn't much meat. It was about 9 slices over the noodles so it looks like more than it was. I was anticipating a lot more meat considering i paid $3 extra. The broth was salty and just want i wanted but it's not the best broth. Fresh basil and bean sprouts too.The garlic chicken tasted more like chicken teriyaki with garlic so I don't think I'd order that again but it's not bad. Edible. Pad Thai was interesting. I usually get chicken so I don't know what beef is like with it. Not bad. Tastes like pad thai at least. I'd give them a 3.5. Id order again but I'd rather go to a pho place I know gives a lot of meat."
"Came here for Pho Than Brothers but they've changed ownership for this location. Gave it a try and very satisfied. Been eating here for last 5+ years. Will definitely come back."
"Stopped in for a late lunch, my other half wanted to eat stone pot rice..he ordered the slice pork and Chinese sausage rice bowl, I ordered Chinese flat rice noodle soup ( haw fun) with beef tripe and duck with a fish broth and Napa cabbage,.This was the first time I ordered this broth. We also ordered pan fried dumplings with pork and chives. The noodle soup 5/5. The.broth was delicious, very memorable! Generous amount of tripe tooThe stone pot rice dish 3/5. Rather bland. Not what he remembers. The dumplings were okay. Lots of meat filling, but I thought too much chives. The chives overpowered the meat. Not a good balance . We are happy this restaurant survived the COVID 19 pandemic, it was 6 years since our last visitRecommend this restaurant, especially for their noodle soups, you can customize your order choose from a large selection of toppings, broths, noodles veggies, etc"
"After hours of being a tourist in town, we chose to eat something light enough that would fill us up but not put us in a food coma. We searched for pho and given the time of day, many were closed but this place was open.I ordered the regular rare steak and brisket pho and my fiancée ordered the wonton noodle soup. Both were delicious and tasteful. We were a little hesitant but glad we chose to come here. We finished all of our food and left very satisfied. The regular sized pho is 12.95 and the large is a little more. It's quite a bit of food for the price. A little higher than what we're use to eating in Vegas but all in all, it was good."
"I have been to this Arashi Ramen location a handful of times and have always had a good experience dining here. Always great customer service and satisfied with the ramen! It tends to be a bit busy, but the wait goes by fast and isn't super long like 10-20 minutes depending on the time of day. Lots of parking in the plaza it is located in. It is near Southcenter Mall, but a little bit down the road. We ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen (thick noodle, spicy miso-based broth, marinated chopped chashu seasoned soft-boiled egg, bean sprouts, green onion, and sweet corn), and TanTan Men Ramen (thick noodle, sesame paste, seasoned ground pork, green onion, and chili oil)."
"Located in the heart of Little Saigon, this place is known for their Bun Bo Hue and Pho. First impression, it's a bit sad as the store is walled up due to the ever increasing violence around, with the only indication they're open is the neon sign saying "Open." I was the only diner throughout the meal on a Sunday evening, which was surprising given the Bun Bo Hue was very good. Menu is taped to the wall so it could be a challenge if you are dining with a lot of people, though the owner may give people menus at that point, but he didn't for me as I could see the menu on the wall. I got their Bun Bo Hue special (#31) large which had beef brisket, tendon, pork hock, pork blood, etc with a large side of vegetables (basil, lettuce, red cabbage, and banana blossom). I wished they had pate too for completeness, though those combined gives quite a large and satisfying meal. The broth has a nice albeit subtle lemongrass flavor, which is one of my favorite type of spices. It's definitely one of the better Bun Bo Hue I have tried ever. While the food itself is 5 stars, I had to take off a star because I felt a bit shortchanged, upon reflection on how much I was charged. The large Bun Bo Hue is $11.85 plus sales tax does not even come close to $14.05 that I got charged. That's like $1 more. And I tipped a good amount on top of that. It's not the amount but rather the integrity of the owner. It's not a big deal to make this like a 1 star review, but I will be cautious and potentially not feel as inclined to come here anymore due to lack of honesty, and perhaps ask for an itemized receipt."
"hubby and I were craving some fun after hearing about how good Seattle's is. This one was closest to our hotel so we decided to walk there. The lady was so nice she seated us immediately. We got waters and hot tea. The restaurant had a few other people in it and it was really clean. Tea was nice it was almost like a buckwheat. we both got pho he got the combo and I got something with like well done beef and meatballs. Everything was so fresh and so tasty especially on a cold night. We literally got back home earlier today and we were talking about how much we were craving this place. Next time we come back to Seattle, we will definitely be sure to eat here again."
