"Stopped in to watch a football playoff game and then asked why I had not been here before. Friendly servers. Fun raffle. And great good. Offerings in the Happy Hour menu sufficed for our dinner. Enjoy!"
"I feel like I'm in an episode of Cheers. Where every body knows your name. Can I love a bar more, without feeling like I drink all the time? Love this place. I've been coming here for over 10 years and it keeps getting better and better. First, let me say at first glance this place is a divey sports bar, with the usual pool table, pull tabs, and Dart boards. But it's so much more! You have of course the regulars who come here week after week. You have the weekly karaoke nights with singers filled with liquid courage. You have the intellectuals who attend trivia night. You have your pool masters and self proclaimed drinking masters. But what is most impressive is the diversity of people. The full rainbow spectrum. All inclusive. All excepting. And believe me you, the owners and bartenders will ensure all is welcome! The staff here is THE best in town. Remembers your name and drinks and can potentially be your BFF. They have no problem with dealing with patrons who discriminate or disrespects. The drinks here are strong and the portions are too big to finish (not complaining). The music is a variety of everything. And the space is pretty big. I can't say enough about this place. I don't get to come as often, now that I live on the other side of the water. But I definitely come by when ever I'm in town. Love this place!"

There are some nice bikes to look at as well. We have gone several times and always order food and beverages. Part of the proceeds go to a charity on these nights I believe. Even though we don't belong to the club we are always acknowledged and thanked. I'm a vet and appreciate what this club does. I don't have the kind of time it takes to commit to a club otherwise I would consider membership. Oh yeah almost forgot. All Sports has a friendly staff and very good burgers. Their patty melt is very good. I also appreciate All Sports for their support of the local military families in the area. Thank you All Sports."
"After a visit to the nearby Magnolia Boulevard Viewpoint--with its magnificent views--I stopped at Serendipity for a sandwich and glass of wine. It's right in the heart of Magnolia Village. The chicken salad sandwich was pretty good- and the service was fine.I sat on the cafe side-- it's a long & narrow room with the kitchen at the far end. Lots of clanging noise from the kitchen. The 6 oz pour of the house white was insanely over-priced at $11.With 20% tip, this little meal cost $35."
"Came here after a group activity for some food and drinks. Popular looking spot right in the middle of Greenlake area we were seated inside for our party of 5 quickly as it was nice out all the outdoor seats were taken, so take note if you wish to enjoy that.I got a couple orders of Spicy habanero mac balls. 'Panko crusted' habanero cheese, jalapeño with sweet chili sauce for dipping. off the bat the consistency between the two plate was off, one had more sauce than the other, but I didn't want to raise that big of an issue with it. The mac balls themselves were ok. Slight kick with 5 "balls" per order running about $13-14. The sauce is the same as you get at and on any pub Thai chili wings order. The highlight was absolutely the milkshake. I got the Boston Creme shake, and man. It lived up to its reputation as they have on the menu that they have the best milkshakes. It was SOOO chocolatey, but not too chocolatey. If you're feeling a milkshake while here, I recommend. Not a bad spot come with a group, as it there is a fairly varied menu."
"Fantastic! Simple pure and perfect. Had a double cheese burger and loaded fries. Best I've had in a long while. Kudos man! Cheers! Get this in your mouth!"
"Amazing Fish & Chips & milkshakes! They also serve hamburger and fries! They also have prawn, oysters, shrimp & halibut fish and chips."
"First time going to this bar was right after it opened during the pandemic. Went on a night they had Karaoke and it was loud as heck! Some of the songs and singers were enjoyable, though. A couple of our friends were dancing and singing along, having a good ol' time!Service was actually great. The waitress for our table was pretty attentive and friendly. Got our drink and food orders in a timely manner. It was just so hot since the A/C wasn't working or something that day/night. The fans were not working that well and it was super crowded. All of the tables were full, bar area was packed and temperature kept rising because there were so many people inside. We mainly went because our friends invited us out..."
