"So I'm not a huge fan of the teriyaki I have tried the orange chicken, grilled chicken, beef and broccoli and the spicy chicken. It's all ok and will satisfy but the sushi was surprisingly really good. My daughter really wanted sushi so I was like ok why not and it was good. Definitely going back for the sushi. I had caterpillar, California rolls."
"My favorite Chinese in burien! They have THE BEST hot and sour soup! My favorite dishes are Mongolian beef, orange chicken, almond fried chicken, general tsos, and honey walnut prawns!"
Grilled boneless chicken. Served in special spicy sauce with steamed rice and stir fried vegetables. Spicy.

Visit Restaurant Page"THEY GOT BIG BUNS AND THEY CANNOT LIE. Two words, homemade mandoos! Deliciously crafted fillings stuffed in the plushest of bun dough, these massive mandoos will make you feel like you are biting into a cloud. Always served piping hot, you can choose between savory pork and chive, kimchi and pork, red bean. My personal favorite was the kimchi pork that was exploding with savory pork, fragrant veggies, and chewy glass noodles. Served with a little container of sweet soy, each bite was perfection! Priced at around $2, go a little kung fu panda mode and dig into these artisanally crafted dumplings. **Location is in the Paldo World in the food courts past the cashiers (the last one in the food court)."
"I was impressed with august moon Chinese restaurant! I ordered take out on Christmas and the restaurant seemed VERY popular. I ordered chicken fried rice, Mongolian tofu, Szechwan tofu, spring rolls and a side of white rice. The portions were all very impressive. Even the side of rice was a Togo box packed full of rice. The tofus were both very flavorful, and lots of veggies! The tofu dishes did not come with rice, so I would recommend ordering a side. The quality of food was very good and I really enjoyed all of the tofu. The spring rolls were hands down the best I've ever had. You could hear the crispy crunch as you bit into it and it was perfectly flaky. The inside appeared to just be cabbage, and the cool vegetable nicely offset the fried outside. Dipped in the sweet and sour sauce created the perfect medley of flavors. It also came with a mustard sauce that I didn't try. The chicken was reported to be moist in the fried rice and very flavorful! I did not try it myself (vegetarian) but it looked very good. I also loved the fortune cookies!"
"If you level set your expectations for American Chinese food this place is good. We ordered the beef ho fun (solid), orange chicken (really, really citrusy! if you're expecting Panda Express style orange chicken this isn't it), and the fish with salted egg. This last one was the biggest pleasant surprise with a strong salted egg flavor and tender fish inside. Everything was cooked / fried fresh to order! The owner is really nice as well :)"
"Best deal on Broadway! They have rotating (usually weekly) lunch specials for only $9.99! If you want something quick and cheap stop by and check out their specials."
"Got takeout twice from this place. They are busy every day of the week! The hot and spicy dry pot (vegetarian) is my absolute favorite! We asked for potatoes and that was an additional $2. It was burn my a** spicy. Will definitely go try some of the other items."
"Wow so perhaps the first food in a long time that the first bite has made me want to vomit. second bite just as bad. After realizing how bad it was I return to the counter and just said this was horrible and as I started to walk away they asked if I wanted my money back I did not expect that they would do that but wow that's cool. The gave me my money back. My wife's meal was almost as bad but it didn't make me want to vomit. So my wife were the Mongolian beef and it didn't make me want to vomit it wasn't truly horrible but it really wasn't worth eating either very Bland and sweet. The weird thing was even the plain white rice was sweet who put sugar in white rice that's crazy. This would have been a zero star review but the one redeeming fact was they gave me my money back when I didn't even ask for it. I just wanted to get away from that food.I have eaten at a lot of restaurants both good and bad and I've written some pretty mixed reviews but this is truly the first time the food is made me want to vomit on the very first bike."
"Fast Korean food made fresh to order inside the HMart Shopping Market, food court area.Friendly service from the owner, always courteous & thankful.Prices have gone up but the portions have remained large! The Korean Kkangpunggi & General Tso Chicken are very similar in good ways ~ crisp, light batter, tender piping hot chicken, sauced just the right amount. Always too much for one sitting so the to-go box is a must for late nite snacking!A side serving of fresh kimchee is perfect with the Jjajangmyun black bean noodles ;)"
"A real gem. I will definitely be back. Food wash fresh and really well prepared. I get nervous with places with a very large menu, that it will all be 'meh.' In a party of four, we had one brisket pho, one veggie pho, one tofu General Tso's and one teriyaki bento. We all loved what we got. Prices are very reasonable. Portions are LARGE. I got a 'regular' size pho and had plenty to take home. Service was great. Restaurant was bright, clean and well lit. Parking is very limited, but a small price to pay considering the overall experience."
"I only tried carry out or delivery from here. Really enjoyed the curry chicken fried rice. The portion size was good. I did have the chicken and beans from here before but thought the portion size for that was alittle small. I would definitely order the fried rice again"

1st thing I have to say is this place is clean! Not fancy but someone dusts every corner of this place which I am a germaphobe so that was a amazing start and says a lot about their restaurant. The food was was really good other than the teriyaki had too much sauce. Recommend to ask for 1/2 the sauce with some on the side. Customer service was great and its conveniently just off the highway.

