"Stopped in to watch a football playoff game and then asked why I had not been here before. Friendly servers. Fun raffle. And great good. Offerings in the Happy Hour menu sufficed for our dinner. Enjoy!"
"We went to Verrazano's for a team dinner. First off, our waiter was spectacular. He was full of energy and we were all joking with him that we need to hire him. He was absolutely spectacular. We ordered may hors d'oeuvres and all were very tasty and plates were becoming empty. The main dishes came and everything was 100% on point. The salads and soups were great. The beef medallions was fantastic. The seasoning and flavor was perfect. Our experience was so good, a friend of mine and I wanted to go to dinner and we were looking for things and we just said, lets just go to where we know the food is terrific. So, two nights in a row. Great food and service. I highly recommend trying Verrazano's once. It may not be the cheapest around, but the quality of the food and service was awesome! Lastly, if you are lucky, you will get a sunset like we did during dinner. It looks like a painting is it so stunning."

Maybe because it's also lunch time. When we got near the Market Diner we saw that there isn't any line and there are a few empty tables so we decided to go in. The food was DELICIOUS! The fries were PERFECT! Perfect seasoning and texture. Their sauce also goes really well with the chips. The burger is kinda dry but the chowder is good. I saw a few sandwiches ordered from other tables and they look good too. If you are starving and don't want to wait long lines in the market during the weekend, head to this little hidden gem!"
"We love, love this place. If you are anywhere near Skykomish, it's worth turning off the highway and going into the town to visit this gem of a restaurant! Henry is the best of the best! He does it all... fabulous greeter, buses tables, takes order, tops off coffee, delivers food and gets you your check. He's so efficient and always friendly! The burgers are AMAZING!!! You can either eat inside or go out on the patio and watch lots of Hummingbirds play around near the feeders.A MUST stop after a day playing in the mountains!"
"Pretty cool place to hang out with games for young and older "kids".We had the pulled pork sandwich which was good, maybe a bit small on the burger buns but it came with a good amount of fried. The chicken sandwich on the other hand was bigger and also came with fries. The fries we supper crunchy, I believe they fry them in batter. There are tables and metal stools outside which are tall and uncomfortable to seat on, but we ate pretty quickly and played some of the games so that's a big plus.At last you order and pay at the door and you're given a buzzer. It's pretty self served from that point on."
"The champagne diner is a great little place to go with good service excellent food, and we will be back"
"Best waffle I've had in a long time! Definitely my top 5 in the Puget Sound. It was soft, light, and fluffy. I also loved the canned peaches. Along with the rich whipped cream, I didn't use any syrup!I would definitely recommend the home fries. Very flavorful with the onions and bell peppers. The staff was super nice. Will come back!"
"Loved the country fried steak with sausage gravy. It's as good as any Southern Cracker Barrel. Service is fast and friendly, and parking plentiful in the back lot. Weekend peak waits are long for groups, but for couples and singles, the counter is usually available. $21.50 for a plate is really high. I am used to sub-$15 prices in areas where there are more competition."
"This place was alright. The ambience was extremely cheesy, yet adorable. The food was diner food. And they were extremely understaffed. Overall, would consider going back if we can't land a table in Ballard, which is the reason we ended up there in the first place. Cool view."
"Fish sandwich is a winner! Fresh bun, fresh greens, and a big piece of cod and definitely satisfying.I did eat some of my hubby's fries, which were yummy. This is a drive thru, so be prepared to take your food elsewhere to eat."
"One of my favorite spots for happy hour!! It's been so long since my last visit but man oh man Pecada Bueno is doing alright. When it comes to outdoor patios, this place hits the spot. When it's a nice sunny day, come here for happy hour! They have a great selection of food and really well priced menu items. Can't rave about this place enough and hope you enjoy just as much as I do."