"If you're looking for a place that offers a nice view, huge portions of food and is by the beach area, Bay Breeze is a solid stop.Came here with a big group and overall, had a nice dining experience here. Things to note: - View: If you want a nice view of the sea, do recommend putting in a reservation and requesting this in advance. Totally worth the extra effort. - Service: Friendly staff! Our server definitely did a great job with accommodating my group as we had a couple of small kids. - Cocktails: Wowzer, these drinks pack a nice kick. Definitely recommend ordering one of the many yummy drinks on the menu. Well crafted and worth the taste.- Food: Overall, generous portion for the dishes and quality was excellent. The menu is quite extensive ranging from typical seafood to some Asian fusion style ones. So definitely take a look at all of the options. For me, had the pleasure to try: - Calamari: Sauce had a nice spicy kick to it surprisingly... pretty good overall - Sriracha Shrimp: Not too spicy but I love the broth! Very hearty and dipping the crispy calamari with this was a pretty good combo- Surf & Turf Salad: This thing was huge!!!! Loaded with super fresh veggies, juicy steak and plump shrimp, I was stuffed by the time I finished this dish. Definitely a shareable dish for those who aren't as hungry. Plus, the sesame sauce = sooo good. - Price: Very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you order."
"The thing about this island is that, it Has a very low population. It means, places to go to eat is likely limited. It is. What I see on Yelp as far as hours are not always true. Most places are open early evening- -for dinner time.It is remotely quiet and just has its own style of living which, I respect. What I'm trying to say is that , if you plan to stay for a couple of nights? Bring yourselves some healthy filling snacks that will keep you upright until you get some cooked meals that will be available. I know I did since I read about this island.Hub and I realized this was the go-to for locals and have a fair amount of foods. I ordered the quick fried chicken and it was okay. It came with slices of carrots and celery. It was light but satisfying.Service is pretty quick and our server was pleasant. I like that. Hub had the prime rib dip and it came with well seasoned fries. We both enjoyed our late lunch and will probably have a nice drive later again in the afternoon. It's a nice friendly bar I thought. You can't go wrong with apps and some cold beer right here."
"Came for a beer and it was a cool atmosphere. The beer came quickly and I also got some nachos to munch on while drinking the beer. I can't speak for the rest of the menu but the nachos were good. Service was good and I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu."

We decided to give this place a second chance. Service 4/5 our server was janetha. She was very very friendly! Very personable. My only slight complaint was that we'd asked for something and it took a second request to get it. Not a deal breaker tho. Food...Dijon steak. 4/5. I mean this place isn't John howie...but my husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak and the pasta. He ate the whole steak but was full so took the pasta home to our son who ate it all and said it was delicious. Turkey club. 5/5. I have zero complaints here. The taste was wonderful, fresh, refreshing and the waffle fries were perfectly cooked. All in all was a really good meal. We will for sure be back soon!!

This is my neighborhood watering hole, a perfect divey sports bar that is everything a dive should be: they most always have your game on, and if not, they will turn it on for you. A little darts, a little pool, some pull tabs, good variety on the taps and good prices on the hooch. Fun and diverse music on the occasionally psychic jukebox (it has mysteriously played music by artists we were just talking about on more than one occasion). The menu is classic burger-centric bar food, and portions are generous. They can be understaffed at times (missing star) which can make eating here problematic. A couple times I stopped in for lunch, and could only get a beer because the line bartender was also trying to be the cook. Another time, the overwhelmed barkeep completely forgot that I had ordered food. I certainly understand the necessity of keeping down payroll expenses, having been a manager before. But it would be good if they offered a limited menu the staff can handle instead of letting customers down. The staff is engaging and they keep the mood light and fun most of the time. It can get busy, especially weekends, so come armed with a little patience and positivity!Recommended for dive-lovers stranded on the Eastside!

I particularly love the 30 year old nostalgia carpet though. It's next to the weed shop, the drinks are cheap, food ain't bad. Play your music, watch your game. Staff is great. What else do you want in a neighborhood bar?

