"We needed a break from the busy life of adulting so our normal order is two butter chicken and one masala with garlic nan... was such a good treat. This was the second best place within 20 to 25 miles of our house but they place in bellevue got bulldozed so best Indian food in Bellevue east side right here. The staff are attentive, always busy, grabbing order and the food is consistent so you know somebody here knows how to run a kitchen. Can't really think of having a bad meal here once in goin on seven years. Then done get me started on how good it is to have the butter chicken in the fridge overnight as a snack next day or leftovers. Awesome 6 stars!!!"
"We went in on a Friday at around 6pm. We were greeted and sat immediately. Everyone that interacted with us was friendly! The owner gave us menus and were excited to see a variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian options. My husband had the paneer noodle burger and loved it. I had the chicken thali and thought the taste was great and portion size was adequate for one person. The naan that my plate came with seemed freshly made. We were a group of four plus a 9 month baby. We also tried the butter chicken, chicken tikka, chole, and ordered a few chais. Overall we loved or liked what we tried. We would definitely come back. The restaurant was large and had plenty of seating. We left close to 7:15ish and people were slowly trickling in. I'm happy that the North Bend outlets finally has a decent food place."

The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, which made the experience so enjoyable. The food is truly amazing, the Chicken 65 Biryani truly blew us away, it's a must try. We cannot wait to come back and try more dishes from this menu!"
"Yummy new Indian restaurant adjacent to the newest Costco in Lynnwood! My friend suggested we try this place - I hadn't even seen it go in that space so was excited for something new, too! We came in on a weekend evening for drinks (guava? Yes, please!) and paneer/tikka masala dishes. We ate the Naan before it could be photographed. Service was great and the food and drink were delicious. Parking was a little tricky in this busy shopping center but not terrible. Looking forward to future visits to try other menu items!"
"This is a new restaurant so one must expect some hiccups. But the servers were accommodating and attentive. The service was fast. They don't have a lot of seating space so some were ordering to go. We had a chai and a Biryani. Be sure to specify the spice level you need. Overall it was a good experience."
"Yummers! Never have I ever thought I'd be so into vegetarian place.. but alas it has happened! And this was it. Food so tasty, I love the veggies. Mama be so proud! They have all kinds of fritters, bread, dosas, curries and even some Indo-Chinese food which I have yet to try. Ordering through DoorDash usually is a breeze here. Phone orders tend to take forever longer than quoted time. Even DoorDash too since they get so busy here. Food I like so far!Aloo tikis - spicy potato cakes/ patties! Come with delicious sauces and a ton of chopped onions. Green Chillis grounded inside potatoes. It's hot!Malabar paratha/ layers!Saag paneer: tasty Sambar: it comes with combo bread option. I like the tangy taste .Chickpea vada: crispy fried and super crunchy and filling. Comes with coconut green sauce.I've tried their curries and bread. But the appetizers/ snacks are a winner. Especially the fried ones. Sometimes it takes a while ( 1 hour plus wait) for take out. But if you use delivery apps, it can be faster. But food is good either way! All vegetarian!"
"Nirmal's is a fantastic, up-scale restaurant with a super unique menu full of Indian fare that I've never been able to find anywhere else. I got a fantastic steal with the SRW ($35 for an app, entree, and dessert!), but otherwise I'd expect to shell out a bit here (~$30 or more per entree). Location wise, it's in Pioneer Square, which means your parking options are a lot that costs 20 bucks an hour at night or hard fought street parking. The owner is an adorable man overflowing with knowledge about different regions of India and just excited to share his passion.Paneer Amritsari (3.5/5): The paneer itself was pretty standard, nice char on the outside. The real highlight of this was the chutney, which is INCREDIBLE. Chutney 5 stars, but the appetizer itself wasn't anything special.Beef Ularthiyathu (4.25/5): This was almost like a beef rendang where the beef is fried to the point of almost pulled pork texture. Super peppery where you don't think it's spicy, but at the end of the plate you're tongue will r e a l l y feel it. Heads up, the roti it came with was more crispy than flaky, but was enjoyable nonetheless.Saoji Chicken Rassa (3.5/5): The chicken drumsticks were actually cooked pretty well, but this dish just wasn't my favorite. This was served with some savory donuts, which were a little dry and dense and a peanut sauce that I thought clashed with the curry. I would've preferred rice or something softer that could soak up the curry instead. Interesting, but I wouldn't order again.Ras Malai (4.25/5): Very mild, fluffy disks of cheese with pistachio bits and soaked in a lightly floral, saffron milk (think condensed milk-esque). Great combination of textures and flavor."
