"A Speakeasy Omakase! Located secretly inside New Zen Sushi. No signs, no name, not even on google maps. But wow, does Fujiwara-san bring mouthwatering game from the sea! He even makes his own salt!I enjoyed every single dish, and each piece was equally refreshing and delicious. Chef Fuji was a delight to talk to, and is very easy going. I can't wait to go back! Fujiwara-san proudly presents his culinary art on handpicked plates, cups and utensils from his favorite place in Japan. His hometown Okayama, Japan. I love this cute touch! He and his wife run this hidden gem in Renton, and they just opened last month. Make reservations through his IG or text before he gets fully booked out. Omakase price is $150 pp before tax and gratuity. Max of 6 people at the bar. He also sells Kaiseki-don, limited to 3 per day. Eat in only. He doesn't want to rob you of eating his deliciously prepared dish at prime time by letting you take it home in the car.. cause who know how long it'll be sitting in traffic for. Haha We made the 7:00PM reservation on Wednesday, and had great timing leaving Bellevue at 6:30PM. Traffic had died down by then, and they have a private lot for easy pull up parking! Highly recommend. Nom nom nom."

It's all ok and will satisfy but the sushi was surprisingly really good. My daughter really wanted sushi so I was like ok why not and it was good. Definitely going back for the sushi. "Really enjoyed the handrolls, ambiance, and overall experience at this spot! My husband and I made reservations in advance for a Saturday night during dinner. Service was friendly and welcoming. We were seated in a little corner where we both got booth seating. Food: + hot tea + signature 5 hand roll set - tuna, salmon, shrimp tempura, hamachi, and scallop. My favorite was the hamachi and tuna. They tasted so fresh and were so flavorful! The salmon was good but lacked flavor and the scallop was a bit fishy for me so my husband ate that one. The shrimp was also very tasty and I liked the flavor combo! + chicken karaage appetizer - super tasty and generous portions! + matcha crepe cake - a nice way to finish off the meal! Overall, a great hand roll spot with fresh fish and tasty options! Would definitely be happy to come again for sushi date night!"

"Wow so perhaps the first food in a long time that the first bite has made me want to vomit. second bite just as bad. After realizing how bad it was I return to the counter and just said this was horrible and as I started to walk away they asked if I wanted my money back I did not expect that they would do that but wow that's cool. The gave me my money back. My wife's meal was almost as bad but it didn't make me want to vomit.So my wife were the Mongolian beef and it didn't make me want to vomit it wasn't truly horrible but it really wasn't worth eating either very Bland and sweet. The weird thing was even the plain white rice was sweet who put sugar in white rice that's crazy.This would have been a zero star review but the one redeeming fact was they gave me my money back when I didn't even ask for it. I just wanted to get away from that food.I have eaten at a lot of restaurants both good and bad and I've written some pretty mixed reviews but this is truly the first time the food is made me want to vomit on the very first bike."

Little Tokyo has stuck through thick and thin over the years and there's a reason why- the food is good, the service is prompt and kind, and they've just always been a convenient location (with good-sized portions). As our family grew over the last couple years, the servers are always sweet and accommodating to our nearly two-year-old with high chairs and we discovered the kid's bento is just the right size. "A real gem. I will definitely be back. Food wash fresh and really well prepared. I get nervous with places with a very large menu, that it will all be 'meh.' In a party of four, we had one brisket pho, one veggie pho, one tofu General Tso's and one teriyaki bento. We all loved what we got. Prices are very reasonable. Portions are LARGE. I got a 'regular' size pho and had plenty to take home. Service was great. Restaurant was bright, clean and well lit. Parking is very limited, but a small price to pay considering the overall experience."

We had three orders to go and they were all packed well and just like the restaurant the good stuff was in the bag. Salmon was done perfect, sushi combo was presented very well for a to go order and the chicken was tender and juicy. What I really appreciated was the fact that it was a full meal deal with miso soup and salad along with the entrees. The service was very quick and pleasant. "I'm not sure why this place isn't better rated. I recently started working nearby and Oto has become one of my go to lunch spots. They have HH pricing during lunch until 5pm I believe where you can literally get a sushi combo with a roll + 6 pieces of nigiri for $19.95. Living in Seattle, the nigiri alone would be $19.95! They have apps and rolls ranging from about $5 up to $15. Then combos for $20. Entree prices all around $15 as well. It feels like a steal. The quality of the fish has all been great as well. I might have a few knocks on what can sometimes feel like rushed service but during lunch hour, I'm also in a rush so haven't really minded. Let's just say they are very efficient and run a brisk in/out business."

Their katsu is crispy and the sauce that they use for the spicy chicken teriyaki has a nice kick!We love the dressing that their salad comes with to boot-it is good for both their greens and for their teriyaki. While we have gotten our food to go from them a couple of times, we would love to dine in one of these days. Their quality and their flavors are consistent, and they are conveniently located in downtown Renton."