I am marking this down as a place to never order from again. Food was not delicious. Specifically the beef low mein, would not reccomend. For some reason, they sent my rice inside the soup container.. so I did not enjoy sizzling rice soup.

House of Mandoo Is Inside The Pal-Do World Market. Enter Through The Main Entrance. Keep Straight Along The Wall. Last Vender In The Food Court. Second time here. The Mandoos are a real treat. They are very big and juicy. This time I got two Pork and two Kimchi Mandoos. They were very hot and fresh. The price has risen a dollar since I last came here. The Mandoos are so big and juicy that I do not mind the slight price increase. Also, they no longer offer a free Mandoo with a Yelp check in. All large Mandoos must be ordered in sets of twos.

We stopped into this place because we were getting pedicures next door. It absolutely did not dissappoint! Small local owned business with a lunch special 7 days a week. The lunch special is now $9.99 and you get a protein, two scoops of rice, and a soft drink/bottle of water. The women who worked there was so nice! This is mostly a takeout place, but they do have a few tables in case you'd like to dine in like we did. The chicken was so nice and crunchy, it's more of tempura fry then a Panda Express orange chicken fry. But the orange chicken sauce was so light, fresh, and sweet! The dumplings were very good and the sauce they bring with it plus the spicy on the table was really great. It hit the spot! I think this is my favorite hidden gem lunch special place now :)

Lunch specials are cheap and filling. I think the quality is average. Dinner portions are large. If you're hungry and want a cheap, quick, and standard Chinese / Thai-inspired meal, this is it.