"This was my second time ordering from this restaurant, and the Indian food is very good. I ordered a unique item from this restaurant. I ordered the Nutella Naan bread. I was a bit skeptical initially, because I never heard of it, but the flavor was amazing."
"We've only been here once, but we will be back! I'd assume most people get to go here as dining in doesn't provide many seating options (at least not durning cooler or rainy weather), but we opted to dine in for our date night. The service was FABULOUS and our food and drink were delicious! I ordered the paneer tikka masala- yuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmy! I forgot what my husband ordered, but it turned out he ordered one star too high. He can tolerate spicy, but the poor fella was turning red and sweating because of how spicy it was. The server was so kind that she had another one made that was a star less because she saw him struggling with the heat. It was unexpected, but extremely kind and appreciated. We can't wait for another date night here!"
"I've never had anything like this pizza! We had to try the butter chicken pizza and let me tell you it was delicious! I must say, it was an absolute flavor explosion! As a fan of both Indian cuisine and pizza, this unique combo exceeded my expectations in every way. Firstly, the combination of tender chunks of butter chicken, marinated in a rich and aromatic sauce, atop a perfectly baked pizza crust was a match made in culinary heaven. The flavors blended seamlessly, creating a mouthwatering harmony that left me craving more with each bite. The pizza's base, with its ideal balance of crispy and chewy texture, provided an excellent foundation for the toppings. The pizza was also adorned with additional toppings that enhanced the overall experience. Freshly sliced onions, vibrant bell peppers, and ripe tomatoes not only added a visual appeal but also provided a refreshing crunch and a burst of freshness that balanced out the richness of the butter chicken. So good I forgot to take a pic until it was half eaten!!"
"Delicious food, we went ok on a whim based on reviews and the food was delicious. Service is also very friendly except can get slow during rush hours. Ambience is very casual nothing much to note there but no complaints either. I would try the biriyani and some of their other mains next time but whatever we tried this was was good too"
"I wanted some Indian food and this was in the radar so decided to check it out. This place's focus is on the lunch crowd as they are only open between 11-3pm Monday through Friday. They have pretty quick services.I ordered the vegetarian daily special as well as a side of the spinach and lamb curry. Price to portion ratio was pretty good. Between the two curry, I definitely like the vegetarian one better as it wasn't as salty as the lamb. Although the lamb side seem small, but it was so filling as they packed the container. I wouldn't say this as traditional Indian food I'm use to but it was still decent. Service was quick and the girl who helped me was very nice. Definitely will try their other curries when I'm in the area"

Came here to order lunch to go. We came in and were greeted and given menus. I chose the saag paneer which comes with rice, vegetable pakora, and roti. The saag paneer was super tasty and I got it at a level 5 and it was perfectly spicy for my taste. The rice was well seasoned. The vegetable pakora was crunchy and still soft on the inside. The roti was soft and so tender, it was ready to rip. Overall, we had 3 orders and they brought it out pretty quick. I can't wait to try the lunch buffet next.

I only ever ordered butter chicken from Indian restaurants because I was unsure if I would like anything else. My husband and I found this restaurant and decided to order a bunch of new foods to try. Honestly, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Of course, I included the classic butter chicken, which was just as delicious as I remembered, but everything else was just as amazing! It was all grilled to perfection, piping hot, and came out so fast. The restaurant ambiance was welcoming and a lot roomier than it looked from the outside. The only negative thing we experienced was that it was very cold inside the restaurant.

My cousin recommended this place. It's become her go to Indian restaurant. It's a nice brand new location in Lynnwood. They have an extensive menu. Which offers all sorts of favorites. The food was delicious. I greatly enjoyed the tandoori chicken and garlic now, and they offered. The staff dis a great job, ensuring that we had everything that we needed an answered any questions we had.

We checked in at our hotel, scanned the neighborhood, and selected Bhojan Xpress for lunch and now we are guaranteed nothing will go wrong because this somewhat random choice led to one of the best lunches ever!First, be sure to ask about samosas because they might not be listed on the menu. We asked, they had them, and they were delicious!! Next, you can order your entree with rice or bread. We tried one of each, which worked great for sharing. This is vegetarian restaurant and the food is full of flavor. We tried 2 paneers and a korma and they were all amazing. Lassi is available in at least 6 flavors, I tried the peach and highly recommend adding this to your order. YUM YUM YUM!

