"Came here for happy hour on Sunday (they do HH daily til 6pm) with a couple friends and sat at the bar. Our cocktails were delicious and the HH fries were actually tasty and a large enough portion for 3 to snack on. The bartender was funny and great service for making our drinks timely. Overall seems like a cute place to hang out, and they have dance classes/dance events right next door (if that's not your thing, you might want to check the schedule to see if there will be a crowd - the bartender said that sometimes people come in before/after those events). Parking is terrible (typical Seattle), but there is a paid lot right across the street for $12 for 2 hours."
"I would recommend Black Bottle for:1. the service, truly nice and professional team greeting us as we came in and checking in on us regularly. 2. the cocktails. The bartenders make the BEST espresso martini in town! We tried a few other mixed drinks, also very tasty. Food was okay, nothing unique compared to other menus in the area, a little underwhelming but decent."
"We came in on Sunday night for happy hour :) We came at around 5:00 and enjoyed some amazing food and drinks. Here is what I had: The Blood Diamond: this mezcal drink is incredible! It is sweet, salt and smoky in perfect harmony. This was so good and the right amount of sour.Mezcal margarita: I ordered this on impulse and it did not disappoint. This margarita packed a mezcal punch, and the tajin on the top really made this pucker (in a good way). Truffle fries-pure indulgence. Their lemon aioli was really packed with zing, and the fries were perfectly seasoned and crisp. Extra points for a really fun presentation! Casio E Pepe-this is a cheese and black pepper noodle lover's dream. This was creamy and wonderful, and it was a shame to share with anyone. Southern Buttermilk Fried Chicken- This came with rosemary cornbread with honey glazed on the top. This chicken was fried but not greasy-very savory with the right amount of sweet.I enjoyed all these foods with hot sauce (Cholula). Our waiter was wonderful-he made great recommendations, and the Herb & Bitter is simply beautiful to look at. They have QR codes at the tables to scan for their menus. I loved their bar with the gold big cat statues. We felt like we could come as we were-we were dazzled as walk ins and next time we will be making a reservation! We could not have had a better time."
"Love this place! It wasn't too busy so we sat right away and service was spot on! The only thing I would like to note is - it echos in there and the noise level is a little high. The atmosphere and decor is very nice and cozy. I love the out door seating area as well. I ordered from the happy hour menu (good selections) and got the pork sliders and sweet potato fries. Both were super good. The sliders were moist and the bbq sauce was perfect. The sweet potato fries have a slight vinegar taste that was delicious - good combo! I recommend this establishment."
"A fun spot for drinks nestled in to the heart of Ballard -- stumbled upon it while we were walking through the area and really loved the vibe! It's a fun spot to spend a Friday evening. They have plenty of indoor seating, as well as a large outdoor patio space. We opted for the patio, and a server came out to take our order. It was a little hard to get their attention as the night went on, since it gets fairly busy. They have a large collection of ciders, beers, cocktails, and mocktails -- I snagged a Yonder cider which was a bit more on the dry side but I still liked it, plus a classic Rainier! The Hurricane Popcorn was a surprise hit -- the furikake was delicious. I'd totally come back here again, especially to try a cocktail!"
"We were in town for some shopping and did not want to go to a chain spot. We yelped and saw this was about a mile away from the outlets and jetted over. We walked in and were a little nervous with how empty it was but for about 4 dudes at the bar. We sat down and decided what the hey, the bartender came over and took our drink order and brought back menus. We ordered and got our food fairly quickly. Can I just say kudos for keeping the condiments in the fridge? More restaurants need to take note here. Our burgers and tots were hot! When I say they were hot, that thing was still steaming after I inhaled half the juicy goodness that it was. The server was friendly and checked in on us several times as more people started filtering in a filling tables. My aunt already said she'd go back if we're up shopping and she's craving a burger."
"Excellent brunch for Father's Day. The menu is a bit limited, and looks like an MBA's Greatest Hits. Totally predictable and very "safe fare. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the quality of the coffee, food, etc. outperformed that photos on their digital menu which could really stand with a redo. I didn't get to try the bar, but they have a 21+ space, and a more family space, which means something for everyone! The service was exceptional, and the pub ambiance, on a gray Bellevue morn, was quite warm and inviting. Parking is in a huge garage. You walk right in, if you find a spot on the third floor."
"Came here for an office dinner party. To start The environment was great! Loved how the lighting was dim felt relaxing! Servers were very friendly and attentive. We all enjoyed our meals! I got the Kimchi Beef bowl the flavors were amazing the meat was tender. I would order this meal again and would love to try other items maybe their pizza next."
"My son's doctor's office is in Issaquah, so when we make it out to the area we make a point to try out a new spot for lunch. We had passed Levitate a few times and noticed how cute it looked and how it's family friendly, so decided to head in! It's bigger than we anticipated with plenty of indoor seating. There's outdoor seating out front with large garage style windows, and in the back there's covered patio seating (which is where we opted to sit). Cute ambiance and perfect for warm days! I got the appetizer flatbread, braised pork and hot pickled peppers. It was delicious, but a LOT more loaded than I expected. A little hard to eat but still good. My boyfriend also enjoyed the tacos. Overall, a great lunch spot that I'm sure we'll return to!"
"Dog-friendly patio area was comfortable and had great city views of the Spring District buildings. Our server, Grant, was awesome! Attentive, friendly, and gave solid menu recommendations. The beers and ciders were great! We snacked on onion rings which was delicious! The batter had fantastic flavor and was perfectly crispy to compliment the amazing gooey texture of the onions."

