Ew! Normally i would speak up but the kids were so nice. I ordered a turkey sub and a philly, i was taking the philly for immediate consumption and the turkey for my red eye flight. They partially made the turkey and then touched the raw meat for the philly with the glove full palm. He went back to making my cold sub. Like a fool I paid for it and threw it out. Rather be food safe than sick.ended up eating airport food.Do better woodinville jj

Showed up at 10:00 on a Saturday when they opened (verified on Google, their website, and the front door of the business). Waited 10 minutes and the door is still locked. My husband saw someone in the back behind the counter and made eye contact only to be ignored. Frustrating.

This hurts my heart to write.... as I love their sandwiches... but there has been a service issue during my last two visits.I always use the online order system for curbside pickup. The ordering portion always goes smoothly but the pickup does not. Last week, I waited for 15 minutes past by pickup time assuming they are busy and not wanting to rush them. But when I saw customers coming and going from walking in... I decided to walk in myself.The store was dead, and my order was just sitting there. The gentleman working behind the counter was kind, but the young woman sitting in the lobby made some snarky remarks about not hearing the system go off and that it was not their job to check. *Okaaaaay, pretty sure it is*Flash forward to this week, and I place another online order about 25mins before I expect to arrive. I was shocked to see that my order would not be ready for another nearly 50mins!! I drive to the location and check-in. I could see into the restaurant.... and it was empty. So I was unsure why the wait time was so long.An older man brings out my order, and again...... makes a rude remark about how early I am. I told him I was prepared to wait. Since my order was ready within minutes of checking in.... the wait time evidently wasn't accurate. Anywhoooo, I will probably be back because the location is alright, but yikes on the customer service and the treatment of drive-up orders.

They have great, friendly customer service. They also offer military discount which is nice. Takes off the taxes on your order. I am picky when it comes to sandwiches but I had never had Jersey mikes before and I probably won't go back. The selection of toppings and veggies is very little especially compared to Subway and Firehouse subs. The veggies didn't look fresh. The most important part of the sandwich to me is the BREAD! I love fresh, soft bread. Their bread was really hard and not that good unfortunately. I didn't finish my sub, I brought it home and I plan to try and add stuff in it from my fridge tomorrow for lunch because for $15 it's not going in the trash. I ordered the Veggie Sub. I noticed they do slice the meat and cheese as it's ordered which is pretty cool.

They have nice staff and speed but they use way too much oil and vinegar. My husband and I used to go to Jersey Mikes all the time but stopped because of this. I decided after a long time to give it another shot and it was worse than before. I even asked for light oil and vinegar on the order. Didn't matter. There was so much that it leaked through the wrapper, the brown bag the sandwich was in and through the paper handle bag on to the seat of my car. There was an actual puddle in the wrapper. It was a single mini sandwich. It's sad because their ingredients and bread are fresh and delicious. Unfortunately they end up a mushy disgusting puddle.

When you need a Philly cheesesteak..... you need a Philly cheesesteak...side of bbq sauce ftw. Always great service.

I have been visiting this location on and off for a few years, but I've definitely felt like they stepped up their food prep game during this COVID crisis. Firstly, they keep the inside very clean, with well spaced out areas to safely order food. My orders have been made well and the staff follow my awkward orders with precision! Sometimes the location is out of some bread, and even soda options (mainly diet drinks), which can be a bit of a pain. Overall though, the food has been consistently tasty, I just wish they could keep up on their inventory.

Wheat bread was stale, at least day old, maybe two, everything else was satisfactory... is that an "authentic sub sandwich" you decide?

I eat at many jersey mikes but both times Woodinville the sandwiches are way smaller , I added pepperoni and there were 2 slices and my wife ordered her sandwich in a bowl and it was so small and hardly and meat , $ 48.00 for this was completely bullshit. They need to see how the other stores do it