We decided to give this place a second chance. Service 4/5 our server was janetha. She was very very friendly! Very personable. My only slight complaint was that we'd asked for something and it took a second request to get it. Not a deal breaker tho. Food...Dijon steak. 4/5. I mean this place isn't John howie...but my husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak and the pasta. He ate the whole steak but was full so took the pasta home to our son who ate it all and said it was delicious. Turkey club. 5/5. I have zero complaints here. The taste was wonderful, fresh, refreshing and the waffle fries were perfectly cooked. All in all was a really good meal. We will for sure be back soon!!

An unplanned stop for a late lunch in the charming town of Skykomish. Very friendly husband and wife business, the food was delicious, we also ordered a milkshake and got two. We came with our pup and they were so accommodating - even bringing him a bowl of water and letting him run free outside. Outside seating is lovely - beautifully decorated yard and a very casual atmosphere - felt like visiting a friend! Once we left to walk the town, we met other friendly locals who told us that it was actually the town mayor who brought us our sandwiches! Felt pretty special. Check out the miniature train museum where you can ride the train (no age limit) and make sure to say hello to Tom, he is the kindest and most entertaining person!!!

So this is a weird one for me, this adorable little diner is located in Concrete, WA a tiny little town with very little food options. They have an amazing outdoor space, definitely a spot to bring friends and hang out. They have beer and ice cream, which are huge wins for me, and the people were incredibly nice. The food however was just ok. The burger was simple, nothing special, but fine. The garlic Parmesan fries had a delicious sauce on it, but some of the fries were hard from still being raw and some were perfect. The service was slow but they were busy, and their systems were struggling that day. Ultimately, I would give 3 stars for the food we had, but 5 stars in ambience and coolness. Perhaps though other food would have been better? Also my husband split a burger and an order of these fries and it was plenty!

Champagne Diner is pretty much a diamond in the rough; nestled among the industrial surroundings of railroad tracks and warehouses is the most aesthetic diner with good food!Champagne Diner is a great place for brunch and cocktails. I'm a big fan of the chilaquiles with eggs. And don't sleep on the fried chicken with the biscuits and gravy! On top of the MCM interior and delicious food, the service was super friendly and staff was always willing to give suggestions if I had trouble deciding between items (which happens quite often to me).If you're driving over, there's a parking lot right by the restaurant. The actual restaurant is a little difficult to spot from the street, especially if you're driving fast, so be sure to keep an eye on your navigation system, or the small A-frames for Champagne Diner. If you're on the search for your next brunch spot, make a reservation at Champagne Diner and treat yourself!

This restaurant is the kind of place you see in the movies. It's under the radar divey and visited heavily by locals. I stopped by on Veteran's Day and it was packed. The food is just ok. Nothing amazing but it gets the job done. Also a heads up that they don't have breakfast drinks like mimosas and the coffee was terrible. I did love how they decorate their tables. They have business cards from local businesses all over the table under glass. Super cool to see the neighborhood love.
Visit Restaurant Page"This was a lucky find in Kirkland, Washington. The restaurant was located opposite the hotel that I was staying in. Research revealed that this was a chain and was very well known for its pies. Since I am a devotee of pies, I had to make the short trek. There is a caveat to my pie story. I prefer only fruit pies. Most places that have these pies stuff them with a fruit paste of jam consistency. I like those that also have the full fruit in them to enhance the texture and take you to another level. That is exactly what happened here and more. All of Shari's pies on the menu have won blue ribbon awards at national pie championships. Overall, she has won over 47 of these contests. The restaurant had two fruit pies on the menu and I attacked them both over 3 days. The Oregon Marionberry (official pie of the state of Oregon) and the Sweet Montana Cherry pie. Both were freshly baked, had great taste, with real fruit, flavor and was the stuff of what pie memories are made of. Service was high class (I went there three times). Shari's also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had the breakfast burrito on one day (see below). Thank you, Shari's, I will be coming back on my next Seattle visit to see you again."
