Update: The restaurant made things right and have said they are making changes to the seafood tower. Per others in my group they did enjoy the fish/chips and fish tacos.Very over priced! Do NOT order the seafood tower, for more than 100 dollars you got 3 tempura shrimp, a tiny bit of what tasted like old crab, and a few oysters. Primarily it was hush puppies and potato chips. It was a complete rip off and extremely slow. There was only one other person in the restaurant at the time and it still took forever to get our food.

Walking through Pike'a Market Place. It was too crowded, ended up here and it was just enough distance between the crowd. We decided to snack as we just ate earlier. We ordered and pay inside and grab a table and set down the pager, they will bring the food to us. We opted for outside as we have kids and a dog with us. We ordered the salmon dip, fried calamari, the chowder and the cod potato fritters. The chowder was good, the calamari was tasty. The salmon dip was ok, it was too thick and not creamy enough and it came it potato chips that could not withstand the thickness of the dip. Customer server was excellent, a good place to people watch.

Great place right by Pikes Place so the atmosphere was great. I had the calamari and chips and the calamari was some of the best I've ever had. Would highly recommend both the place and the calamari. The staff were awesome too!

The cod& chips shines if you prefer a higher crispy breading to fish ratio. Also, a big fan of the smoked Ketchup, which wasn't something I was expecting to recommend! Not cheap, but comparable to everywhere else in the area.

Stopped by this restaurant after learning that Etta's was now a bbq place. I wanted a great cocktail and seafood. The ordering process is at the counter which is not great but service was friendly. I ordered French 75 and crab sliders. I apologize I advance for the lighting. It was dusk and I chose a seat under the neon lights. Sliders and cocktail were outstanding and I would return for both. I'm glad because the sliders are $13 each. The crab portion wasn't huge but adequate. I could taste the crab in nearly each bite.

In Seattle so why not try a local spot for some seafood. It's a walk up counter, they take your order then seat yourself. A very laid back restaurant and the food was exceptionally good. They had $2 oysters, excellent quality, which we ordered a dozen. Fish tacos were great as was the Alaskan cod. It wasn't overly fried which was good. Service is up in the air. Since it is a walk up, they will bring your food out to you but often times when we needed condiments, extra silverware, refill, etc we had to go find someone. Overall we enjoyed the food

This is probably my favorite casual seafood place in Seattle. In the north end of pike place, it's unassuming and straightforward: raw seafood, fried seafood, chowder and a bar. The batter is always the right consistency and always crispy. The chowder warns you up and has the right thickness. Good view over the sound and people watching. Consistent, good food.

Seatown Rub Shack & Fish Fry offers a delightful dining experience with a variety of mouthwatering options. I had the seafood combo and chips, which was absolutely amazing. The flavor of the cod in the seafood combo was to die for--crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a perfect balance of seasoning that left me wanting more.My daughters opted for the cheeseburgers and fries kids' meals. They couldn't stop raving about how juicy and flavorful the burgers were. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, complementing the burgers perfectly. My husband enjoyed the three fish tacos, which he found to be exceptionally delicious. The tacos were packed with fresh ingredients and had a wonderful blend of flavors that made each bite a delight.Overall, Seatown Rub Shack & Fish Fry provided an excellent meal that satisfied the entire family. We look forward to our next visit!

We've never had a bad experience here at Seatown, and last weekend's visit continues this trend. My wife and I stopped in for a light snack of a couple cocktails and some oysters (on special at $2/each!), noting that a few things have changed since our last visit. I'm not sure when it changed, but ordering now consists of placing your order at the bar, then grabbing a table yourself (at least at the time of our visit); this is both handy and convenient, especially since we had our toddler son and dog, so an outdoor table was our only option! Our drinks arrived surprisingly fast, our first round of oysters mere moments later. We would eventually order another batch of oysters when our server came out to check on us and clear away dishes from our table; she didn't make us come to the counter to order them, and allowed us to pay for the remaining balance of our bill at the end of our meal - a smart and classy move! The seafood here is always fresh, the drinks are strong, and the prices...well, *mostly* reasonable. Just watch out for anything listed as "market price", and inquire accordingly, lest you be stuck with a bill sharper than a swordfish, and even then, you're still likely to leave satisfied. Great location, great food, great service, Seatown puts the Sea in Seattle!
