"QT's menu is simple and to the point, with a focus on tacos, burritos and quesadillas. To me, a shorter menu is a promising sign since it really allows the chefs to hone in on their specialties. I've visited twice, and naturally chose tacos both times, one of which was a chef special. Keep in mind that prices may appear to be relatively high, but they include tax and the servings are generous.[ Visit #1 - Three tacos ($12) ]Given a few meat options, I happily created my own sampler plate: #1: Carne Asada - This is usually a favorite of mine, but due to quite a few tough pieces of gristle still left on the beef, I found it disappointing. Although I could taste the true grilled flavor and appreciated the thinly-sliced beef, I couldn't gnaw through some of its rubbery edges so it sadly turned out to be the least enjoyable of the three. #2: Chicken - I enjoyed the flavorful mix of spices on the chicken. The meat looked a little dry, but to my surprise was actually very lean and tender. This was my top pick!#3: Al Pastor (Pork) - The redness of the pork may be alarming, but it's simply a liberal coating of seasoning. Loved the salty and savory flavors, plus some sweetness from bits of pineapple sprinkled throughout. Each taco was topped with shredded cheese, cool guacamole and fresh pico de gallo. The combination of flavors was on point and the tacos were of substantial size, assembled with care and looked amazing as well.[ Visit #2 - 3 Carnitas tacos, Chef Special ($13) ]These tacos are quite special, indeed! Although some pieces of pork were on the drier side and it could have used a little more seasoning, the creamy guacamole, chopped onion and cucumber brought it all together. I've never had cucumber in a taco before, but it added a nice crunch and additional element of freshness. These were larger than your average street taco and stuffed to the max! The crew on the truck is friendly, charismatic and had my order ready to go just after a couple minutes. One day when the weather was a bit misty, they even set up a canopy for customers to stay dry. A simple, but appreciated gesture! Plus, if you pay in cash, they offer you a free bottled soda which is a $3 value! Thanks to QT for satisfying my everlasting taco cravings!"
"Their Mochiko Chicken and Pork Belly bowls are reaaaaally good. Lots of meat and sauce and flavor. But if you're looking for something lighter, the Teriyaki Chicken and Teriyaki Tofu bowls are also good!! Over the past few months, they've gotten much more efficient at making food and the wait isn't bad. On average, I wait 5-7 minutes. An added bonus is the stamp card -- buy 5 and your next one is free!"

Visit Restaurant Page"Haven't yet had a chance to try their "real" food, but I ordered a ma go sticky rice and an iced coffee to go. The mango sticky rice was massive. I was surprised at its weight when I took the box out of the bag. I requested the coconut sauce for the mango sticky rice to be put on the side, but instead they gave me extra sauce on the side. It was a mistake but proves their generosity without charging me more, I think. I also ordered an iced coffee with less ice, and it was still filled to the brim. I appreciate little things like that and will definitely be back to try their other food."
"Got the Taco Plate. Everything was FIRE. This is my 1st or 2nd fav spot now. Always an absolute treat. Gyaaaat."
"you can tell by the menu the proprietors have a culinary background it CLEARLY shows when you eat the food, even the way the items are so neatly packaged if you get something to go.there are so many things i want to try and so glad the menu is differentiated from another place in town or another panera or etc. there is actual distinction but without taking personal interpretations to extremes as some amateurs do.i feel so much peace with this place given that its obvious they have a culinary background."