I can safely call Nirmal's a bit overrated. I went with a large group and we had mix feelings. Filter Coffee was too strong while tea was good but they served when it got bit cold.Angare chicken was okay while macchi kolivada was divine. Chicken rasa was interesting and the chicken patiala was superb.Garlic naan was good. We also tried misil pav and it very bad. Definitely not the way you make one.Bottom line Nirmal's doesn't do justice to all cuisine for the price it charges. It's a hit or a miss.

This place has been in my bookmarks for a few months. Never got a chance to try it until last week. We stopped here for lunch. To our surprise, they are offering Buffet on all days. Though we were planning for Ala Carte, we changed our plans to try the Buffet. The buffet options were decent. Couple of rice options. Butter Naan, Salads, appetizers, a few veggie curries, fish, chicken and lamb curry, kheer & ice cream for dessert. Chai and lemonade are included in the buffet as well.Tried all the dishes. Best ones were:- Salad options- Lamb curry- The beans & potato vegetables curry- Peas Pulavu- Butter Naan- Tandoori chicken.Naans were fresh made and soft; they offer garlic naan also for the buffet. Really enjoyed the Lamb curry with Pulav! Tandoori chicken was well cooked, tender and had a good flavor with it. That's quite a surprise especially for a buffet. Have to mention the Salad choices - really good. Rarely find that on an Indian buffet. Having said that, some of the curries were too salty. Especially the fish curry and the beans/potato vegetable curry. Other options were decent I would say, nothing stood out. The dessert options good - couple of ice creams & kheer. But the ice cream was completely melted and can be poured to a glass! The most underwhelming factor is what they charge for the buffet. $24 ($22 weekdays) and $12 ($11 weekdays) for 9yrs or younger. They don't have the choices or quality to charge that kind of a money for this buffet! Service was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. They've got a nice ambiance about this place. This review is solely based on the buffet experience. Haven't tried their ala carte yet.
Visit Restaurant Page"I recently got to try Curry Leaf in, Woodinville. They have an extensive menu, offering all sorts of different options. The service in ambience was excellent. We ordered the chai to start, came out hot and wonderful spices and flavor. I ended up ordering the tandoori chicken and garlic naan. The rest of my group ordered hot and sour soup, goat, curry, and another one of their curries. Everyone greatly enjoyed the food that they received. An happy to have an Indian restaurant we can go to right in the heart of Woodinville. We will definitely be returning sooner than later."
"This is one of the coveted place to try out Gutti Vankay biryani, which stands out anywhere in the Seattle area. Highly recommended for vegetarian folks."
"This restaurant serves good Indian Food. I ordered Butter Chicken, Pudina Lamb (Lamb Kebab Wrap) and Kebab Salad (with lamb slices) The Butter Chicken and Pudina Lamb were very good, and the Kebab Salad was very tasty, except the lamb slices were cold (which was not very appealing).Overall, it was a good experience and the staff were very friendly."
"Came here for dinner and everything was fantastic! From the service to the unlimited chai, and delicious food! Parking - good size lot, easy to find We made reservations in advance but they had tables open so I think walking in for dinner on a weekday would have been fine. Ambiance is great for any occasion! We loved it for our dinner date before heading to the movies! Service - wonderful! They always made sure my chai cup was filled and they were all very attentive and friendly which made the experience here really great. Food + mango lassi - delicious! + chai tea - unlimited refills - I will come back just for this! + butter lamb - this sauce was so good! + saag paneer - loved it! + garlic naan - biggest I've ever seen! + kheer rice pudding was a great way to end the meal! My husband and I loved the ambiance and food. We will definitely be back again!"
"I agree that this is probably a 3.5 star spot but since they've had some poor reviews, I'll give them a 4 because the food is fairly good and the service was reliable. We came in around 1:45 pm for a late lunch. This used to be a buffet spot but I'm guessing Covid changed that. I think I preferred it as a buffet because you could try the different menu items and get a nice blend of spice.I ordered the aloo govi (cauliflower and potato) and my husband got the vegetable korma. We ordered the paneer naan, at our server's suggestion. I love spicy so I ordered it a 4/5 spicy. However, the server advised against that warning it would be too hot, so I got a 3/5. I wish I'd ordered a 4, as it was pretty mild. The spice was a little one-note and didn't have the complexity I've come to expect of this dish. I did try my husband's food and his was great. Very flavorful and rich, I was dipping the naan in there probably more than he would've liked. The paneer naan was not enjoyable, I imagined it being cheesy but instead it was flat, crispy and with fleks of paneer throughout. We got the free dessert with check in. I noticed one of the reviewers claimed there was a maggot in hers, which startled me. But I now know she misidentified one of the spice pods as a maggot. It is NOT that. If you pressed it open, it has a sweet rose smell that you get in the dish. So don't worry on that front. Prices were a little high for quality but really not terrible,. If you're craving Indian and you're near Pike Place, don't hesitate to stop here."