"My favorite takeout spot! Food is consistently good, even as leftovers. It takes about 15 min to get your food so calling in is recommended."
"This is a great lunch spot in Fremont. My eyes quickly went to the lunch sets, which are only served Monday-Friday. We each got the Pork Belly Curry Lunch Set and shared the Bread Crumb Shrimp Cakes. All were delish and priced at $15 each. Kin Len is a sister restaurant to Isarn. For a Friday, it was a busy lunch crowd with no wait. I would recommend parking a block or 2 away from the restaurant where there is free 2 hour parking. It looks like they have a great selection at happy hour. Service was prompt and friendly. It is a little weird that the entrance and waiting area is in it's own separate area. There's not great flow here."
"I chose this place based on number of reviews. The food was just meh for me. The pho had red onions. The lemongrass chicken was a bit watery. The banh xeo was not too crispy. Service was friendly."
"Ambience (4/5) - Loved the Vibes! It's cute and modern! The pop colors of couch were perfectly complementing the modern look tables Food (4.5/5) - Pad Thai (4/5) - The egg net was a great touch! The balance of sweet and spicy was good! Hot Basil (4.5/5) - Loved the spiciness and sauce for Hot basil! Will definitely go in again to try the Pad Kee MaoService (4/5) - The staff was very friendly and welcoming."
"On our walk today, Jon and I went to this new (to us!) place and were so impressed, we wanted to share it with you. They serve large individual pots of rice noodle soup... in the best broth I've ever tasted. I had a plain chicken broth in my Nourishing House Special, and Jon's had a bit more spice and included pickled cabbage. The plain dish I had (I was feeling like comfort more than fiery) was absolutely delicious, and Jon loved his. I will definitely come back before we leave the PNW, and before this place is full to the gills with healthy hipsters. It's going to be a hit."
"Pho is my ultimate hangover food. Always will be. Then again I crave it everyday even when I'm NOT hungover, so... Guess you could just say my favorite food is pho.On this specific occasion, I did go to battle a, uh, wine flu. It was pleasantly surprised to find that there was only one other patron in the restaurant and other than that, the television was *quietly* playing.I ordered the Pho Tai Chin which was well done and rare beef. I normally go with brisket, but this was the next closest thing! Pho came out quickly and service was kind. Price was fair at $8.50 for a large. The pho was delicious! Cuts of meat weren't fatty or tough and the broth was really good. I don't live in the area anymore, or else I'd return."
"The pho was good. Broth was decent. It's missing that umami fish sauce for a more aunthentic taste. Lots of meat! I like how they did individual plates of bean sprouts/thai basil and lime. Ask for the garlic chili oil. Puts a little spice to the pho. The fresh spring rolls were just alright in my book. Not something I'd order again.Had the strawberry smoothie, it's not one I'd order again either. Service was ok. Alot of the tables needed to be cleared and cleaned."
"Seattle seems to have tons of Vietnamese restaurants. My parents raved about Hoang Lan since they mentioned the broth tends to be lighter and less oily. My son is also gradually acquiring the taste of grilled pork over rice, and my wife loves BBH (Spicy Pork Blood Noodle Soup). Sounds like a win-win-win!The restaurant shared a huge parking lot with Safeway, and its tucked way in the back corner of the lot. You enter through the back hallway with bathroom and kitchen, but you'll eventually reach the dining area. Whew, so its not a hole-in-wall after all.The food here is legit, especially grilled pork over broken rice. The pork is marinated and juicy, but note you may need to trim around the fat and bone to get that awesome meat. I also enjoy the texture of broken rice since it seems to soak up flavor more by not sticking together. My 3yo son loved this dish - he gobbled up the pork as soon as I cut it for him.My dish was the grilled chicken vermicelli. Solid dish, and it seems like they threw in some pork sausage too. Wife enjoyed BBH but didn't care for pig feet. She commented her favorite BBH is Pho Saigon City in Pleasanton, CA.Overall 4 stars - a very good Vietnamese place. They even have this pork four ways rice dish with grilled, shredded, skin, and sausage preparations that I'll definitely want to try next time in Seattle!"
"Really good food at this new spot in Chinatown! The duck was well cooked and super juicy, look at the photos!! The har gow was well made and had full chunks of shrimp in it. The shu mai also had whole pork pieces in it making for a really good texture. The beef chow fun was perfectly cooked and made. I taste the right amount of wok hei and the beef was velveted well. Service was extremely friendly and nice. I'll definitely come back here!"
"I loved all of it!The place is in a great location.Ambience is great. Feels somehow upscale.Staff is very friendly and attentive.Food is just great!Their hot sauce and paste is delicious.A great choice!"