"Given the weather forecast this this weekend, I thought it best to get the run out of the way earlier than later. So I did my little trot around Seward Park before 10. I got home and made some organic, Omega 3 enriched scrambled eggs and some nitrate free turkey bacon. Yum? Whatever.Later that day, we decided to go to the new Target in Renton (which I will NOT be reviewing - Target is Target. Amazing how a brand new store looks just like a 15 year old store.) We want a new TV, I needed some white shoe polish (because apparently there isn't a GD pair of Adidas Grand Prix in white with blue stripes for sale on this PLANET), and a few other things. Somewhere between talking myself out of buying the Issac Mizrahi for Target dress (really cute, but you know that shit is going to fall apart in like a week), the husband talking me out of buying the Tommy Boy/Black Sheep double feature DVD, ("It's the same movie." So true, but still Farley and Spade. I love those guys...) and not finding the TV we wanted, I BECAME FAMISHED. WTF? I totally ate! Fucking aromatic Target pretzels, that's what it was. Or that I had yet to consume a single carbohydrate at 4pm? Whatever. HUNGRY.Anyhoo - I had yet to get to the new/old Tacos El Asadero Bus which was formerly on MLK and Graham but had since moved to Rainier in Renton. I really liked the guy who runs it and wanted MORE STEAK RANCHERO NOW. I could actually taste it. We got:2 orders of Steak Ranchero2 Pollo tacos2 Al Pastor tacos2 Al Pastor mulitas1 cheese quesadilla (para el bebe)1 giant bag of radishes1 giant bag of Zanahorias en Escabeche 2 Diet CokesTotal: $26I filled up on radishes and carrots before we got home, but made the decision to eat myself into an uncomfortable stupor anyway. I could DRINK the sauce in the Steak Ranchero. So fucking good...zesty, spicy, hot, sort of sweet. Probably comes from a can, but what the fuck do I care? I don't. I just want to know what the can looks like.Dollar tacos. Delicious dollar tacos. Also, running in the morning = SUPER HUNGRY ALL DAY. Running in the afternoon = sort of nauseous and able to skip dinner."
"Super delicious, great location, casual...just walk up the food truck and order. In a few moments, your number will be called and your piping hot food will be handed to you through the pick up window! Umbrella covered picnic tables, seat yourself... all condiments are next to food truck, help yourself! These people know how to make fish and chips! I definitely think my experience was 5 stars! The service was fast and friendly, we chose a nice table (they are ALL nice Hahah) and the weather was perfect.... Food was amazing!! Open 7 days a week at 11:30.. probably weekends are more crowded (we were here on a Thursday) . We'll be back!"
"Good Mexican can be hard to find near Seattle, but if you're looking at this review, you've found it.We particularly enjoyed the carne asada torta and Al pastor tacos. Track it down!"
"Fantastic! Simple pure and perfect. Had a double cheese burger and loaded fries. Best I've had in a long while. Kudos man! Cheers! Get this in your mouth!"
"The woman who runs this truck is the absolute sweetest. I've been going to Muy Macho for about 10 years at this point and have a hard time going anywhere else. Based on service alone, I've come to love this South Park staple. Onto the food! The food is amazing. I've never tasted something I didn't love here. Part of the magic is the salsa. I challenge you to find a habanero salsa as good at another truck. I savor the last bits from the containers for a catch all spread for my own work sandwiches. If she sold the salsas alone I think she'd make a killing. To the reviewer who is pissy about the owner and the homeless people around the truck? Cool your fucking jets with your contempt for people who have less than you and maybe if you pulled the stick out of your ass you'd get the amazing service I have for the past 10 years."

Came and grabbed lunch with a few coworkers. I got the carne asada tacos, two of my coworkers got the burritos, and another one got the quesadilla. One of my coworkers already finished half of her quesadilla on the walk back to the office. The carne asada tacos were pretty good and full of meat. The burritos were huge. Maybe I'll try one of those next time. We all enjoyed our food. And the staff were wonderful, very friendly.

I'm very grateful that they can be ordered through DoorDash as I have been wanting to try out this food truck! I have ordered from here several times and have ordered a variety of their delicious options. I have zero complaints or issues with the food and drink that I have ordered, as everything is made perfectly and the portions are huge! They also know how to bring spiciness into the food and not just sprinkled on top, so spicy lovers rejoice! Personally love their curry and fried rice, super comforting and delicious in comparison to the Thai spots around the area. I cannot speak for the ambiance and have only spoke with the owner once as I wanted to ask about making one of my orders more spicy. However, from their social media posts and pictures from others on here and Google, seems like a sweet family business that knows how to run a tasty food truck.