"We stopped by for a quick snack and got the samosa which comes with some dipping sauce. It hit the spot and it was tasty."
"Great authentic Indian food for a fair price. Got the thali and samosas and ate in. The samosa were great and came with some nice sauces. The thali came with several items, some great like the biryani and curries, some not for me like the pickled mango with pieces of pit in it, but overall worth ordering to try everything out. The dining room is pretty packed with furniture, so you kinda have to slide in and out, but it's doable for a quick meal. Worth checking out."
"I had super low expectations to begin with. Indian food in seattle area (compared to NYC, san fancisco, Vancouver BC) sucks and I was ready for this one to suck too. But the flavors, quality, price, service speed (very important during lunch hour) was top notch. Will definitely be back."
"Glad I discovered this restaurant during my time at the convention. Its only just a block away from the Arch building. It was busy on an early Sunday afternoon. For food we ordered the Tandoori Chicken and Lamb Vindaloo. Curry was thick and the rice was not dry. They forgot to bring the naan bread, but they brought it out when we were finishing up our meal. They apologized and took the naan bread off our bill. The naan bread was fluffy and buttery. For drinks, I ordered the Chai Tea. Tasted great, had subtle hints of cinnamon. Overall, would love to bring my fiance here when we visit Seattle. Been trying to find a new favorite Indian restaurant and I was definitely pleased with this one."
"Ordered just the paneer 65 Biriyani so this review is only about that. I have been craving for Biriyani for quite sometime and hence I thought I would give it a shot. It's good but not so great. Two things that I can say is that the Paneer is really soggy and the spice level isn't as much as I expected for a 'spicy hot' order.I feel like I should have tried the veg 65 Biriyani it really looks interesting. Probably next time when I visit Seattle. The service is on time and there is not a lot to talk about ambience here. Overall I guess this place isn't something that I would recommend for a veg Biriyani"
"Came for lunch on a Tuesday. I was skeptical going in given the recent terrible reviews but honestly I was knocked out of the park. Great portions and wonderful flavor. The paneer biryani ($16.99) was delicious and the portions were huge. The raita on the side was also the perfect accompaniment too. They also had lunch thalis ($19.99) that looked incredible (my friend got it).The staff was so sweet and accommodating."
"Solid Indian food with nice ambiance and 2h validated parking in the attached garage. The tables could use more overhead lightning, just to read the menu and see what's on the table. They do have table lamps, but once the food hits the table, you have to move the lamp and it gets dark. We enjoyed their chicken 65, super delicious and tandoori chicken that was set on fire in front of you (can't remember the name, but it was quite impressive and fun). We also ordered chicken Tikka masala which wasn't our favorite, felt closer to a butter chicken maybe? They also offer a nice big drink menu and even have many alc free options, very nice."
"I discovered a hidden treasure during my visit to the Ballard farmer's market a few months ago, but unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to try it due to long queues and time constraints. However, this past weekend, I finally made up my mind to give this place a shot. It appears to be a family-run business, which adds to its charm. The prices at this establishment are moderate. Although it took some time for our food to arrive, the wait was worth it because the flavors were absolutely authentic. Without a doubt, it was the best South Indian cuisine I have ever tasted in this country.I ordered the dosa and chow chow bath, and they were incredibly delicious. The flavors were delightful and left me craving for more. I have decided to make this place a regular weekend destination, and I highly recommend it to others."
"I got some food to go with a friend and thought the dishes we tried were pretty good. The curries come with a lot of rice which is great! The saag paneer tasted what I expected of saag paneer with the rich dark green color. I got mild spice (1) and thought it was not spicy at all so I'll try (2) sometime if I'm feeling up for more spice. My friend's eggplant dish was very creamy and she got (4) spice which definitely packed some heat! One curry was about $18 which seems a little on the pricey side but you do get a lot plus rice."