"I have been wanting to go here for a while to get the fish and chips. Today I got to go. They were quite crowded.I got the 4 piece fish.I thought it was a 4 star taste and 5 star value. You get a lot for the money !I recommend this fish but it is only on Friday's"
"First time here, we live very close by and finally decided to check it out. Our meal and coffee were good. I just don't think the price point matches the meal they present to you. We enjoyed our first meal there but we probably wouldn't go back unless we really didn't want to drive anywhere further from our house. Great customer service too. Definitely check it out."
"Despite all the bad reviews I really did enjoy Chelan Cafe, no complaints anywhere! Great food, awesome service, and this place is a Bar, restaurant, and Cafe all in one! Highly recommend if you are near by."
"It's October and it's 71°, so I wanted to pick a place to sit outside with my dog and these guys have a great patio. If you haven't been there and all the chairs are rocking chairs which makes it even better. The waitress brought out water for my dog as well as a snack without me even asking she also took care of me and I appreciate it. The service was great. The sandwich I couldn't stick in my mouth it was so big we had the club and we also had the Reuben with french fries, tartar sauce, ranch with Tabasco Perfect"
"It's good to have you back Beth's!! I've missed you so much. Fueled by late nights and nostalgia, I'll make every effort to come here and be comforted by the delicious breakfast foods. This time, just between the hours of 7am-2pm lol. So instead of degenerate drunken nights, just come here for hung over mornings. This is just simply the perfect Seattle staple and I was heartbroken to see them close for so long. From the bottomless hashbrowns to triple bypass, all your favorites are all back and taste just as good. There's still taped crayon sketches everywhere and it's virtually identical on the inside. Although the breakfast items aren't anything spectacular, it's just something that is so satisfying and hits the spot every single time. It's not a bad deal to just get a normal 6 egg omlette and share it for an extra 2 bucks. Just get a refill for the hash :) Sampler: Gettt!!This is usually my go to almost every time. The only thing this is missing is some meat but you can easily just get the country benedict instead if you'd rather have sausage patty than toast. I do recommend getting the hash extra crispy."
"My dad and I tried this cafe about a year and a half ago we got served within minutes. The waitress named Yvette was very humorous and talkative. Great conversation with their general manager too. The country fried steak&eggs was yummy and they came out quickly! Got my drink refilled twice and as always we tipped them well. I think it's the best casual dining restaurant in Woodinville area, definitely would visit more often."
"They seated us within 5 minutes and everyone was very nice. Food was tasty and a cool little restaurant. Highly recommend."
"Ray's Drive-In was a hopping place when I arrived around 11:15 a.m. today, Thursday 29 June 2023. There were a few vehicles in the drive-thru as well as parked in front of the building and in the parking beyond the building/drive-thru. I decided to park in a spot beyond the drive-thru and walk up to the window to place my order and pick it up. Multiple menus were posted with items and prices easy to read.Placing the order was straightforward and the wait was short even with a few other groups in front me. The worker at each window (place order & order pick-up) had a good attitude and was attentive in our interactions. I ordered the Ray's burger with bacon and cheese, a small fries, and small cherry shake for $15.50 pre-tax. With tax it came to $17.03, I paid with a twenty dollar bill, tipping $2.50 of the change. The burger was perhaps the best bacon cheeseburger I have had to date. All of the toppings/sauces were on point, the bacon crispy, the bun soft, light, and fluffy. I was impressed with the toppings in that they scaled with the patty thickness. Fries were a hearty serving for a small, were hot, and retained small pieces of the potato skin. For the milkshake, the cherry flavor was intense in a good way and the temperature cool to cold. All around a flawless meal per my tastes and appetite."
"Classic diner serving up great grub with that classic diner experience. It totally channeled the Gilmore Girl vibes I was seeking."
"We love coming here! It's close to our house, it supports people in need, offers job training, serves delicious food and coffee beverages plus sells baked goods. What more could you ask for? Food has been consistently tasty and the vibe is fun local diner. Can't go wrong."