This place is relatively close to my church, so it's a quick drive for me to grab lunch on Sundays. Let me just say, I LOVE beef tongue (lengua!). It's soooo goood. For my husband and I, I ordered two beef tongue burritos, and 6 tacos. The total came out to be $23 and some change. The prices have definitely gone up since I last came, but still very delicious! The flavors are good, and you can always get sauces / limes to go with your food. I ordered to go, and it was pretty quick, in and out.Note, this place is CASH ONLY.

5 stars! Hear me out. There are some reviews that complain about the fish being oily/ greasy. I mostly disagree with this. There is some oil on it when it's handed to you. Why? Because it didn't sit under a heat lamp waiting to be brought out to you.The fish comes from the fryer to a basket to your hands in seconds not minutes. Try doing it at home and see your results. The fish does not taste greasy or oily. It is perfectly coated in a delicious but not overpowering batter, that allows the flavorful, flaky white fish taste to shine through. This is fresh fish fry as intended! Nice crunch leading into the soft meat. The fries are good. Nothing spectacular but good. The seafood is the name of the game here. The other star of the menu for us is the coconut shrimp. Simply put, fantastic! Nice large shrimp coated in a coconut flake batter that adds just the right amount of natural sweetness and crunch. I'm not sure if they make the sweet chili sauce that comes with it but delicious as well. The pricing is very good! The people that are there make you feel welcomed. Be prepared because they want the food in your hands as soon as it's ready and they will call your name out quickly and loudly... needed to be able to here and to get back to cooking the next fresh batch of food. We travel full time. Have been in Birch Bay for about a month. We go to Blaine to fish and eat here. Yesterday was our 6th trip to this delicious place. Goi g to miss it when we leave the area, but rest assured, we will be back!Try it. You'll most likely love it!
Visit Restaurant Page"I was not a fan of grilled cheese but all that has changed since I experienced the ultimate grilled cheese at Burnt Side Down. I have been craving them ever since. I had the "Send It" and it was amazing. I made two meals of it. I topped it with lots of Jalapenos. I can hardly wait to return and try the Pizza grilled cheese sandwich. The very cute food truck was set inside Stemma Brewery's property. The setting was very festive as lots of people were socializing during the dinner hour. Definitely good vibes! Super friendly and helpful staff."
"The theme of this truck is a global fusion and offers an extremely unique menu. I ordered the Shakshuka ($9), which is their most popular item.A hearty tomato sauce with crumbled chorizo, onion and feta cheese made up the bottom layer of the dish. The sauce was extremely flavorful, and packed a medium heat. It was topped with a bed of kale, which was covered with an egg (requested well-done) and a generous piece of flat-bread. The kale was cooked perfectly - tender and slightly crunchy. Kale normally has somewhat of a bitterness to it, but the sauce made it milder.I did expect the Shakshuka to have a larger portion of chorizo...there was probably about 5x more veggies than meat. The entire meal itself was pretty filling since it included the egg and bread, but it was also very saucy. However, I would consider this one of the healthiest options that I have seen offered by a food truck as it balanced out all food groups! The owner was very friendly by greeting customers and taking the time to introduce the menu items. Overall, a generous lunch portion and savory flavors at a reasonable price!"
"Xochi is a food truck located in a small parking lot in Issaquah. I've heard high marks about this place and I've been trying to find my Seattle taco spot so I wanted to try it out for lunch.Unfortunately they no longer have the taco combo where you can buy five smaller tacos, but I still wanted to sample as many as possible. Their single tacos are $4.98 each and are bigger than the size of the taco combo ones, and I ended up trying all five of the meat options.TINGA - I thought this was just okay. It was juicy but not super flavorful. 3/5ENCEBOLLADOS - This was very flavorful and had a nice char to it. There was no sauce but it didn't need it. 5/5CHICHARRÓN - This was pretty interesting; chicharrón is normally crunchy but it had a weird texture now that it was soft. It was spicy and had good flavor but the texture was a bit off for me. 3.5/5COCHINITA PIBIL - This was a simpler taco and I liked the pickled red onions but it was just okay. 3.5/5CHORIZO - There was good flavor in this taco and I liked the addition of the potato. This one was good. 4/5Of all the ones I tried my favorites were the encebollados and the chorizo. Some of them had really good flavors which even made me intrigued by their veggie tacos. The larger-sized tacos made up for the $5 cost and these were pretty good."