Thanks to a gift card from The Intentionalist, we discovered this gem.Excellent atmosphere and service... I really hope to revisit post-pandemic for the full effect. We dined at a corner table and enjoyed being able to watch drinks and food delivered, as well as people watch between our conversation. The staff was helpful and friendly, answering all of our questions and making great recommendations. Our drinks and dinner was delicious. We stayed with a cosmo for me and a Manhattan for him, the tapas plate and hummus. It was probably more did than we needed for the two of us, yet it was delicious. For dinner, he had the fettuccine and I had the ricotta gnocchi. We both enjoyed what we ordered, paired with some house wine. The lemon cheese with blueberry compote was the perfect ending to our meal.

I came on a Wednesday night with a friend and it was packed! It's dark & loud inside and we sat at the bar. Service wasn't that attentive but we didn't mind. We ordered two prosciutto & besciamella, mozzarella & parmesan flatbreads and they were delicious! I highly recommend this flatbread and will come back again to order this and to try their drinks.

Came back to Herb and Bitter to repeat a few things and try a few new things. The repeaters: Daquiri, Southern Buttermilk Fried Chicken, and Grilled Foccacia were all just as delicious as I remembered. The Elotes were delicious, I've never had Elotes on the cob before. The bbq prawn skewers were nothing special, especially not compared to the rest of the menu.

"Another great day at the office" says nobody ever.......... Ha! Just kidding. The Office Tavern is the exception. We go there when we think of it. They never disappoint. Their drinks are good, they have plenty of beer on tap (no Bud Light that I could see) and their food menu is good. This time I had Cheese Steak Fries. Yes you read that right. Cheese, Steak, French Fries. They take their Cheese Steak sandwich ingredients and smother a pile of seasoned fries with it. You get the peppers, onions, all the cheese, and the meat is prime rib. It's listed on the appetizer side but it's more than enough to eat as an entree. I took some home and it was just as good later. Mrs had the Crispy Chicken sandwich and a side salad. We like it there. It's a casual place. They keep it clean and their service is on par with most places. I will be going back for those fries!!

Ambiance, seating, vibes, music, and most importantly the drinks are all on point! A highlight of our Seattle trip. Bartenders are great and really do an awesome job at whipping up delicious drinks. If yall get the chance, order "the awakened one" cocktail. My favorite. Put this spot on your list of bars to check out!

After retail therapy session I popped in for a beverage and bite. Signage outside mentions happy hour but, there is No happy hour. I sat at the bar and was greeted with ultra friendly service. I ordered a Moscow mule and was informed they make the ginger beer in house. An absolutely delicious cocktail. Refreshing and perfect. The kale salad with salmon was super tasty. Add fresh ground pepper to cut the creamy dressing and super yummy. The bar is covered in pennies and televisions offer different sporting events to watch. The menu has many different options like pizza, burgers and other salads. I'd go back.

