"Cute lil coffee shop near the water on South Lake Union :)I didn't get her name but the lovely woman at the counter offered us free Macrina pastries at closing so we got to try so many delicious ones!"
"The velvet foam in my mouth says YUMMMMM.Let me start off with positive affirmations about the biz. My tasty beverage was superlative! Not only did my barista make an amazing drink she was personal and engaged in conversation and even provided a smile. The establishment is huge so your not stacked on top of each other and has both large and small tables for all your needs. All thumbs up so far.The non open wifi network was a hassle. I was meeting a client and we needed to you use internet to follow up on some information. How ever when we tried to locate WI-FI it was u available. Total party fowl on your business. I hope you change this small blemish on your business. Change that and it's 5 star review."
"last summer i went to portland for a little solo trip/coffee tour, and the shop that really wowwed me there was push x pull. how excited i was to hear they'd settled into this spot in seattle -- a much closer location than pdx. the service here was just as down-to-earth friendly as in portland, and i really appreciate that. lots of fancy cafes get really snooty and unfriendly these days, which i find boring. these folks were super nice and happy to chat about beans and other stuff. one of their roasts i'd been dying to try was out for the day, and they held a bag for me to pick up later. thanks much, christopher!they do amazing stuff here, and i'm so excited to keep buying into their funky, experimental stuff. the flavors are out of this world! orange fermentation? wine yeast?? yes, please!"
"Seven is "our" coffee shop! My dog and I walk there almost every morning on our way to Ravenna Park. I love bringing my dog places, but it's great that they actually enforce people not bringing their dogs inside. My dog waits for me outside the shop, and get a treat from their jar when I come back out. The big windows in the front make it easy for me to keep an eye on him while I'm ordering. Their espresso is really tasty and the baristas are all friendly. Lovely outdoor seating and they also have a little selection of wine, beer, and groceries."
"I smelled their coffee roasting yesterday and knew I wanted to stop in. I bought some espresso beans and got a free coffee with bean purchase. I got an iced coffee and a few pastries (baked by Fresh Flours Bakery) and they were all good. They have indoor seating and a nice outdoor sidewalk patio. They are right next to the Flour Box donut shop. The staff are friendly and helpful."
"This is a small coffee shop attached to a creative space and has limited seating. Love the celebration of culture here. You will find a menu of Vietnamese coffee creations that aren't super common. We got the cà phê lá dúa (pandan condensed milk) hot. Pretty smooth, very light pandan flavor, and you still taste the dark, roasted coffee bean flavor. And they used this really cool Hermann cup design that hot drinks don't need a cup sleeve."
"I stopped in here on a whim and glad I did! The coffee was great with a nice sample bar for drip varieties and seeing the coffee roaster was an experience all on its own. They told me they run it weekday mornings so I plan to stop in soon!"
"I decided to come by to this spot as my friend recommended it for its unique coffee beverages. It was quite busy when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and most of the tables were full. There is free street parking or paid parking lot right beside. The shop is nice, a good spot to do some work or hang out with friends. I decided to try their Ube latte (hot) which did not disappoint! It is a little bit sweet and I had forgot to ask for less sugar but nonetheless still really good. They have a couple pastries available, and I had paired my drink with an almond croissant. On the way out, I decided to try their iced pandan cold foam Vietnamese coffee and this drink was so good. For any pandan lover I absolutely recommend!"
"I am torn on Anchorhead. I want to give it five stars because their cold brews are one of a kind and the location is incredible. Get this, they actually flavor and create signature drinks out of cold brew. If more shops did something like that, game changer. The mint cold brew is excellent. You can tell the syrups are house made and crafted with love because they don't have funky aftertastes (or strange during tastes). And the Honey Bunches of Oats Cold Brew...inject that into my veins. I could rotate their cold brews every day of the week and never get tired of it. So what's the issue? Price. Add oat milk to the mint cold brew and a tip and you are looking at an $8 drink. Since the Honey Bunches of Oat comes with oat milk, it will only cost you $7 dollars with tip. Seems a bit steep. Still, I kept coming back for them because they are so good."
"I'm happy that there are a lot of coffee shops in downtown Seattle, with many of them being walking distance from my hotel, but Elm Coffee Roasters was not the greatest one around. It wasn't really what I was expecting to be honest. It's a cute coffee shop, but the coffee itself did not taste great at all. My dad ordered an iced mocha and I ordered a 'one on one', which contained espresso, brewed coffee, and macchiato in two sampler cups. The macchiato was great and had an excellent taste to it, but the espresso/brewed coffee did not taste great at all. The espresso was super sour/bitter, which was too much for me and I couldn't finish. My dad felt the same way with his mocha, with it being too sweet for him. I think he only drank maybe half of it before throwing it out. I did, however, end up finishing the espresso.Meh. I've experienced better. Friendly staff and great service nonetheless."
"I can't believe i haven't reviewed this place yet!Whenever we're in the area- i tries to hit up Herkimer's. This location has such a welcoming neighborhood vibe. The lattes are smooth and flavorful. No need to add flavor or sweeten. Their lattes are smooth, creamy, flavorful and a delight."