"We decided to explore this restaurant on a whim and saw that there was a huge crowd waiting outside. Only after getting closer did we find that most of the folks were waiting to get into Orengi Sushi. Going by the reviews, I knew I wanted to try their Indian style pizza. Based on the description, I decided to go for a medium sized Bombay garlic chicken pizza. We also ordered Chicken 65 biryani. All of this was to-go. The wait time was 25 mins and we were OK since it was right during the supper/dinner time. This place is expensive for the thin crusted what could only pass for a small sized pizza at any other pizza chains. The flavor was OK but not to the point where we will come back. I would definitely expect more flavor and toppings for a thin crusted medium pizza for $18. We almost thought that they probably messed up our pizza order since it tasted more like a pizza from a traditional pizza chain restaurant.Biryani was good but again not anything extra-ordinary. Portion size was small. Also, they did not honor the Yelp check-in coupon. The guy at the counter seemed rude - did not talk properly in a nice tone. Overall, this is definitely a pass for me ! For a total of 40 something dollars, I expect more ! Also we didn't receive the receipt but didn't ask for it either. I would probably keep an eye for the prices they charge if I ever go back to this place. Also, there are two Yelp accounts for this restaurant - Naan Twist and Pizza Twist but both have same address so I am posting this review on both the pages."
"New indian fast food/ chai / chaat place opened 2 months ago by Kanisha. I had vadapav & masala chai for a quick evening snack. Vada pav had the perfect amount of spice and tanginess, and the masala tasted so fresh. It was the best I ever had! Masala chai was hands down AMAZING. I could taste the effort put into making it. This will be my go-to place for chai and snacks (hoping the quality doesn't deteriorate). Must visit. Staff was kind & fast. Ample of sitting space considering it is a fast food joint. Everything was clean & supplies were pretty stocked up on each table. They lots of other vegetarian options (and they plan to add more in the future). They are open till late at night. Thinking and writing this review makes me want to place an order Convenient location right on Redmond way and parking is available."
"I got the soya chunks curry and butter chicken along with roti. It was the most economical and tasty plate of food I've had in a while."
"A relatively new place in town that brings forth flavour from not so explored part of India. The Litti Chokha is splendid, Soy chap is smoky and delicious and Palak Patta Chat was really innovative. Overall food is top-notch. For dessert loved sevaiyan but found Makhan Malai about okay. Not so good stuff: - Wait times can get crappy - we waited for 15 minutes before anyone brought us a menu or even offered water. - Huge mismatch between portion-size and price. This place is pricey. - Kulhad chai is average - I expected a tandoori chai as they are serving in Kulhad but there's nothing like that."
"I love the people and I love the offerings! Whenever I have Indian cravings, Manraj Palace is my go-to spot. Everything I order is made well, tastes delicious, and pick-up is quick!"
"Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - rice comes with the curries which we were very happy with. Wish there was a bit more rice as the curries were super filled to the top of the containerCream Chicken (Speciality) - does contain bones. Very creamy and tender without getting dry as some do if cooked too long. Mutton Rara was absolutely delicious with strong spice flavoring and the mutton was so soft and tender as well. Does contain bone as well, so don't eat it too fast! Garlic Naan was good but compared to the curries, very bland in taste. It worked wonderfully to absorb the curry though! Ambience: N/A - ordered food to go. Only six tables but very high ceilings so it feels roomy. Smells wonderfully of food and incense but quite warm with the door open (heat wave). Yellow cathode tubes for lighting with no cover Service: 5/5 - super friendly and able to make a few recommendations for us to try. Took the time to explain how different dishes are made and which one to order based on your preference Value for price: 5/5 - very simple shop from the first glance but with such a friendly worker and delicious food, would highly recommend!"
"Not sure when this place popped up. We tried it out twice before giving a review. Not many vegan options. Wish they cooked more dishes with a dairy free option. Nice place to dine-in but they also to orders for pick up etc. friendly customer service. This small place can get pretty busy. We tried lamb, shrimp and goat dishes with some side choices. Ordering portions are shareable for a part of two."
"We got a pizza to go for a party we were throwing. This Hyderabad pizza lasted for five minutes before it was all gone. :) So good!"
"Love love love this place!! Decor, service, food is all amazingly consistent. We walked in for dinner and had about a 30 minute wait on a Friday night. The wait was worth it. We had the garlic naans with balti gosht (mutton) and Achari chicken paired with raita and salty lassi. All were delicious. Happy eating!"