"$10 for 3 tacos and 1 jarritos? Yes please! Tried my usual meats (tripas, lengua, cabeza) and tripas definitely stood out! Nice and crunchy just how it should be (can you believe some places have tripas as chewy and not crunchy?). Lengua was alright, cabeza definitely had some good fattiness to it. Would definitely come by again!"
"Unpopular opinion, but this place was not very good. Four stars because my son loved it, and they have complimentary sprinkles. Staff were nice to him and towards all of us buying from their food truck. Ice cream is $3 alone and then $5-9 for the cookie dough. I thought it was way too sweet, and if I were to eat cookie batter- my own tastes the best. Cute little mobile snack spot, and I'm seeing that there is a huge following and fan base."
"On a very snowy afternoon, we ventured out to Haywire Brewing in Snohomish to get a Christmas tree. It was freezing but a nice day. After we were done, we walked up the driveway more towards the brewery. It was their 6th anniversary and really, really packed. But because of the special occasion, they had a couple food trucks, one being Avery's Chicken & Waffles. Let me tell you, this was amazing. I wasn't prepared for how big these sandwiches were going to be! I got one with Garlic Lemon Pepper and honey mustard, while my husband got Sweet Heat. When we were handing our sandwiches, they had some weight to them. I opened my box to see the sandwich filled the whole thing! Already worth the price in portion size alone. These sandwiches though... so good. I'm not positive if the chicken is homemade but it sure seems like it. The breading had great flavor and the sauces were so good. They definitely turned into two meals for the both of us.The owners were really nice! The woman taking orders told me about how the garlic lemon pepper flavor was more of a dry seasoning than a sauce and asked if I wanted to try their homemade honey mustard or ranch. The flavors together were so good and I'm really excited to try the ranch next time we're able to stop by. This is a new truck so give them a go if you see them, you won't be disappointed! Really looking forward to trying their namesake next time we go too!"
"I was skeptical at first because this feels out of place. But man I was wrong! The crispy pork belly and nam tok were so flavorful and delicious. Will definitely be coming back here on the regular."
"Had the Cubano sandwich with fries. Project 9 Brewery was very busy today so there was a long lineup for food (20-30 minutes). They were pretty quick with getting orders in, but the wait for food was about an hour, so ate some there but ended up taking most home and reheating later (hence the toasty photo)Cubano sandwich - really great flavor depth and variety in each bite. Love the pickles in there, good meat, and nice seasoning. Bread was a little on the soggier side, but was much better after I re-toasted. Fries - not too salty, lightly seasoned. Crispy with that harder crunch/crisp to it. Medium thickness, straight fries - not quite as thick as a steak fry but thicker than most typical fries. The creamy mustard/mayo-y sauce on the side was just ok. Overall, really enjoyed the sandwich and the fries - flavor was 10/10z Reason for 4 vs 5 stars - for the price ($25 after tax/tip) would have expected slightly bigger portion size. Sandwich was a decent size but could have eaten more after, and the bread being on the soggier/greasy side. The long wait was also a bit unexpected for a food truck. However, definitely want to come back and try more of the menu."
"Thanks to Field To Table for introducing us to another great local establishment, Where Ya At Matt is a great find. The name is really befitting as you have to check FB/IG to identify the location and operating hours. Once you've located the truck don't let the line discourage your wait as the service is efficient and wait time is minimal.Huge kudos for offering vegetarian options, especially the red beans and rice (it's nearly impossible to find vegetarian Cajun style anything and especially the red beans and rice dish.) My husband really enjoyed his shrimp poboy and shrimp/grits. The beignets are the REAL deal, a must order to enjoy with a great cup of coffee. We will definitely return, and highly recommend!!"
"It was Food Truck night at American Brewing and Here and There was on scene. After glancing the menu, and yes they have vegetarian options. I opted for the Turkey Sandwich, it had me at bacon and cranberry sauce and havarti cheese. Who is the mastermind that came up with it? I opted for fries instead of salad. Go hard or go home since I was drinking beer. And as far as food trucks go, the prices can't be beat. Made fresh and came out fast. And packed full of yummy goodness. Legit turkey and great bread that holds it all in. Bread can make or break a sandwich and this made it. You get a bit of everything in every bite and nice melty cheese. And fries that were served hot and so good."