I never wrote a review but I visited from CA like 3 yrs ago and I still can't find an oatmilk latte that was as good as caffe umbria. I'm a caffeine addict so I was just walking around for any coffee pick me up. THIS $7 COFFEE HAD NO RIGHT TO BE THIS DELICIOUS. I tried so many coffee places in Seattle that trip, many more popular spots. Specifically the honey oat milk iced latte. I will be back for you...

Amongst the Uptown stores, all of which I have tried and several which I patronize, this one is on the better side of an admittedly tight field: the Uptown brand is a local favorite of mine, and the stores are similar in many ways, so I am picking nits, I realize. Their service isn't quite as stellar as the California store, but it's very good. The barista work isn't the perfection you'll find at the Magnolia store, but it's also very good. And they are certainly better in both service and product than the Queen Anne location, and of course light years beyond the inept baristas, filthy conditions and creepy atmosphere of the Belltown store, which remains the only one of the bunch that doesn't easily surpass Starbucks in quality. A bit of a mystery, that Belltown store. Million dollar location with dime-store management. But I digress. The missing star is for general cleanliness, which is somewhat understandable considering this particular location is also a game store and gaming venue; it can be overrun with young folks at times, and it's well known that some avid gamers have unique approaches to the concept of hygiene. Observe a "Magic the Gathering" match sometime, and then tell me if I'm wrong. And carpet is a mistake in a coffee shop. Just saying. It collects odors and debris. That said, this is a well-established and deserving community fixture, and a go-to for me in this part of town (even if I will always take my coffee to go)! Recommended.

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. I liked how private the top floor was and my herbal tea in a yellow mug brightened my day. On my to do list to buy some wine here.

Delicious drip coffee. Latte was excellent. Cappuccino also delicious. Friendly barista. Cute small store with a lot of random general store like items and a nice craft beer/ wine/ cider collection. We even found sunscreen. Minuses: not too many food options that aren't carbs. And the bathroom may not suit some. Seating also limited but it's an OG place so can't expect it all.

I don't come here often but customer service has not been serviceable the last couple of times. I didn't order my latter with an extra shot of bad energy.

Love this spot, probably my all time favorite vietnamese coffee shop in the states. The vibe is incredible and their knowledge sharing of vietnamese diaspora in Seattle plus art from local artists is the cherry on top for their community. The coffee itself was wonderful, the maggi drink was surprisingly delicious and their egg coffee was decent. Also loved their banh mi pate and service was efficient!

Trying out the top local coffee shops since Seattle is the coffee capital of the world Definitely better than Starbucks but we had to really shake the drinks to get the flavor to come out. I like the policy they have of remaking drinks until you like it. That's ideal since many people might not have tried the Asian flavors and don't know if they like it.There's no tables or chairs in the shop so you'll need to sit outside to enjoy or take it to go! Visit Restaurant Page"A Muddy Cup is serving up quintessential old-school Seattle coffee shop vibes and delicious coffees (and teas!). It feels like cozy magic walking through their doorway. Like a time portal to a bygone era. Our barista was friendly and knowledgeable. Our vanilla latte was expertly crafted with the vanilla complementing rather than overpowering the coffee. A Mighty-O donut rounded out our purchase. Dog friendly. Wish we could have holed up for a while either indoors or on their back patio. Alas, it was but a brief stopover for us. But we will be back!"
"This place wins best coffee / bakery in Tacoma. The Raspberry Scone was OMG, the perfect amount of butteriness paired with the homemade raspberry spread! Def huge & can be shared. The coffee was also equally delicious. Can't wait to come back and try their deli offerings!"
"Service - 4/5Ambience - 5/5Coffee - 4/5Loved the ambience. It has a retro vibe and has some great corner spots that serve as good reading spots. I went early in the morning so it wasn't very crowded and indeed very bright and serene. The staff were friendly and the order was quick. The coffee was lukewarm although I specifically asked for extra hotOverall a good coffee spot and one of those spots that I would like to come back again"
"Very good ube dalgona coffee! Definitely make sure to stir, drinks came out fast, lots of seating inside. I'll be sure to come back!"
"I loved my iced oat milk latte (they do not have soy). Creamy Oat milk combined well with the delicious, very smooth espresso. They also do latte art here!Grabbed a bunch of pastries at Temple Pastry too which is the same spot, but reviewed that separately :) Good amount of seating in a stylish, brightly lit space."
"I was visiting Seattle and enjoying a walk around the city. I decided to pop in for an afternoon pick-me-up, and this coffee shop was conveniently located, had lots of places to sit and rest, and didn't have a line like the other coffee places down the block. I didn't let Victrola's lack of popularity deter me! There were a few baked goods for sale that didn't look appetizing at all, so I wasn't tempted. Ordering was quick and easy, and the barista was casually friendly - not overly warm or welcoming, but who cares if the coffee's legit. I chose a regular cappuccino and took a seat. I liked that my coffee to stay was served in a proper ceramic cup. Other places I visited on this trip put my coffee in a paper cup, which I can't stand when I'm "dining in." The espresso was hot and tasty, not super velvety or anything that stood out as being extraordinary, but in a sea of coffee shops in a city that has a glut of them, this was a solid cappuccino. The beans were obviously high quality, and the crema and foam were both thick and rich. But at just over $7 for a small, plain cappuccino including tax and tip, it's overpriced. To be fair, EVERYTHING in Seattle is astronomically priced, and $6+ is the going rate for a coffee beverage. My coffee art was mediocre and if you care about that sort of thing, you'll be disappointed. I also carry my own Splenda with me always, since hipster coffee joints like this don't usually offer it. If you're picky about your sweeteners (like me), always have a supply on hand yourself. All in all, Victrola Coffee Roasters delivered what I needed it to, and that was a hot and tasty dose of caffeine. Would I seek this place out again? Probably not, but they put out a quality product."
"We love this place. It checks all the boxes for a coffee shop. Well curated baked goods, a nicely remodeled historic house, cozy vibe, and fantastic coffee. Service can't be beat. We drive all the way from Sammamish to go to this coffee shop. It's the coffee shop I would love to have near home."
"Both the latte and the pumpkin bread I ordered were singularly delicious and well worth the money.Hubby loved his breakfast burrito, as well. Thanks for the recommendation, Jeanne!"
"This was right across the street from my hotel and I dropped in multiple times for my morning coffee.Staff was super nice. The coffee, really great! They have a. Aristotle of milk and milk substitutes. The oat milk lattes were the perfect way to start the day."
"シアトルのダウンタウンにお店はあり海も近い。レンガ造の建物は歴史ある雰囲気がかなり出ている。コーヒー以外にも各種こだわりの紅茶がありパン系もそれなりに種類がある。空間も広くて快適。日本ではあまり見かけない雰囲気です。スタバのお膝元のシアトルですがスタバ以外にも素敵なカフェはあります。"
"Just a quick update to my previous review- Kristen just made me the most amazing mocha. Cardamom orange mocha, rich with flavor, not too sweet and the right degree of strength. My new favorite mocha!"
"It was great place to stay for work with good coffee. They have free wifi. My latte came with lid, so I couldn't see the art, but the milk was formed well and taste good.Only down side is that they don't have their own restroom inside. There is one at the building next to, but you need to ask security guy to open the door."
"Lovely staff always makes great drinks! A nice variety of foods and pastries too. Don't forget to bring your card or apple pay as they don't take cash."
"My go to place. In Cap Hill, easily accessible ... for me Great coffee, chill music & friendly faces."

