This place is worth the ferry trip to Vashon Island all by itself (but don't worry, there's also more to Vashon than this place). Been there a couple times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Pet friendly, kid friendly, cozy, and above all--customer friendly. The coffee liqueur is absurdly good. I'm less of a vodka fiend but that's good too....and that gin is totally on point. It's the only gin that I can sip like water at room temperature because it's just that smooth and packed with good flavor. Go. Buy. Enjoy.

The trip to Vashon is mainly because of Seattle Distilling. I have been to this beautiful island many times and I always look forward to visiting Seattle Distilling...not just because of the strawberry vodka and the coffee liqueur, also because of the really cool people who work there. Thank you for always welcoming us and treating us to an amazing experience. I need to restock again and will be back for another visit soon!!

We had an amazing tour and tasting here at this tiny gem on Vashon! They have a small offering and an equally small operation, but with amazing results. Everything we tried blew us away, especially the young whiskey, aromatic gin, incredibly flavourful coffee liqueur, and perfect tonic. It was a short tour and tasting, but so worth the stop. We're going to be on the look out for their products on the east-side!

What s hidden jewel. Felt like I was in an old time speakeasy. The vibe is fabulous. The whiskey and gin are great too. Definitely not the bathtub variety

My wife and I stopped here during a day trip to Vashon Island and it was great! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and knew their stuff when it came to their spirits. They did a free tasting and had them available for purchase (which we did - try their strawberry vodka or coffee liquor). Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area!

What an amazing small batch distillery right off the main drag (Vashon Highway). Paco showed up at the door and was very inviting, allowing us to taste the vodka they distilled recently. Gin and whiskey are coming soon. Very exciting to see a great local distillery on the island, with a very "Vashon-ish" feel to it. Worth a drop in!

I went here last weekend to sample their spirits and was pleasantly met by one of the distillery's owners. The tastings happen in the back of an open garage that houses one of their stills. Not normally a fan of vodka or gin, I was pleased both, especially the gin. They also have a whiskey which was quite nice for a distillery that seemingly specializes more so in vodka/gin. They also have a coffee liqueur which I honestly could drink all day. Not syrupy at all--just right. Good stuff and very decently priced! Tastings are free!

Don't let the name trip you up. This distillery is on Vashon Island and is near the town of Vashon and is not in Seattle proper. With that said Steve and I just kind of stumbled across this place and noticed that they were doing a tasting to the public so we went in to get a taste. All of the different kinds of gins we tasted were amazing! Some of the varieties that we tried were quite unique and equally delicious! We sipped a gin that had strawberries made with it which was fantastic and a simply delightful coffee flavored liqueur to finish the tasting with. The folks here are super knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell that they love what they do!Really a great place and when my gin supply runs low I will definitely keep this place in mind when restocking!

These are some seriously nice people and they make some outstanding booze. The Gin is aromatic but not perfumey or medicinal like some gins. They also have some nice flavored Vodka; I like the coffee which is made with real local coffee.Every month or so they offer a chance to volunteer in the bottling process in exchange for a free bottle of something. I haven't done that yet but I can't wait to give it a try.Come in when they're doing tastings and have yourself a treat.

Definitely a bit out of the way for most, but a really cool distillery on vashon island. Definitely keep your eyes peeled as it is a pretty small operation, that you might miss if driving by quickly. They do regular tastings during the day of their spirits of which I found the gin, strawberry vodka, and particularly the coffee liqueur to be really solid. Most of the people I was with ending up buying a bottle of the coffee liqueur.
