I was surprised at its weight when I took the box out of the bag. I requested the coconut sauce for the mango sticky rice to be put on the side, but instead they gave me extra sauce on the side. It was a mistake but proves their generosity without charging me more, I think. I also ordered an iced coffee with less ice, and it was still filled to the brim. I appreciate little things like that and will definitely be back to try their other food."

Today, I decided to get the Thai Green Tea and then came back again to get the Thai Tea. Solid drinks with the option to adjust sweetness and ice. Great options of toppings to go in your drinks as well.Service is fantastic and friendly. But now they have a wider menu selection and their Pho is actually really tasty. I've gotten their Combination Pho and their Pork Vermicelli noodles and both are excellent. Their Bubble Waffle with Condensed milk is quite nice and hits the spot for a slightly sweet but not too sweet dessert. They have a big parking lot (rare for queen anne) and outdoor seating that is enjoyable on nice weather days. Big fan."

Luckily this place was nearby for him to put up the drinks!It's located next to Bambu in the Great Wall Mall in Kent. There's a parking lot with ample stalls that won't ever be a problem. I got the Life is Peachy which contained butterfly pea and peach syrup. Super different compared to what I usually get. The drink looked beautiful! And it tasted even better. The butterfly pea wasn't too sweet so the peach syrup mixed with it gave it a sweeter kick. The balance was delicious! My friend got the Strawberry Fresh Milk Tea which was suuuper sweet. There was a lot of strawberry syrup that didn't really balance out nicely with the drink itself.Great place to check out if you want some unique flavors that you don't really see elsewhere!"

I usually stop into their ID location since it's near my work or when there's an event in that area. It's always pretty busy at that location. I got a mango smoothie with boba and I enjoyed it. It almost had a hint of yogurt flavor in it (or some dairy). What I didn't get this time, but what I love, is their popcorn chicken. It is just juicy and delicious, though with the pepper flavoring my mouth feels like it's on fire... which is where the boba tea comes in nicely. I'm a wimp with heat unfortunately. Staff is always efficient. SO many different drink options and food. Highly recommend."

I believe the overall ratings may be skewed lower because of the past, but I firmly believe it's much better now. Hopefully they don't prove me wrong. Little pricey though.Taro Milk Tea - comes with boba by default and it's reflected in the price, but if you aren't a boba person, that's unfortunate. "Checked out their soft opening before their grand opening. Cute shop with cute designs. It's almost like a vietnamese Chipotle with good drinks. I got the Notre Dame (Grilled Chicken) banh mi. Full stuffed toasted banh mi. I inhaled the whole sandwich. I would say it's the best chicken banh mi I've had so far. It had a good curry flavor and was juicy. A little messy with the juices dripping and bread crumbs. The bread was toasted and not to a point where it cuts the roof of your mouth. The banh mi does lack structure and is crumbly. I got to try the kumquat and basil tea. I normally ask for less sweetness but it was the perfect sweetness as it was. Very refreshing. I tried my friend's rice bowl. She got the special that comes with an egg and 2 choices of protein. She got beef and pork. The pork is like your typical vietnamese grilled pork. The beef had a good flavor that I couldn't pinpoint what it was. They're both a bit dry. The cilantro aioli was pretty good.I went again during their grand opening and got a rice bowl and won another one. They ran out of white rice so I got brown rice. It wasn't too bad with it. The tofu was pretty good. It tasted like homemade lemongrass."

They have like 3 or 4 tables where you can sit and enjoy your drink. I thought it was pretty cool that they occasionally have pop-ups of other vendors come in! When we were there, Nata Seattle who makes egg tarts was there selling some items and it was delicious! For the drinks, I ordered the cheese gyokuro tea and my husband got the black sugar hojicha oat latte special. I personally liked his a lot more. The cheese gyokuro tea was good but the coldness from the added cheese foam made my drink less hot so it was more of a tepid warm drink. Overall, would love to come back on a warmer day to try their boba and cold drinks."