"Came here after bowling just down the street but the food at the alley wasn't quite what some of the folks in my group wanted so to Blackbird we went.Quickly seated I immediately noticed how the Utensils, napkins and more is situated in the middle of the restaurant. I think that's kind of neat so if we're missing something, this is one less thing to have to call a server over for.We had light bites and beers here - Started with Pulled Pork Sliders which features 'honey molasses BBQ sauce' on Macrina buns. These were good. Mushroom quesadillas which I was tricked into eating since I like mushrooms, and these were not bad. Vegetarian friendly. Lastly the Vietnamese beef skewers which again, good and with a nice presentation.Blackbird doesn't sound like much of a name and is huddled in a parking lot with some other businesses, but this was seriously a nice cap to our hang out with good food, drinks and friendly staff.Definitely will combine it with a future similar outing."
"Came here with a friend for brunch and I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the pulled pork eggs benedict with hashbrowns and I have no complaints about it. Really good. I also tried a little bit of my friend's bacon potato pancakes and those were solid too."
"This is about as old school as a diner gets. Charming in an 80's kind of way. Breakfast is best, though there is a lounge."
"Way better experience this time! Super friendly, felt like the old Grants, even though i showed up as they were closing! Burgers were perfect, fries nice golden brown and nicely blended shake.Glad I came back again I missed the burgers! I will be back a lot more now."
"What a great local spot. Service was super friendly from everyone we interacted with and the food was top notch. Restaurant was fairly busy at 11:45/12 on a Sunday but we were seated at the windows (cold) but better than waiting for a table. I ordered the French toast with egg whites and bacon. The French toast was standard but drenched in salted butter and it was a really solid, honestly. Bacon was crisp. Honestly, I couldn't complain. Partner got the club sandwich and the only qualm was the amount of bread, other than that, it was good. Fries were my kinda fries, salty, crispy. Perfect last minute brunch."
"Yeah, the food was great . . . BUT THE SERVICE.Little blue hair GIRL who looked like she was on the High School Tour and got left behind she was so young. KYLA, was the best server I have had in a very long time. She was pleasant, happy and quick, but wait there's more . . . as she passed our table taking food to other tables, I could see that she was looking to see what we needed every time. Out meal was made far more pleasant in interesting just watching how great her service really was.You bet, if I get back this far North, I will look for Kyla.Oh, and their oatmeal is cooked, not instant, and tasted great because of that."
"Best secret in Snohomish: Wednesday night is THE night for live music, drinks and dance in Snohomish . This is a few blocks off the Main downtown of Snohomish. It's not far, has an ample free parking lot. There's two bars in CCR so follow the tunes ...Live music 6:00-9:00, the band is the Usual Suspects. They are very good, with a regular following. This bar is an excellent venue with acoustic tile ceiling. The music is well balanced, not too loud and great dance music. Some blues, 80's rock (think Boz Scaggs, Steve Miller) and extremely talented musicians.Food is actually more than decent,we love the potato skins and flatbread here. Great local crowd. Get ready for some fun.CCR shares it's parking lot with a large modern church, so parking can get tight. This is where the old Penney's used to be ."
"The Filling Station is always a solid, reliable choice when looking for a family-friendly meal in Bellingham. Their burgers are still just as delicious as ever, although their menu has been whittled down quite a bit since the pandemic. Gone is my favorite mushroom burger with a side of au jus - I swear I ordered one to go at least twice a week during the lockdown! But still, it's hard to go wrong here, especially if you grab a side of their famous "tire treads" fries. When I'm not in the mood for a burger, I like their salads a lot. They do have the option to add a protein to your salad - although it comes at quite a price. Recently I added salmon to a salad and it brought the price to over $20. Which, I guess, is my biggest beef with The Filling Station: I'd no longer characterize their prices as affordable in the least. Last year, we went here in a group for my son's birthday dinner, and it was over $200 for the group. It felt like a lot for burgers. I guess that's just how things are nowadays.Bonus for their awesome weekday happy hour, with discounted drinks and some good food options. I recently noticed they have brunch now, too - I'll have to check it out next time I'm up that way!"
