"With more things opening back up, I decided to dine in and check out another fish and chips spot. I have tried Ivar's a few years back and recall that there you can opt for Cajun style etc. This place is located a little bit far off but still close to the water. This place offers some high quality fish and chips where the frying is on point, with no customizations. Every bite is crispy and it goes well with the tartar sauce and fries provided. However, I would say that the fish and chips is a little bit too dry, so a balance of crispiness and juiciness would be more ideal. There is ample socially distanced seating indoors and outdoors, with a great lakefront view."

It was kind of hard. So am not sure how the pita wrap would taste. Build your own bowl is the way to go. I started with couscous and chickpea base. Eggplant hummus, zesty feta and harissa hummus. All the other add-ons. You can even get some sauces on the side. For protein I got the falafels. Fried upon order. So good! Overall, a great lunch option for $12.95! The only problem with going for dinner is they sometimes run out of stuff. Like the tahini sauce. Can be a little annoying when they are out of a basic ingredient. So best to go for lunch!"

Only two people working and one female employee spent 15 min trying to figure out with a man how she overcharged him for a large order.. He was extremely angry at the end of the conversation as she kept having to call someone as the line got bigger.. I did feel bad for her as she looked like she was crying after he left, but she wasn't empathetic to him or any other customers waiting patiently and it was frustrating to watch on both ends.. Heartfelt Smiles and apologizes could have remedied the situation I reckon as in the food industry customers are your business.. .. The young male employee was probably moving slower then anyone at Subway could move.. Multitasking was not something he was good at and I am sure with how busy they were he probably would have rather been anywhere else but there.. Alas though my sandwich was made perfectly and tasted like every other Subway sandwich I have ordered tasted.. Nothing special and the slowness and service ( and lack of apologizes from the staff for the wait ) made it a negative experience.. I don't know why I keep coming back but its walking distance from my work and I am sure that is how they stay in business.. T-mobile customers as the service is lacking.."

"To me five guys is a get what ya pay for kind a place to me it's not cheap and it's not expensive considering the higher levels of legitimacy etc... Today I got a bacon cheeseburger as the base before condiments it was quite good and the staff where friendly. Mostly just a get what ya pay for quality type place. The burgers are quite huge (likely and possibly hard to fit ones mouth around not nessisaraly in a bad way) thus I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if this chain in general is a favorite amongst Pro football linemen with quite large apatite's like old world workaholic lifestyle lumberjacks with high calorie intake and burning kind of thing etc...."

"Updating my review from 5 years ago... and there's nothing I would really change. The food is the same; prices have gone way up, but what hasn't? They even use the same non-Heinz ketchup (Sysco?) Crinkle cut fries are my Kryptonite and Ranch always make them perfect & crispy. I dearly love this place because it hasn't changed and isn't trying to be something it's not (looking at you Stack 51 across the street ). "After watching just the first Act of FAME, I couldn't sit though another Act and neither could my theater going friends. We were hungry so off to the taco truck in the SAAR's parking lot we figured there's no way it could be nearly as bad as FAME was so we had nothing to lose. Two al pastor and two pollo tacos for me, not bad for $5.00. The pollo was ok, not dry like they can tend to be at other taco buses but the al pastor were tasty and they had some grilled pineapple served in them which added a fresh yet sweet bite to the taco. Add a little of their red salsa and these tacos were pretty delicious, the green salsa was good but too mild for me I enjoyed the hotter red salsa.This really is a bus, with bus seats used at their booths for seats, it was cute and much cleaner than some of the other buses around. If you're ever in the the SAAR's parking lot and craving some tacos stop by the bus and get some for just a $1.25 each."

I just spent $94.21 for a 16 piece meal and two sandwiches. Chicken was extremely old and reheated, tough, and decomposing like crazy. This is borderline dangerous vs. merely "not tasting very good" - and I'm pretty tolerant.I've attached a screen shot of the cost breakdown so folks don't think I'm exaggerating."