This place is fast becoming my comfort food craving. Every time I eat there--the food is terrific! This time, Hubby took me to lunch and they had all day brunch. He had the French Dip--which was great. I had the Eggs Benedict and I'm a real aficionado of the EB. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the hollandaise was spot on and the smoked ham was sublime. The potatoes however, surpassed my expectations. Big heart onions and peppers added some amazing flavor. Not a dieters special, but if you're going to go big, I'd say go to Serendipity.

Our family decided to visit Jakes Street Food and boy was it good. I got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was filled nicely and full of flavor I also got the family the Hello Bonita fries to try something new. it was very tasty with some heat. My wife got the Reuben sandwich and as you can see from the picture it has meat in there. She said it was extremely delicious, one of her most favorite Reuben sandwiches she has ever had. My kids both got the cheese burgers and really enjoyed them.Overall, this stop was a big win for us and we really look forward to eating here when we go into town again.

I moved to Auburn from living up north and didn't really know anything around. My boyfriend and I decided to go to Spunky Monkey one night to see what it was about. I can honestly say I haven't had that much fun at a bar in awhile. Matt the bartender is literally amazing and is the only reason why we came back for a 2nd time and will continue to be back. When I didn't know what I wanted to drink I left it up to him and omg he has never let me down. Matt makes the most amazing drinks, he tends to every patron to make sure everyone is taking care of. He is the reason my boyfriend and I will continue to come back!! If you haven't been I would HIGHLY recommend coming out! After 9pm it's Karaoke night! Also their food is pretty amazing too.
Visit Restaurant Page"After enjoying a stroll through the botanical gardens and watching the ships go through the locks, the Lockspot Cafe was conveniently located nearby, just in time for a mid afternoon snack of clam chowder and a cold beer on a beautiful sunny day, plenty of seating outside to soak up the sun and enjoy the chowder and brew. The chowder wasn't the best I've ever had, but neither was it definitely not the worst. It could have been a little creamer and buttery tasting, but the amount of clams and over all flavor was good enough, worth the price, and the Maritime IPA went well with it. Maritime being another local brewery to check out later. Service was quick and friendly, a walk up window, place your order, and enjoy the sun for a few minutes. The chowder and beer was perfect to keep me going for the rest of the adventures for the day. Definitely will be back to try their fish n chips. Cheers!"
"The Brick Kitchen and Brunette's Pub are probably the top local favorites spot in this immediate Renton area. You probably have to be a resident around here or hear from word of mouth to discover this gem, cool spot for friends to be able to drink and then conveniently crawl their way back home close by, there's no need to go over to Seattle at all. Asian fusion, I'm Asian and I dig it. Dishes that stood out to me, honey sriracha brussel sprouts, wedge salad, garlic noodles. I still haven't tried much on their menu yet. Great food, casual spot, I'm sure you can show up in pajamas and nobody would care. Items are in the $10-$20 range. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)"
"My first visit to the new location was just before the Seahawks-Raiders tragedy. What wasn't tragic was the Prime Rib Dip sandwich! I completely appreciate the fact that the sandwich and fries were so fresh. The house-made tarter is also a must try. A little bit of bite to it. I'll definitely be back, and perhaps I'll stay for the game and hope for a better result."
"We came here for dinner the other night when my parents were in town. We had never been before and decided to give it a try. The restaurant was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. We got there around 5:15 and were seated immediately. I definitely recommend making a reservation if you don't get here early because the place got really busy as the night went on. They have a great deal for early dinner with 3 courses for $28. I got this along with my parents while my husband ordered from the regular menu. We got bread to start which was a tasty sourdough and a delicious garlic oil to dip it in to. I got the shrimp cocktail and the Caesar salad to start (it was $5 extra for an additional appetizer). The Caesar was tasty and a good size. The shrimp cocktail wasn't my favorite as the shrimp was just lightly tossed in cocktail sauce and I prefer it on the side to dip the shrimp in to. For my entree I got the garlic crab which came with a cluster of crab legs, potatoes and corn. The crab and potatoes didn't have much flavor but the crab seemed fresh. I ended up dipping it in the garlic oil from the bread which made it delicious. The corn was too greasy so I didn't eat much of it. For dessert I got the chocolate mousse which was tasty. My parents got the cod and shrimp scampi which they both enjoyed. My husband got the duck which he really liked and the apple pie for dessert which was delicious. Service was quick and friendly."