Near the Redmond Transit Center. Soft opening, not many people when we got there around 11:30 on a weekday, but as we were leaving, there was a line waiting. I hear during dinner it gets much busier. Easy to get to, but no dedicated parking spaces around. There's some street parking, but you might need to drive around a bit to find an open spot. Some people I hear park in the Park n Ride building. Don't know if that is allowed.Currently soft opening, and they are offering a complimentary 糖醋小排 Sweet and Sour Spareribs for each table. We also ordered 农家香香嘴 Country Stir-Fried with House smoked pig's snout, 酸豆角炒鸡胗Sautéed Chicken Gizzards with Pickled Long Beans, and 鱼香肉丝Sichuan Shredded Pork. The spareribs had a good flavor to it, but most of the pieces were a bit too dry and stringy. The pig snout was surprisingly good, give it a try. The shredded pork was excellent as well. Some might say it is a tad bit sweet, but I think it is a good balance to the other flavor and combined makes for a very savory dish. The chicken gizzards was okay. Probably wouldn't get it again, unless you're really into gizzards. They also seem to be pretty kid friendly. They have special dishes for kids, and also drawing tablets to keep them busy.Overall a good addition to the local food scene. Definitely prefer this location over the Factoria one. Will come back in the near future to try more of their dishes.
Visit Restaurant Page"I want to give Red Gem 4 stars but I'll give it 3, in the most loving way possible. There isn't anything bad/wrong about this restaurant. If you're looking for decent Korean-Chinese food in the area, this would probably be my go-to. Everything tasted good, just wasn't mind blowing, which is fine! The tangsuyuk was hot and crispy and hit the spot. My family came from Bellevue to Tacoma for jajangmyeon and I thought it was just okay. Nothing too special about the jajangmyeon. I personally ordered the jjamppong/jajangmyeon half and half and thought the jjamppong soup was too much, I think it needed to have more water because the taste was pretty overwhelming."
"I WAS CRAVING TERIYAKI so badly! And didn't really know any good spots around my area since me and my husband just moved here. So we were driving around and found this hidden gem! This place is so neat, organized & clean , once you step in you are immediately greeted by the owners THEY ARE SOOO are super friendly! Their menu is so simple and has great choices, combinations & OG teriyaki go tos! I made a to go order with 2 number T4 our favorite teriyaki orders spicy chicken teriyaki! They were fast , our order was done in 5-10 mins. So we got home and were pleasantly surprised lots of rice , lots of meat , spicy hot & good amount of salad wish they added more salad dressing for the salad but I'm not too worried about it, so far such a great experience I'm happy we stumbled upon here , Delicious order ! Will be back here again."
"We decided to give our local "old school" Chinese restaurant another try after new ownership began. We had gone to the old Fortune Inn for years and then the quality began slipping and they eventually closed shop (retired?). Now we see it open again and some comments on our local Nextdoor site said there's new ownership and the food quality is better than the old one.We had Orange Chicken, Cashew Nuts Chicken, Chow Mein Noodles with Chicken, Boiled Fish in Spicy Garlic Broth, Taro Dumplings and some Jasmine Green Tea for dinner. Overall, I love the locally owned small shop atmosphere here and the convenience to my home. The food is pretty normal American Chinese fare and served rapidly with healthy portions. I enjoyed everything I tried and can see they were doing booming take out business while we were there. The only employee I saw was the woman (with her two cute toddlers at the front area) who was hustling the entire time. I thought the food was normal tasting, not great but not bad. They could use some more staff to help out the lone woman employee we saw and a barrier between the front door and dining area so the diners don't get an Arctic blast of cold air whenever the front door opens (this happened a lot while we were dining at our table). I love supporting the local smaller establishments and give a big thank you to Fortune Inn for giving a small well-loved restaurant a second chance in Kenmore."
"Solid noodles, but I think I might've just ordered the wrong dish so it was nothing mind blowing-ly amazing. I came on a Saturday around dinner time and expected there to be a lot of people inside but it was surprisingly empty. We were seated right away, and service was pretty fast overall. You can see them making the noodles by hand behind the clear screen.I got the three flavor noodle which was a mix of three different sauces over their signature biang biang noodles. It was zha jiang sauce, stewed pork and veggie sauce, and tomato and egg. The menu said it would have the hot oil sauce as well which is why I ordered it but it sadly didn't. The sauces were good but I'll admit it was a tad strange having all three in one since they were all so separate. Since they were also a little liquidy it made it even stranger. My friends ordered the hot oil noodles which looked really good. I'll have to try that next time!Overall, the portions and prices are reasonable especially compared to other popular hand pulled noodle places. I would give it another shot, but can only comment on the three flavor noodle this time around :)"
"Nice size bowls of pho. Got the regular size shrimp pho. Had at least 6 or 8 good sized shrimp along with lots of noodles, onion, and standard basil already torn up inside my soup. Slightly salty, so made sure we didn't add any extra sodium with the exception of sriracha!Husband had the regular vegetable pho. He seemed to like his. Lots if veggies along with noodles.Restaurant was clean. Seemed to have some good customers who enjoyed their lunch. Watching the food come out, the rice & noodle dishes seemed very large orders. Curious what the sushi orders looks like, but didn't see any. If we are back in this area we will probably return!"
"Best Peking duck (called Forbidden Roast Duck here) in greater Seattle! The caramelized lemon slices are excellent! Pricey but have a handful of stellar 5* dishes, many very good and remaining comparable to decent Chinese restaurants. Dishes are generous & shareable so a nice place to come with groups. "Yum!! I love this place. Feels like your going to grandmas house the way the nice lady is always checking on you when you eat in.Love their free soup, the teriyaki shrimp and salmon are grilled to perfection and you get like 12 shrimp a good piece of salmon. All the other dishes are winners too. Can't really go wrong here's"