"After watching just the first Act of FAME, I couldn't sit though another Act and neither could my theater going friends. We were hungry so off to the taco truck in the SAAR's parking lot we figured there's no way it could be nearly as bad as FAME was so we had nothing to lose. Two al pastor and two pollo tacos for me, not bad for $5.00. The pollo was ok, not dry like they can tend to be at other taco buses but the al pastor were tasty and they had some grilled pineapple served in them which added a fresh yet sweet bite to the taco. Add a little of their red salsa and these tacos were pretty delicious, the green salsa was good but too mild for me I enjoyed the hotter red salsa. This really is a bus, with bus seats used at their booths for seats, it was cute and much cleaner than some of the other buses around. If you're ever in the the SAAR's parking lot and craving some tacos stop by the bus and get some for just a $1.25 each."
"The salmon burgers are delicious here and the fish tacos are among the best I've ever had! One of my new favorite Seafood restaurants. Actually it's a food trailer attached but the Seafood is fresh or authentic and is nicely prepared for a pop-up restaurant.I highly recommend a visit to this someone out of the way place for seafood meals."
"My wife and just got back from Lake Stevens' farmers market where Big dogs food truck was at so after we wandered around and checked out the venders displays we decided to give them a try. In all honesty this isn't my first big dog meal but it has been a while and I can't remember what I had then but I do remember it was a good meal then and that was consistent with tonight's order. So my wife ordered the "Wilson" , and I ordered the "Seadog". The hotdogs that you get are a beef dog nice snap when you take a bite it's not a speciality wiener but it is a good foundation, their buns are a hoggy roll while not a traditional hotdog bun I think this allows them to be generous with the add ons. Check out their menu to see what's available I think you'll appreciate the quality ingredients they use my Sea dog was delicious my wife has not eaten her dog so I can't give any info on the "Wilson" uh also just a side note it's time to come up with a new name for that item Russell Wilson isn't on the team anymore. So to sum it up wait time to order wasn't bad and the time to get our order wasn't bad either so if you happen to come across Big Dogs at an event I think you'll be happy getting a " Big Dog ""
"Huge portions, but very little flavor. I drive past this place every day and finally got the chance to try it! I got the Mexicana burger, al pastor tacos, and steak tacos. All three of these lacked seasoning... so disappointing! I love to support local businesses and eat at food trucks, but I definitely felt like I wasted my money on this one."
"Wanted to try Kathmandu Momocha food truck for a while now.. Been following them ardently on Instagram to get their schedule so I can go and devour their himalayan momos (steamed dumplings).. Tried their chicken momos (the best), beef momos, veg pakoras, potato and cheese balls.. everything was really good but I personally loved their chicken momos.. the sauce gives these momos a very nice flavor and I wanted more of that sauce.. I wish they could offer different spice levels for their sauce so I could try something hotter.. Since we ordered togo the sauce was loaded in tiny containers vs sauce spread over the momos if you eat it there (this lets the momos soak up the sauce really well and enhances the taste in my opinion)..I can see myself craving these weekly so I am going to stalk their food truck schedule on Insta.. They typically are in Ballard at least twice a week next to some brewery so that gives me a nice reason to have a beer and eat momos.. Pretty authentic.. Definitely recommend these guys.."
"I had super low expectations to begin with. Indian food in seattle area (compared to NYC, san fancisco, Vancouver BC) sucks and I was ready for this one to suck too. But the flavors, quality, price, service speed (very important during lunch hour) was top notch. Will definitely be back."
"Ordered the Tamarind drink and cheeto corn. Both were yummy however, the only reason I am taking off a star is because it took more than 25 mins to get the stuff. It's understandable though since it's a one woman show. The lady is sweet and works really hard ! It's a lot out of the way anyway, so we might visit back only when we are in the area. I might probably try the Mangonado and another flavor of the corn the next time."
