Cassy B. "What a fantastic spot! I love ciders and my boyfriend and I had visited so many breweries I figured a flight of ciders is called for. We ordered and sat right away to relax. The whole place is very open and gorgeous. Loved the video games to play while you drink. They also had some outdoor seating available. The food options looked delicious but we didn't have room for anything but the ciders. That was fine because the ciders were delicious. Every flavor better than the last. I might actually end up ordering from their website because I loved it so much! Very friendly staff too. Definitely check this place out if you like ciders!"

Wina G. "Great place to come for beer and great food. It's located below Providence Medical in North Snohomish. There's ample parking and lots of tables inside as well as some outside. It was a sunny day so lots of people were enjoying the sunshine. It can get quite busy but we came just before 3 pm so there were lots of tables open. They have good selection of beer-we had the Hawaiian POG kolsch $7 and the honey blonde $6.50. The POG was light and refreshing and the honey blonde was VERY good! The food was great!! The signature chowder is a must get and the monster fries (waffle fries loaded with pulled pork, peppers, cheese and bacon) was to die for. The pretzel had a light crispy crust and the inside was light- not the usual hard doughy stuff. We also had the honey glazed brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar drizzle and large flakes of Parmesan cheese. All the dishes were great! The service was friendly and the place had a nice laid back vibe. Definitely will be returning!!"

In fact, if you fly through SeaTac a lot, Priority Pass practically pays for itself! The tap selection is fantastic. FINALLY a place in SeaTac with decent drafts! You can also get some incredible views of the planes with the Olympics in the background. The food is...above average airport food. I will say that the chicken that comes on the salads is fried fresh and way better than the boring bleach-white chicken you get on most airport cesars."

The artichoke dip had a bit of spice because it has jalapeños in it. Service is always on point also. Friendly and helpful when you can't decide between a beer or a cocktail. The vibes are super chill and total brewery culture with dogs and kids around. Parking is tricky here, but, you can find it if you don't mind walking a short ways. So happy the social committee at my school chose this spot for our end of the year social. Cheers. SYOP."

So this other location definitely holds up. I don't know if I would say parking is easier... because I really felt like it wasn't but I knew it was worth walking for!I had two Cloudburst beers at this brewery. One was the Timbo Pilsner which was fantastic! I always loved their pilsners! The second one was a type of beer style I didn't often come across.. a Kellerbier by the name of Entshuldigung. Definitely different(but fantastic)but like all my Cloudburst Brewing visits the beer here has never disappointed me!"

Heather J. "Crucible now has 3 locations, but this is the original and the only one I have been to. The other two are on my to do list and have been since their opening. It's part of a 4 beer/cider places in the Everett mall area and shares a parking lot with Soundbite Cider. Plenty of parking, dog friendly, there used to be a cat, two bathrooms. Everyone that works here is great, knows a ton about beer and is happy to answer questions. They always have events going on, like Monday night themed trivia (Shawn is awesome) and often have a food truck available. They participate in pub crawls like the Ugly Sweater where you go to each place and get a stamp for the chance to win a prize. You are also welcome to bring your own food, there's a Vietnamese place right next store, or have something delivered, we often pickup snacks next door at Trader Joes and they sell a few snacks. Their outdoor area is the best of the breweries in this area as it includes my new must for covid life, fire tables, you can stay surprisingly warm if the governor is insisting you drink beer outside. They do awesome things like support Vets and have a great Veterans Day appreciation event. The beer list is extensive, there is always something new to try. They also make a rootbeer and usually have a ton of IPAs on tap. Beers come in a variety of sizes which is great for those who may just require a teeny bit more. Everyone seems to love being a mug club member."

Jennifer J. "I was more impressed than I thought last weekend when we stumbled upon this brewery while gunkholing around Stanwood. Located in a historic old firehouse (complete with uber cool firepole!), SAAL (pronounced SAIL) is a small-but-mighty brewery with a great selection of brews, ciders, and an impressive looking food menu too.I enjoyed their Red Ale, which was complex and malty in a way that made me want another! The dude enjoyed their Hazy IPA, too. We were tempted to grab lunch but we had dinner reservations later and didn't want to ruin our appetites. We'll be back, though, and take a deeper dive into both their beer and food menus! The service was great too. :)"

Jennifer J. "I was in Duvall for a winery event and got there a little early... so of course I had to check out the local brewery! This adorable little spot is in a pretty location, and the interior is just the right combo of soft-meets-brewery, with warm lighting, lots of wood, and plants. I was the first customer in the door when they opened at 3pm, and grabbed a Mexican Lager from their extensive and creative tap list. It came topped with a fresh slice of lime, and was cool and crisp. It would make the perfect beer for a Summer boat trip or camping.Later, my intern and I stopped by again (hey... when in Rome) and she enjoyed their lime fez sour while I liked their malty-meets-hoppy red ale.Owen at the bar was fun to meet. He knows a lot about the local beer scene and clearly loves what he does! The beer garden looks like it would be a fun place to hang out, too, once nicer weather arrives. Next time I find myself in Duvall, I'll try to get there early again so I can stop by and try some more of their beers."

Meg T. "We dropped into Magnuson Cafe & Brewery to pick up drinks and decided to order a biscuit to try out their food. The honey liked the coffee, but my soda tasted like it came out of a liter bottle that had been sitting, very flat.By far the biggest reason this is 2 stars is that a plain biscuit took at least 15 minutes to come out. It was't a freshly made biscuit from the oven, but much more like bread that obviously came out of a plastic bag put in a toaster. Although the jam served with it was good, in no world should something so basic take so long. The view was pretty, but the white chair covers were gray from dirt, and it just felt like the most basic of food upcharged and heated up. While the service was friendly, I don't see us coming back here."