"Bootleggers is a local watering hole with very average food. I'd like them more if their service were better but the last three times we've visited for lunch I've had to go track down napkins and utensils.I'd truly prefer to like them more but I've tried multiple times snd I'm just terribly underwhelmed."
"We recently had the pleasure of dining at The New Local, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Unlike its predecessor, which I heard was notorious for bar fights and an uninspiring menu, The New Local has transformed into a neighborhood gem. The Bloody Mary was perfectly spiced, and the Chicken Nachos were a generous portion, easily feeding four. The Beer Pretzels were plentiful and delicious. The Chicken and Steak Fajitas were cooked to perfection. Our server, Jhovana, provided great service, making the experience even better. The New Local is a great addition to the neighborhood, offering a welcoming atmosphere and a tasty menu. Highly recommended!"
"This is a pretty cute and small sandwich/soup/snacks place. Nestled in with the various commercial buildings around the Bothell Canyon Park area, this is a place where you can grab a quick bite to eat without much waiting. For the food that's served here, it's mainly sandwiches, soups, salads and other smaller things like pastries, snacks, drinks, yogurt and etc. I came here a couple of times for lunch and never had to wait more than 10 minutes or so for food. For some of the items I tried, I did have a sandwich, some sort of beef soup and a burger (Friday Specials). The soup I had was average, nothing too fancy but simple and flavorful. The sandwich was pretty fresh (stuffed full of various veggies) but nothing outstanding. Sandwiches are customized to your picking unless you're choosing a hot sandwich that come with set ingredients. As for the burger, that thing was huge! Couldn't really finished that in one setting. For the "meals," you do get the option to pair a whole/half sandwich with either salad, soup, chips and a drink choice of soda or water. Prices here are pretty comparable to most of the other food places in the area (average meal $8-10+) and overall, I do recommend this place if you're searching for something quick and simple to eat. The staff here is pretty friendly and there's a small dining area just outside the shop."
"The food is pretty amazing. Def has that home cooked feel and taste. We had to wait a substantial time for our food to come out but it was well worth the wait. This place IS busy. The wait staff did an amazing job keeping us comfortable while we waiting. There's lots of historical literature and some trivia to keep the mind busy. The Cafe has that small town feel. Very charming. I knocked down a star for the bathroom. It's pretty rough in there. . Will for sure be coming again."
"Came in for dinner on a Wednesday evening as it was a short walk from our hotel nearby. It was such a beautiful evening and we watched the sun set from the outdoor patio. Service was friendly and fast. The sausage rolls were delicious. I couldn't decide if I enjoyed dipping them more in the gravy, grain mustard, or both. My bf had the pork chop which he enjoyed. I was really excited about the corned beef and cabbage egg rolls but they really missed the mark for me. Way too much cabbage and barely any corned beef. I can't remember the name of the cocktail I had - it was gin based and featured a local honey. That was outstanding."
"The sandwiches here are so good! I've been coming here for years! Highly recommend this place for lunch."
"Good service and quick to the table, good wine choices, amazing steak, you get two sides with your steak. I had the wedge and the potato pancakes. Everything was spot on. It looked like everyone around us was having a great time and enjoying the meals. I didn't see one bad dish or anyone complaining place was busy and it all looked amazing."