"Wow, wow, wow! We had an event at work and this was one of the food trucks that fed us. I ordered the Pulled Pork Bowl. OMG, it was utterly, completely, overwhelmingly, delectable.I will travel for this food truck, I HAVE to have that Pulled Pork Bowl again. I have to bring friends so they can partake in its delightful deliciousness. Now, about the Keto. Having been on Keto in the past and studied Keto in depth I can say with certainty that the Pulled Pork Bowl is most definitely not Keto. Onions and the sauce throw it under the Keto bus, it might have sweet pickles on it too, which of course are loaded with carbs, but I might be mistaken as the pickles may be dill. But seriously, if you're looking for a filling, taste sensation that is somewhat low carb, try the Pulled Pork Bowl. You will be happy that you did."
"Four of us were visiting the cherry blossoms at the University of Washington Quad and needed a little mid-morning snack. This small café is located at the Burke Museum and was bustling on this particular Saturday. They offer a small menu of breakfast options, Indian (Native American) tacos, sides and sweets. Many of the items feature their homemade fry bread. We each ordered a SWEET FRY BREAD ($5) which came with a choice of lemon curd, honey, cinnamon sugar, Nutella or jam (strawberry or seasonal). When I heard the seasonal option was passionfruit, I went with that. Our four pieces of bread with topping totaled $22 (including tax), which is quite pricey. A single piece of bread without toppings costs $4. The bread is served hot and fresh right out of the fryer. It was soft inside with a nice chewy exterior and surprisingly tasted just like a donut! The cup of passionfruit jam had the consistency of a thin sauce and I dipped bites of bread into it. While it was on the sweeter side, the ripe passionfruit flavor shined. The others in my group enjoyed the lemon curd and cinnamon sugar on their bread. On separate occasions, my sister had their bison tacos (which use fry bread instead of tortillas) and their chili, both of which she enjoyed. I would love to try either of those the next time I visit. Considering how busy it was, our order was ready pretty quickly in under 10 minutes. Unfortunately, other than that, I wouldn't consider the service to be that great. The cashier was basically expressionless when he processed our order, and same with the employee who called out to us when our food was ready. No smile nor energy from either of them, so I'm not sure what was going on. I hope they were just having an off day. Despite Off the Rez being located on the college campus, this appears to be a spot that both students and non-students enjoy."
"Ordered food when they were at Lucky Envelope Brewery in Ballard. The food truck is conveniently located immediately next to the brewery entrance. We arrived around 3:30pm and ordered food before checking in with brewery staff for a table. Our food was ready before we were seated, so we stood with the boxes in front of the brewery. Even with a bit of delay to start eating, the food was nice and hot! We got crab ragoons, panang curry, eggplant entree, and pork & gravy. I ordered the eggplant dish and it was really good. The texture between the eggplant and tofu were really nice, and the oyster sauce was flavorful. You can't go wrong with crab ragoons, which were fried to perfection with a creamy crab filling. They have sides of hot sauce to allow you to spice as you'd like, so I added about a teaspoon for some heat. I can certainly say my tummy was feeling full and yummy."
"Best taco truck ever!! I've been trying taco trucks all over the place....finally found the best taco truck here. The amount and size of the onions chopped up is perfect! I've been to other trucks where there's way too much onions or the onions are cut unevenly and way too big. Just the right amount here. The meat is seasoned beautifully. There is an option of mild, med, hot salsa. The last taco truck I went to only offered hot. And this place provides lime and fire roasted jalapeños- it all tastes amazing together! The only downside is that it was about a 20 minute wait for these 3 tacos. Well worth it, but they have an option to order online, which is something I plan to utilize in the future"
"I was craving about tacos and found this new place. It was on the same area of 76 gas station and a convenient store and McDonald's was nearby. During lunch time, I saw many people were in line and they offered many seats for dining. I ordered no.5 street taco plate and no. 6 fish taco plate and no.5 came with either water or soda. The staff was friendly and efficient and gave me ticket for picking up my Togo order later. I noticed that there was specials on blackboard. Owner, Bobby, was friendly and helpful. When we tried it at home, they were very delicious and I liked garnish, green pepper and radish. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely visit often."
