My love of pupusas continues to grow. The offerings here are larger than I have had elsewhere, and the fillings are generous in volume and flavor. Five of us tried almost every pupusa option without one complaint. My favorite was the Chorizo and Cheese while the consensus favored the Asada and Cheese. The young lady at the counter patiently answered our "Pupusa First Timer" questions and pleasantly took care of the rest of our needs. This place is close to my son's house and will see a lot more of us in the future. Strongly recommend these delicious pupusas.

The portions are very generous and everything was delicious! 1st time to try a birria so I don't have a frame of reference. Regardless, it was flavorful, cheesy, and had a lot of meat. The server was really kind and explained things well when we asked a couple of questions about some of the items on the menu. I like that it wasn't a typical hole in the wall grungy vibe but clean and pleasant.

The papusas here are really delicious! I tried the combo and the zucchini and cheese. Papusas are Salvidorian food items that have a corn exterior and your choice of filling. Kind of like a quesadilla, but different. Try em.The combo came with beans, pork and cheese. It was my favorite. So good. The zucchini and cheese was good too. Milder in flavor. The star of the zucchini and cheese one was actually the streams of mealy cheese that had escaped and become cheese crisps, hanging off of all sides. They come served with curdito - a mix of cabbage, carrot with an oregano herb vinaigrette - it has a Central American coke slaw vibe, and 2 types of red salsas. One is very mild yet flavorful and unique, and the other has a little kick and is similar to Mexican taco salsa that you might find at local spots. I also bought a Jimica drink.All in all a great deal and meal at approx $13.00.

Little place, clean. Best slaw I ever ate. Might not be for everyone as it was a little like sauerkraut with fresh made cabbage and jalapeños. Crispy, fresh and spicy- so good! Ordered pupusa platter with three pupusas and could get three different fillings. Nice. Food came out hot and fresh. Beans are the best I've ever had. Just TASTYSpinach and cheese pupusa was very good. The spicy pork (adobada) and chicken and cheese were also quite good. The people were very nice! Cook is great.

Open for dine-in May 2022I love it when restaurants have signs of food instead of names. This place just says "pupusas" on the sign. You order at the counter, and they will bring the food to your table. The food here is great. I ordered the birria cheese tacos $16, which came with 2 chunky cheese taco with beef and the consome. My friend ordered a pupusa, which was big. I also tried the atol (sweet thick corn drink), it was heavy with spices (there were pieces of cinnamon barks), but the texture was not the best (too thick and chunky).

This place just served my wife tacos in a take out basket with forks wrapped in plastic, red hot sauce, green hot sauce, (the best kind ) all dumped in with the food! This was my first and last time eating at this establishment. The portions are tiny and the cost is yuge! Beans and rice are "meh" steak and chicken tacos are "meh" don't waste your money here. Go to the The taco truck at the top of nor point way across the street from the Tahoma mart is VERY GOOD!!

Our order was missing items, now 3 people are hungry because they didn't get what they ordered. The preparation was so poor. The food are soggy and undercooked. It was so slow and the lady that picked up the phone was not pleasant. I understand they are busy but that's not an excuse for bad service and poor food quality.

Not only is it expensive but the Carne Asada fries completely inedible, undercooked, mushy, translucent, pale, looking greasy, most disgusting Carne Asada fries I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I was refunded my money but short of the 18% tip that I left that posted on my account so I'm screwed out of the 18% tip that I left that shouldn't have been tipped at all., churros were raw on the inside undercooked again, or just cooked too fast. They were well done on the outside and RAW inside. Let's go back to Carne Asada fries I don't know what the hell kind of toppings that was on it, but it was not Carne Asada. It was some sort of a mincemeat purée or shall I call it mystery meat. I'm done. I'm done trying new places in the whole town of Federal Way, which has gone to complete trash with all the towns surrounding and the city of Seattle. Seems like the whole world changed starting the crazy year of 2020.