However when I went to this location in Redmond they did not have those available at all. I went and looked at their specific Yelp entry (this very one I am writing a review on) and reviewed the pictures and saw that the macaroni dishes were available at one point but apparently no longer or not for now. The menu changed some and I had to rethink on what I wanted. I decided to get a hummus plate. It was pretty good. Not anything stellar but a nice little snack or in my case a nice little meal to work with.I got a beer here as well. It was called The Myth and was a Black Lager. I don't see these very often and glad I had it with it's maltiness it added a nice and more unusual spin to the beer drinking. As I write this review and reflected my experience here it appears that the menu for food changed a little since I was there. Some macaroni and cheese options returned but not all of them. I'm assuming the menu on the website is current and I'm taking it at face value so you just need to go there at the right time to get certain menu items."

Parking in West Seattle can be tricky but fortunately there are plenty of pay public parking lots which are convenient and affordable. The street parking is for two hours if you know you how long you are staying. The outside seating area is still set up here and I imagine a leftover from COVID. I took a seat outside and a friendly server came out quickly. I ordered a flight to try a few before committing to a pint. The flight consists of five 5 ounce pours. I chose 4 and asked the waitress to surprise me on the last. Here are my thoughts on the beers.Baja Lager 4.5%- 10/10 Excellent mexican style refreshing beer. (Waitress choice)Pugent Plunge 6.3% -7/10 Least favorite due to the hoppiness. A crisp fresh IPA.North Atlantic Haze 5.1%-10/10 Looked like a hazy, smooth, refreshing and tasty.Cloud Cover Haze 5.3% - 10/10 My favorite! Not hazy looking but my favorite. Smooth with a slightly sweet after taste. Easy drinking for sure!No Doubt Stout, Organic Oatmeal Stout 6.5% - 10/10 Dark and delicous! Watch out for this one! More of a cold weather beer but smooth as can be. And with a higher percentage could really do some damage if you know what I mean. I ordered tofu tacos off the happy hour menu which were fresh, spicy, and just right to go with beer.As the heat picked up outside I moved inside to finish my pint. The inside was cool and welcoming too. 80's music playing, yeah!, and fun vibes to start my summer vacation. Cheers and happy yelping everyone."

Mary V. "So impressed with Elysian - for a variety of reasons. We came here after visiting another local brewery where we did NOT have a good experience. Our hopes were that Elysian would take the bad taste out of our mouths (literally and figuratively) with some good brews. We were blown away!Diana was our server, and wow was she spot on. We weren't quite sure what we wanted a full pint of to drink, so we asked for a sample of one. She not only brought that sample, but samples of 2 of their other similar beers. How intuitive! Although they all were good, we finally settled on the Push Mower Pils, which was perfect. This is a very comfortable, welcoming brewery. It has a full bar that obviously makes a variety of mixed drinks. A full kitchen is also at this location, so if you're looking for some food to go along with your beer (or whatever you're drinking), Elysian does have that option.Such a great experience. We weren't rushed or encouraged to purchase anything more than we wanted. Diana was a great host, engaging in conversation with us regarding the area and info about the brewery itself.Highly recommended. Nestled in right across from the restaurant you can order your food and drink and sit anywhere in the dining area to enjoy both.I had carne street tacos while Steve had a hamburger, both of which were very good! We also split some cheese curds for an appetizer and those were a hit as well! For the beer we started off with a flight of several of their beers like an amber, an Autumn styled ale, a lager and kolsch among a few others. We were most impressed with the lager and we both ordered a pint of it after we finished the flight. Good place to go to, perhaps not the best beer with every style but very impressed with that lager. But good gor the kind of place it is that brings a lot of families I'm sure during the summer months and can be very touristy. They also have their own ciders as well but we were sufficient with the beer. I imagine for some of the residents of Carnation that like craft beer this addition is welcome since they don't have to go to another town to enjoy craft beer and that some is available right up the road."

What we ordered:Beacon Burger $14BBQ Brisket Sandwich $14Sweet Potato Fries $8The burgers/sandwiches don't come with the side so we ordered it separately. And WOW, finally did they give us a load of sweet potato fries. Love how they weren't stingy with the portion sizing like some places I've recently been too. The Beacon Burger was messy and required several napkins for all the juiciness from the sauces and meat juice. Delicious! The BBQ Brisket Sandwich was exceptionally messy but it was so loaded with so much meat and coleslaw, I wasn't sure if I should have taken a fork and knife too it or not. The house-made pickled veggies were a surprise, and really gave my palate a refresh for another bite of the sandwich. They seem to have a rotating menu, working with what seasonal and fresh. They're highly specialized because they don't use predictable, traditional methods to make ordinary beers--but their focus is broad because they intend eventually to make cider, wine, sake, and many kinds of beer before they're done. What they have now is a big barrelhouse and blending program, producing fruited and often sweet beers from Skagit Valley ingredients (and yeasts). They also have a great bottleshop and taproom, featuring a dozen of their own beers and a dozen guest taps. The staff here are super nice, and prices are right on. I apologize in advance for not having a word to say about the brewery end of things, since I don't drink. But the Brat Cart was everything I hoped for and more. They have multiple kinds of brat/dogs (I went with the Seattle, with cream cheese and fried onions), plus you can build your own from scratch, giving your ingredients to the very attentive and lovely people in charge of the cart. They'll give you a pager and it'll buzz when your order is ready. There are several kinds of mustards and ketchup that you can put on or take in a cup to your table. It takes a good 20 minutes or so to get your order because things are cooked right when you order them. Like the French Fries! They are fabulous, had a tad too much salt for me but I still gobbled them up with the hot dog--which was delicious, and the coooked onions very generous.