"I'm pretty sure that if Seattle had an award for its most quintessential coffee shop, Cascade Coffee Works would be in the running. With its location inside a remodeled historic brick building in the heart of Amazonia, a wonderful selection of various coffee drinks and interesting iced coffees, everyone witting with their laptops, and general laid back vibe I could easily see this place being part of a coffee table book about, well, coffee shops!I met up with a friend/co-worker there on a recent weekday morning, and we plugged in to their (nice and strong) wi-fi to get some co-working done while we enjoyed our drinks. I had a very interesting iced coffee mixed with their house-made cherry cola. It was pretty good, coulda been a little sweeter but I guess that's what the sugar bar is for! The service was friendly, though the staff was a little harried. I overheard one of them mention that, before the recent re-opening of the Amazon campus, their business had been way down and that they were struggling to catch up as they were getting 10x the number of coffee orders now! I'm sure, as they're able to hire more staff, things will pick up and I don't fault them a bit for this. In fact, I see it as great news not just for the shop, but for the neighborhood and downtown in general. (I'm sure some Amazon employees would disagree with me though!)Right now, there's some very loud construction going on outside the building which did make conversation difficult. I suggest ear buds if you visit. Would love to grab some of their super cool swag on my next visit!"
"8:45 PM, and another 90 minutes before boarding for a 4 hour flight. Time to order a closing time pizza! This location is newish in Terminal N, the staff are customer focused, there is decent amount of seating around the coffee shop and it is very welcoming. The styling is somewhat modern which matches the terminal décor. It is easy to find and there is plenty of nearby waiting area seating with phone chargers (something you won't find in the other terminals A-D. We ordered a personal Hawaiian pizza and some drinks (coffee and an iced tea). The drinks were to us quickly and in about 5 minutes, so was the pizza. A special call out to the staff. They continued to take orders as they closed at 9. I never saw them turn anyone away but always told everyone they were closing and suggested they move on once they received their orders in a friendly way! Without doubt, the friendliest restaurant we'd seen in our 11 hours in this terminal! The de-caffeinated coffee was very aromatic and full bodied. The brewed iced tea was also exceptionally good. The pizza was hot and tasty, the perfect snack before a 4 hour flight."
"Super friendly customer service. Local coffee shop vibes. It's a pretty small shop, no place to sit inside the coffee shop, but there's chairs outside for the warmer days and there's some seating inside Kaiser itself. I've ordered their lattes, and it's pretty flavorful. They have all the common syrups. The have some food there- breakfast sandwiches and pastries."
