Gravity Coffee - Pacific Hwy S

I want to start this off by saying I normally LOVE Gravity. However, today the person that made my smoothies didn't fill them up all the way. When I told her they both had whip she literally poured it out. I have NEVER in all the years I've been here gotten a smoothie with a flat lid if it had whip cream.I'm just disappointed because I wanted 32 oz smoothies and they aren't full.When I asked for a manager card instead of getting one or having me talk to the manager she just said she was there? Nice girl but extremely disappointed

Super friendly service! I ordered the peanut butter protein smoothie and hubby ordered the purple energy drink for the ride back home to Portland.Good variety on the menu. Drive thru and walk up windows.

Stopped by and sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, unfortunately no way to back out. If they have a big order or need to remake it they should really make people park to keep the line moving. Also, coffee quality is bad and overpriced. $5 for an iced americano? Literally two shots, water and a $0.10 cup

I GOT SCREWED, Literally!!!!!I recently had the most horrifying experience at Gravity Coffee Pacific, and I feel compelled to share it with others. My friends and I were on our way to Tulalip Resort Casino, looking forward to a fun-filled day, when we decided to stop at Gravity Coffee Pacific for a quick pick-me-up. Little did we know that this decision would turn into a nightmare.I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, one of my favorite drinks, expecting a refreshing and delicious treat. However, what I received was beyond my worst nightmares. As I took a sip, I immediately felt something hard and foreign. To my absolute horror, I discovered a long Philips screw and pieces of black rubber on the bottom of my drink!I cannot express the disgust and shock I felt at that moment. How could such a blatant and dangerous oversight occur in a supposedly reputable coffee shop? It is absolutely unacceptable and a clear indication of the lack of attention to detail and hygiene standards at Gravity Coffee Pacific.Not only did this incident ruin my day, but it also put my health at risk. Who knows what kind of contamination or harm could have come from consuming a drink contaminated with a screw and rubber pieces? This is a serious health hazard that should never happen in any establishment, let alone a coffee shop. I've been trying to get a hold of them but unsuccessful, continues to say 'USER BUSY'! In conclusion, I literally got "SCREWED" I hope that my review serves as a warning to others and prompts Gravity Coffee Pacific to address this issue promptly and effectively.

This place makes you realize how good coffee can be. I warn you though after getting their coffee everything else will taste inferior. This place in that respect will ruin you. I always get the iced americano and nothing else compares.

Food-not much selection Service-AAA+++ very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Ambiance-drive they only but face to face interaction with barista's is nice.

I'd like to give them 4 stars because the district manager had reached out to correct the mistake. Besides my original complaint the ladies working there are really sweet!! It was just the principle of the lady who helped me that day saying she used oat milk when she didn't and allergies are a serious matter. So I appreciate the district manager for reaching out to me to apologize! Came today and the girl working was very nice and helpful. I got the retrograde with strawberry and pineapple added and it was delicious. Thank you so much!!

I asked for a blue base with guava green apple and raspberry with lemonade tasted like water with only green apple not coming here again !

I come here everyday and order two large hot chai teas with vanilla. My gf had left her empty cup in the car so I asked the employee if she would throw the empty cup away or if she had a trash I could throw it in; she looked at me with disgust and said I can't take that. If this is a rule why not have trash cans out side in the drive through or at least offer a cup holder. She didn't even put the tops on so it wouldn't spill since I had to hold it and the tea was cold today I don't think she really wanted to work today

Slow and disorganized. Coffee not very hot. Accepts huge orders from a single vehicle instead of limiting orders so that other drivers don't have to wait so long. Charges $1 for a cardboard box to carry coffees.