"We decided to use spring break to visit restaurants in our "new" neighborhood we hadn't had a chance to due to the pandemic. China City was one I was skeptical about - the reviews on here had me unsure what to expect. Upon entry they ambiance is beautiful and the restaurant is clean. We were greeted with waters and our waiter came shortly after. We opted for the family dinner for two and a pot of tea. Wonton soup was amazing. I usually find them flavorless but this was flavorful and delicious. The bbq pork was as bbq pork should be and the spring rolls were delicious as well. For our mains we had veggie fried rice, sweet and sour pork, and cashew chicken. No joke the cashew chicken was the best cashew chicken I have had in a long while. Plenty of veggies and the flavor was on point. The bbq pork was good as well and the veggie fried rice delightful. I have seen complaints regarding portions on here so after we were stuffed I took a photo. We are taking a lot of food home. This was a family meal for two. Check was $54 after tax. We also got fortune cookies that were really good, nice and thick. I have found my new Chinese place - and will be back really soon!"
"Polite service. A bit dated inside but homey. The prices were decent for pho noodles and other items. I've had many bowls of pho in my lifetime and this place was okay. It does it's job if you don't want to travel far and have a bowl of soup."
"Great quality & food portion, for price, tan brown bio-takeout container and friendly gentleman. Relatively clean and nice. His english was so-so. I think I'm gonna get takeout tonight before work. :P4/18/11 Update (not sure where the old "Update My Review" went): The gal up front is really nice and has a cute penguin apron she told me is from China. ^^ And food is always good; potstickers freshly fried (38c each)."
"The teriyaki at the Asian Table was not very good. The chicken was grossly overcooked and the rice hard as a rock. I think they serve leftovers on Saturday. The vegetables tasted like cheap oil. My husband only ate one bite and dumped the rest"
"Authentic Asian foods - from a variety of backgrounds.Other than us, the entire crowd was Asian, which is always a good sign when you visit Asian restaurants. The steamed dumplings were great, so was my Seafood Udon soup. The service was outstanding. The place is tucked away in an Asian supermarket with a small food court, so it was a discovery. I only learned about the place from the three existing reviews on Yelp. Thanks fellow Yelpers!"
"This has quickly become one of my favorite neighborhood eateries! Their pho is absolutely amazing. Yesterday, I got the grilled chicken pho and today I'm trying the honey walnut shrimp. Today I'm adding a side of meat broth, bcuz that's how much I love their broth! When you get the meat pho, you're actually getting bone broth. Slow cooked, cooled, and de-fatted (within reason) before it ever goes on to make the pho. It's hands down some of the best broth I've had in my travels. I'm so lucky they're close to my home. Amazing as usual! I'll be back!"
"Very impressive restaurant and excellent customer service. I was here lunch 1100 am, Wednesday. This was my first time eating in this pho basil restaurant and let me tell yah. The foods amazing i order the pho special and banh mi pork sandwich with vietnamese ice coffee. All items was jam packed with delicious flavors. Good parking available. I will be back for more great eating. Thank you happy mew year 2024"
"High quality food but pricey.Located in downtown Bellevue, Peony is easy to find. There is ample street parking but you can also park for free in the garage behind the building - look for the big CVS sign.We have been here a few times and the service has been pretty good - the food has been better. Try the hot and sour soup with the crispy rice. The roasted duck is unique with candied lemon. They do add 18% service to the bill regardless of party size. There is a clear line that reads: additional tip."
"I would highly recommend the happy hour offered either at this location or the seattle one. they run really good promos like 1.99$ angus beef trays. super good deals and you can eat as if it's all you can eat and bill comes out to be like 35$ which is crazy. the quality of food here is quite solid. also look on instagram for those "secret codes" where you can get some free little gifts lol. I don't highly recommend on regular pricing as it gets quite expensive for very little meat, but a pretty solid place otherwise"
"I saw this place while in the drive thru at Starbucks. Aunty was smoking a cigarette outside and smiled at me and walked in through the back door and I saw it said Yokos Teriyaki so I made a mental note to try it next time because I never noticed it was there. Tonight I'm just too tired to cook and I'm craving fried rice. So we tried this place on Door Dash. We got a chicken/beef teriyaki combo and fried rice. It was $35 total. I was so sad when I saw the plate of fried rice! It was half full and I paid $13.95 for it. We were still hungry after our meal because now my boyfriend had to share his with me. The rest of the food was your basic teriyaki stuff. If you want fried rice, stick to Tacoma's number 1 or Happy Teriyaki. Literally any place that sells fried rice will fill the plate, at least. Or yokos teriyaki hack! Order several side orders of fried rice for half the price and get more than what is pictured here."
"This is a very easy stop if you're going to the movies right next door. They are open somewhat late even on a weeknight which is very convenient. They have a bar so you can get a Mai Tai or whatever you like with your dinner. The serving portion is generous. The vegetables spring rolls are definitely vegetable and have a very crisp snap to them."
"King's Teriyaki: I have not been here in years. I remember my sister always loving this place. They always been pricey, but the quality was there and okay quantity. Well my daughter was wanting teriyaki after 9:00 PM on a Sunday. This place is great if you ever want teriyaki items after 9:00 PM. I don't know of many places open after this time in the Kent area. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and egg roll. For $18.00 bucks and change the teriyaki was okay. But what place gives you only one scoop of rice and a scoop of stir fried veggies. Definitely not enough rice for all that chicken. I don't prefer stir fried veggies unless I was at K.BBQ. I rather have the cold salad, to what I am accustomed too. My daughter like it, but the chicken to me was a little rubbery like it was fake. The sauce was ok like most places. This place is about 2.5 stars for me. On the plus side they are open very late and many options. But quantity and quality for me, it was not there. I understand food prices have gone up. But be reasonable. As consumers we have many options as well..."
"If you are all for quantity over quality then this place is for you. We got a beef teriyaki and a chicken teriyaki and it fed 4 people with each dish being around $10 each. That is definitely a steal. However, the quality suffers a little. The beef was tough and chewy and your jaw can hurt a little. The chicken was average but the teriyaki sauce was light. The rice and salad was standard. Nothing really stood out.Overall, it's an ok place, not something I would get on a routine basis"