I returned this past week for a mid-week,mid-afternoon Happy Hour $10 Burger. This was much, much, much better than the $20-something burger, I previously had. So what shall we make of this? Was this the outlier or was the $20+? Is the lesson, come to happy hour? Also very disappointed to know they don't serve French fries. This is bad. It needs to change. These things go together. Don't divorce the happiest couple in America.
Visit Restaurant Page"Really enjoyed a quick dinner here while visiting the Microsoft campus. The interior design is prefab, but that's to be expected given the location. The space a light and open, with lots of different spaces for hanging out to catch a drink or sit and have a bite. We ordered off the happy hour menu. I got the Mac and cheese with chicken added on the server's recommendation. The Mac and cheese was good, although could definable been cheesier. The grilled chicken was a great addition though - really nicely seasoned and char-grilled. The staff is super friendly and attentive and everything is clean. Would definitely stop here again when visiting!"
"Great bartenders. Welcoming friendly and excellent service. Ordered the ahi tuna. Was cooked perfectly. Seared with a. Ice sesame crust. They gave me wasabi but didn't serve it with any soy. Has to ask for that. I highly recommend visiting. The place was active but not too loud. It made for a great setting"
"We came back for more today! This time we have the carnitas nachos. Still delicious. Now we see they have brunch and it looks Amazing!"
"What a great pub! Exciting taps including local and regional favorites, cider rotators, a creative slushie option and N/A choices too. The atmosphere is industrial, woody and a little rock-and-rolly.Food is elevated pub-grub, comfort style, with lighter salad options and shareable snacks also. Someone in the back there really cares about what hits the plate; flavorful variations on classic foods like burgers and tater tots are thoughtfully prepared and carefully plated. The burrata salad with heirloom cherry tomatoes, crostini, herbs and oil was masterfully plated and beautiful, the salted pretzel bun freshly toasted, a single perfect onion ring nestled in thick, hot beer cheese atop a succulent, exactly-medium cooked burger, itself seated upon a second, coarse mustard-schmeared bun. Juicy, mouthwatering perfection. The cool, crunchy slaw on the side appeared freshly tossed in a Sri Racha mayo and included fresh cilantro and parsley. Refreshing! The tots with beer cheese were perfect, too. This sounds silly to say, but they were fried and seasoned precisely; no greasy mushy tots here, no nasty separated cheese. They were crisp, and almost fluffy inside, NOT sitting in a pool of salty oil. It's so inspiring to see everyday foods like these taken up a notch or three, because the person preparing the dish simply cared enough to do it right... pride of product, in evidence here.Service showed real teamwork, with various members of the crew helping to check on customers, serve and bus. Efficient and friendly. You order at the counter, receive a number and your beverages, and then the food is brought to wherever you've decided to sit. A great addendum to any fine Camano Island excursion. We'll surely be back. Recommended!"
"Skål Beer Hall is a modern Viking meadhall serving beer, mead, cocktails, and aquavit. Founded and owned by a Ballard resident of Norwegian and Swedish descent, this place combines Nordic history and tradition with a Seattle twist.Parking is a little tough in the area so you might have to park further away and walk. They offer indoor and outdoor covered seating; I recommend making reservations online. My first drink was the odin fashioned ($15) which was different from a typical old fashioned because of the aquavit base. My second drink was the lavender lady ($14) which was very tart and lavender forward. It was definitely a spring sipper as they advertise it. My third drink was the forage and frolic ($15) which was more gin-forward and tasted of a lot of botanicals. We also shared the large beer hall soft pretzel ($13) which came with a couple varieties of mustard and went well with the beer cheese ($4).They have happy hour most days of the week (weekdays until 5:30pm and 10pm-11pm Fridays and Saturdays). It was a chill place to hang out for a couple hours. The inside was more dimly lit but the outside was great on a nice day!"
"Another brewery to emerge in Monroe. I am very impressed by that! This Good Beer location is right in Monroe's downtown so it's very centrally located which is nice. This location in addition to having a large tap list also serves pizza so you stop by here and have a bite to eat with your beer if you so choose.I had a beer(sorry name escapes me as to what it actually was but was a witbier of sorts) and it definitely was solid. It had a good citrusy flavor profile to it and proved itself to be enjoyable to kick back with. This brewery has a few other locations around so if you are so inclined you should check it out!"
"We keep walking past this place and look fondly inside! We finally too the dive and got drinks before a show downtown. The inside was every bit as cozy yet modern on the inside. We got the Sweater Weather and the Glögg.Sweater weather was fresh and alpine tasting, figured out it had a pine liqueur in it! Like a delectable car freshener! It was really delicious. The Glögg was warm, heavy, and perfect for a winter day. The vibe is romantic in there, some exposed lighting and minimalist furniture. I'd love to come back for dinner some day. Sitting at the bar was nice and inviting."
"We had our year get-together here at Beardslee this time. It was a group of 8 people. We had some great time here. Absolutely loved the whole setup of this place. Service was terrific. They have some amazing cocktails and mocktails. Their food is so underrated. Plenty of choices and yummy food! Not sure how 4 hours went just like that there! This place is very large. You will never get that feeling from outside. It's well maintained as well. Big parking lot and a parking garage nearby! We thoroughly enjoyed this place! I am so sure that the folks will pick this place for next year's annual get-together as well! But before that I would definitely go back there just for the food again for sure!"