"The most delicious pho I've had here in Washington, so far. This business is ran by a wonderful group who always greets you as soon as you walk through the door. I've been here over 10 times and I never had to wait to be seated (plenty of seating/tables!).They provide free water bottles as well.Their pho broth is exquisite and is just the perfect comfort food during the cold season. In our three drinks with boba, one was perfect in chewiness but the other two were undercooked so the center was firm. Because of this inconsistency, I'm a bit disappointed but that discrepancy shows me how good Bubbles could be (and how bad). Bonus points for decent location though. To order, you begin with a tea base, add any flavors, and top with toppings. Seems simple enough.Hot Red Bean Milk Tea w/ Boba - this drink had amazing boba. Perfectly chewy. I do think the drink being hot may have helped, but the difference in boba was night and day. Red bean was strong and creamy, just a bit sweet. I'd adjust the sugar but would definitely be inclined to order this drink again.Taro Milk Tea w/ Boba - boba was undercooked but still edible. Taro was creamy and not too sweet. My friend took me here after finding out I also like the stinky fruit, claiming that this place had an amazing durian shake. Given that it's in U-district of Seattle, I wouldn't be surprised as to accommodate the nearby clientele. Currently, across from the place there's construction of a building that was erected which hides the business even more. Located in a plaza with other businesses. Safeway building is next to it. So far, we have purchased the Taro milk tea $6.50 ( forgot to take a pix), Black tea with brown sugar $6.50, Almond milk tea with boba $6.50 plus .75 extra for boba. All were delicious. It is creamier then most other places. I noticed yesterday that my Almond milk tea contained ice half of the cup which was disappointing as I noticed I finished it pretty quick. I highly recommend ordering with light ice in the future. I have yet to try their sandwiches. Looking at previous reviews, it does not look filled but rather hollow. Hmmm...we shall see."

"Me and a friend stopped in recently and it took forever to figure out what the heck we wanted cause there's an abundance of choices here ! Originally I was planning to get a drink but the word "cottonfetti" caught my eye and I ended up getting the cottonfetti ice which looked and tasted like a cotton candy ice cream with marshmallows and fruity pebbles. Very delicious if you want a sweet treat with a carnival theme !! I'd get it again but want to try a drink next time to switch it up. If you get this or any of the ices I'd say stick with the small size cause it's already so big even for the small. I couldn't quite finish it. My friend got a boba drink called "dragon lady" and she loved it so much that she was tempted to get a second one ! Overall I'd say it's a cool place to visit. The shop is not super visible since it's in the corner of a strip mall, so it's easy to miss unless you have the intention of seeking it out. At 1:00PM, there were just a couple customers ahead of us picking up tea. Only a single employee was behind the counter, catering to orders and managing the eatery. She was very kind and did a great job crafting our drinks. I was curious about the flavor of the Japanese Buckwheat tea, so she asked if I wanted a small sample. Yes please! She also gladly allowed for a boba substitute in one of our drinks that automatically came with lychee jelly (we weren't able to request this change via the self-ordering screen). I appreciated how the menu clearly depicts which drinks could be made hot, iced, or caffeine-free. Also, look for the little rabbit icon which indicates their recommended items. I got the JAPANESE BUCKWHEAT MILK TEA with boba ($5.25 + $0.80), 25% sugar and 30% ice. It had a very unique and unexpected flavor! When I tried the sample of just the pure tea, it had strong toasty notes. With the added milk, it reminded me of a lightly toasted, slightly sweet coconut cookie. I was pleasantly surprised! The boba was barely sweetened, so my choice of 25% sugar was just right. I really enjoyed this drink and it's also caffeine-free, which is a bonus in my book! My companions enjoyed the Taro Milk Tea and Lychee Green Tea as well. The prices of the drinks themselves appear pretty average for the area, but customizations can add up. For instance, toppings are between $0.80 and $1.50 each. It's also an extra $0.80 if you want your milk tea made with fresh milk, soy milk or oat milk, rather than the standard non-dairy creamer. However, their serving of boba was generous, the cup size was pretty tall compared to some other shops and we were impressed at the quality of the drinks. I'll be back!"

So when I got there at opening time, they didn't have any and told me it won't be ready until after 2pm.A little after 2pm I called and a staff member was so nice to call me back when the cakes are in cuz it's in transit right now. That was super nice and convenient for me. When I got the call back I went out immediately for the cake! It was still kind of frozen, so I had to wait for it to thaw out before eating. It will thaw faster if you slice it first.I know it's a bit extra and pricy for a cake roll but it was so worth it for me cuz it's so darn cute! I'm also a sucker for nice branding and I absolutely love the business's car logo and how they decorated the shop."