"I've been wanting to try Fanny's for awhile now and finally got to dine-in yesterday. I was surprised how spacious the restaurant is.. love how the tables are spread out. Our server was very attentive and welcoming. She checked up on us several times and my coffee was quickly refilled without me having to flag someone down. The menu was kind of overwhelming.. so many options! I appreciate the small plate options for those who can never finish a whole meal. Affordable too at around $10/meal! Bacon was crispy and delicious, hash browns were crisp to perfection. Syrup was warm, and my favorite were their pancakes. So fluffy! I was very impressed and beats out other way more expensive brunch places I have been to. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!"
"What a great meal. First off, thank you to our server James (Shamp), he did a great job of taking care of us. We had a great table at the windows. The view of the water is fantastic. The food came out quickly, and it was delicious. The filet was cooked perfectly to order. It was seasoned well. The mashed potatoes were next level! Buttery and smooth. The Baja King Salmon was amazing. Tender and juicy! The meal was one of the highlights of our day!Great location, great service, great food!"
"Ringers is a little dove spot near my house. We've eaten here a few times. The burgers are awesome and every weeknight they have a dinner special which is a great deal. Wing Wednesdays are the best, but they do sell out - so get there early. The staff is also the friendliest!"
"Went to Maggie's on meeker for lunch. We came in and signed our name and how many were in our party. After about 10 minutes we were seated. I had Maggie's mess. It came with hashbrowns topped with gravy and an orange slice. I requested for Tabasco and Tapatio and they brought all of them and more. The hashbrowns were crisp and the gravy softened them just a bit. I did like the orange slice at the end as "dessert" to cleanse the pallet. Then we ended up at Pied Piper and found out you can order breakfast at Maggie's and eat it at the dive bar! Will definitely be back to try that!"
"Love this place ! Ya-wei is amazing. Glad she is still at the suite. Suite has a awesome outdoor seating which is perfect for both large and small groups.Their HH starts at 4 and have an amazing menu to chose from. Wednesday is 1/2 bottle wines which is greats. Great beverage selection as well. Food menu has a great selection,Cauliflower, house cut fries, quesadillas are my favorite. They also have trapeze performers and DJ on the weekends. Suite is located in Bellevue collection and have tons of parking. If you looking for good food, great drinks and exceptional service, Suite is your place."
"So amazing! The pho was really good and the short rib plate was amazing! It's very cozy inside and the service was super quick and friendly."
"Dive bar in Coupeville right next to the water. It's a 21+ establishment and they check IDs as soon as you walk through the doors. No outdoor/patio seating, so leave the dogs back home. We got seated right away, right next to a window. This was a Tuesday in February at like 2pm so the slower season, I'm sure. The service was great. The girl was very friendly and nice-- gave us the rundown of the specials and what they're known for when she asked if we have been here before. They're known for the Penn Cove mussels and fish and chips, so of course we got that. Food came at a reasonable pace. The mussels were so fresh tasting and the fish and chips were nicely battered. Their sauce were amazing, it tasted like they put pickles in their ketchup. We got their microbeer (boyfriend thought it was pretty good and a Greenbank cider (that one was okay)."
"Okayyy shoutout to our friend bringing us here because why are there so many hidden gems in Burien?! This breakfast place is sooo good and affordable. It gets pretty busy in weekends so don't come super hangry or come before the rush. Everybody pretty much cleaned up their plates. I only tried my steak and eggs with potatoes that come with melted cheese. Our waitress was so kind and offered us many sauce options to consume with our meal. The steak was juicy and crispy on the outside. The potato's went so well with it and crispy as well! Usually my potato's always come soggy or under cooked. The best part was the $4 mimosas. Haven't seen a drink cost that cheap in years. Like I get it's just orange juice and champagne but it really got the job done! Didn't taste watered down or anything lol. I am definitely returning to try the Eggs Benedict. We were seated in the patio and it was raining that day. Surprised how warm it was in the patio. Service was amazing and she was very attentive."
"A1 atmosphere, top tier libations and flavorful tacos, can't ask anything more. The well attentive and funny service was a topper. Upset with my wife cause she's been holding out on me. Already can't wait to come back."