"Took my in-laws here for dinner last night. First off, why are the floors so slippery?? You MUST walk with caution. They have warning "slippery" signs up but it's not wet, there wasn't a spill. Just super slick! We got there a little before 5 and there were tons of empty seats. We were seated immediately. Our server had a ton of energy. We asked to sit where we could have the stroller and we were seated in the corner by the kitchen. We had our infant with us sleeping in the stroller but he didn't seem to notice, as he talked so loud over it waking up the baby. We noticed it started to get a little more busy and we were seeing our server a lot less. I could see him in the bar making drinks. He had forgotten a few items that we had requested (I.e. the lemon for my husbands ice tea) and had to be asked again.Once we got our food, my daughter was not a fan of the Mac and cheese. (FYI- mIt's def not a max and cheese recipe for kids! The adults took a bite and agreed) so I sat waiting for him to check in on us. I couldn't find him so I walked to the front and told him. I asked if we could order a grilled cheese instead and if he needed to charge us for both items, then that would be ok. It took FOREVER for the grilled cheese to arrive. He checked in on us after and saw the mac and cheese was not touched. He asked if we wanted a box and we said no, and he took it away. He did end up charging us for both kids dishes. The adults got the shrimp and fish tacos, fish sandwich, and blt. All were tasty, but a little bit on the $$$ side for the size and quality. Our server was so busy making drinks, my father in law had to stand at the bar to check out."
"Been coming here for a year and a half now.Food: 3.5 starsBeer: 4 starsMy "go to" is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap with Tater Tots as the side.My husband's "go to" is the Prime Rib Dip with a side of Tots.Fries were delivered to me accidentally last time here and I can confirm the tots are still WAY better.Honorable mention would be the fried chicken sandwich.Beer selection is usually great but sometimes you come and things you want are bottom of the barrel or like today there's only one ipa at 9% and everything else else besides, Space Dust, that sounds tasty is averaging around 5%. I like coming here to drink things I can't buy at the grocery store.Would LOVE them to offer Sticky Monkey or Parabola (or other exotics) from Firestone walker (since they offer other basic Firestone beers occasionally).Definitely our favorite beer/food/pub in town. I have so much hope for this place. I am their secret cheerleader and know they are so close to making this place amazing."
"I came here first for their drag bingo night (now living in magnolia again for more than a couple years again) I surprisingly had never been in n here before then. I hope they are planning on keeping the drag bingo nights because it's SO fun and the whole entire bar gets so so packed! After I realized the food and drinks here are actually really great I have actually come back just to get dinner and some drinks The staff is really nice and the bar is pretty well kept. I will be recommending this place for food if you're in the magnolia area. The neighborhood doesn't have too many food options but this is one of them that is really good and definitely worth trying out"
"Very nice ambience! Went on a Thursday evening for some drinks and food and got a table for two easily (maybe around 6ish PM). They have quite some appetizers on the menu which we made tried and all were good! A nice beer to go with the appetizers. There was only one parking lot left when we reached. Not sure if they have any other parking, but the front didnt have many spots. So pls plan accordingly. Coming to the main course, we were charged extra $4 for swapping fries with mashed potatoes when we ordered steak. We would definitely go to this place once again and it did have good reviews, good food and service worth mentioning."
"we ate here with some friends for dinnereveryone's dinner was good and enjoyed by allI am deducting a star because my bouillabaisse was short on the crab legs, there were three small legs and the clams were quite small, and for $42 I expect a lot more than what I gotalso part of that one star deduction is the prices are quite a bit higher than similar restaurants in town. I think the premium is so the well to do people on the north side of the lake don't have to drive into down for a nice restaurant."
"Visited Purdy's Public House as our second stop for bar hopping on a Friday night! Had an absolute blast here. Was not overcrowded. We were able to order with ease and find a table for our group to sit. Although not near the band, there was plenty of space in their back area. Some people ended up just standing to enjoy the show or dancing right in front of the band, but did not block paths for people to navigate around. Drinks did not fall short of alcohol and the band playing sounded great. Wasnt overbearing or too quiet. Overall, will come back and hang out here again."
"Loved everything about this place- warm vibe, friendly staff, fab drinks, yummy food. Place is small and fills up even on a Monday night, but we lucked out with a table after just a short wait. Small booth with a round table is the perfect size for two- not really a place for a big crowd. Creative cocktail list. Loved the perfectly balanced Calmer Than You Are. Plates are good for sharing. Everything we tried was delish- charred escabeche wiht sourdough bread, persimmon tartine with a nice smear of triple cream brie, kushi oysters with sambal cocktail sauce, and a lobster roll. Highly recommend and would return."