"Fast food spots get a bad rap and sometimes it's for good reason. I know what I'm getting myself into even though these days I rarely get fast good. I Also try to give the benefit of the doubt whenever I happen to go to a Fast-food spot, especially since again I rarely go.It's hard to do that with this particular visit to Jack in the Box and see that some of the other reviews may have some ground. My biggest problem is that there is an obvious language barrier with the workers here. I placed an order with one of the staff and he seemed to really struggle to understand what I was asking for. I finally just said that I'd just take a #1 small. Then the only thing I could get to drink was a pre bottled orange juice because the drink machine was down. I don't think I've ever seen that at a restaurant without some kind of back up like a smaller cooler with other soft drinks.Another staff began to bag my order and she did ask if I wanted it to dine in, which I did, but she kept bagging. It was ok and pointed for a tray. She then put it on a tray. She asked if I wanted sauces and I asked what she had, she couldn't answer and just kinda smiled and handed it to me. I asked for ketchup, and she walked away. I don't think it was out of rudeness, I think it was more she couldn't communicate and was nervous.Not a big deal, just took my food and ate. About what I'd expect. Not terrible, not great.I haven't been to Jack in the Box but a couple times, but I'm pretty sure service wise they can do much better."

"Finally I got to see what all the FIL - a was all about with Chick FIL a. My first visit. I've tried to go a number of times in the past but the lines would always be out the wazoo no matter which one it was or where it was. So I came first thing in the morning for breakfast.How was it? Not bad but pretty overrated. I got a spicy chicken biscuit. A slight kick but not really spicy. I can see why people hold the chicken here in such high regard, it's crispy and cooked like it would be at a stand alone restaurant, not a fast food place. The biscuit however was a let down. The flavor was there, it had sort of a cheesy herb flavor but it fell apart more and more after each bite until it was just crumbs. I imagine their other breakfast biscuits are the same. So while the chicken was great the biscuit fell flat or should I say - - apart. I got the mini chicken bites as well. It's a gimmicky waste of money. The chicken did carry the same quality, but the "rolls" are inconsistently, disorganized buttered pieces of a roll. Sliced up and put around little pieces of chicken. They're doughy and without really any flavor so you definitely need jelly or sauce on them. I'd just skip these. They deceptively charged me almost $12 for the 10 piece. It's not marked on the menu so beware of this. The nuggets are probably better.The staff were alright and the length of time was fine so they're ok here but food wise was, it was disappointing biscuit and gimmicky, high priced food I think I'll settle for the lower key fast food variety. Quantity may have the advantage."

The burger *chefs kiss* I got the half pound angus white American. And it was perfection. The meat was moist and full of flavor. It was saucy and the white cheddar really popped. It's like an old style drive in too. That staff are super friendly. The bathroom is located on the outside of the building. It's a single occupant bathroom, clean, and well maintained. 8/10 on the poopability scale."

"I know I rate a lot of things 5 stars, but this place REALLY, REALLY, REALLY deserves it. After a hospital stay, the last thing I felt like doing was cooking. Bananas Grill doesn't do their own delivery, so Postmates it is. When a third party does the delivery, it's often cold and a mess, but NOT AT BANANAS GRILL. They do not stand for that nonsense! Not only was my food hot/warm, but each item that might possibly get gross packed together (tzatziki, feta, falafel, pita) was wrapped up so it was not soggy, wet, or messy. I have never in my life seen food wrapped as carefully and mindfully as Bananas packs it. They also included plenty of napkins and a set of silverware. Who runs this place? Cher? Jesus? Nothing would surprise me at this point.Please notice I haven't even gotten to the food yet. AND THE FOOD IS DIVINE. Like over the top, from portions to pricing, it's all good. We got the Bananas combo, baklava, samboosa, and Greek salad. The combo came with 2 chicken skewers, chicken, rice, gyro meat, 2 dolma, 2 falafel, hummus, 4 pita triangles, a little salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes. It's also only 20. There were 2 tzatziki and one honey mustard. Possibly the best dolma I've ever had. The rice was delicious, both types of chicken were moist and tasty, and I hear the gyro meat was good. My 3 yo seemed to like it, too. The hummus was smooth and came with an olive. Pita was warm, soft, and delicious. Falafel was perfectly crisp and tasty. I cannot wait to try more on their menu, or even just order when I want an actual hot meal prepared with care."
