Arbia Pizza

Wonderful company to deal with - we booked them to cater our wedding of 120 people and everyone was well fed and we received many compliments on the tasty treats! Planning was a breeze and we will definitely be recommending them to everyone who will listen. You guys are fantastic!!

Great quality wood fried pizza. Had it at a street fair and I'm looking forward to finding out where they have the next fair with this vendor present.

I had the opportunity to check out a Farmers Market where Aribia Pizza was serving their delicious pizzas. What makes them unique is they are a mobile wood fired shop. If no wait, it probably takes about 5 minutes to be done. OMG! I loved every bite of their pizza. The crust was thin and I asked for light sauce. The workers seemed nice but nothing that really wow'd me. Not friendly but not rude too. I would definitely try them out again. Hoping to try other pizzas as well as other dishes they might offer.

Not my favorite, I think I'd prefer most chain pizzerias. A small is 7 and a large is 12, the crust is thin and crispy, with a thin layer of cheese and a moderate layer of sauce. The crust is unoiled. Not very filling, nor is it very flavorful, the sauce isn't particularly impressive nor is the cheese. A sour dough dough would be nice, or a grated hard cheese such as Asiago, gruyere, comte, or parmigiano, something to give it umami and flavor. Frwsh and dried herbs can go a ways as well, even on just cheese or pepperoni. Serve comment about the same as below. Not crazy nice but not rude at all- pleasant.
