Cute cafe by the water in Udistrict. The prices reflect the ambiance. It cost me $30 for a full sandwich (Cuban) and a coffee with oat milk (summer special S'mores Mocha). Very expensive especially because the sandwich was quite small. It came with a small side salad that was pretty mediocre as well. The sandwich wasn't anything amazing taste-wise either. The tea just uses tea bags that's still left in your drink when served to you. There is a large self-seating area and I saw many people working on their laptops there. There are single stall restrooms. There is no parking except for street parking.

During a cold, rainy Seattle day this place is indoors and warm. The black coffee is okay too. Those are the only positive things I can say about Seafab Cafe. Now for the reason for the very poor review of this cafe. On the day that my wife, son, and I visited I ordered a goat cheese avocado toast and a salmon avocado toast. I ordered at the counter, picked up the boxes at a counter at the kitchen, and took the boxes back to our tables. Because we waited some 30 minutes for them, we were hungry. They were the worst avocado toasts I've ever had. No exaggeration. Instead of slices of avocado or a layer of crushed, prepared avocado, there was a butter-like smear of avocado that barely covered the area of the bagels they were on --- and the bagel beneath the avocado smear was visible it was so little. Even buttered toast gets more butter than the avocado on the avocado toast that we got. At $9.99 for the goat cheese avocado toast and $11.99 for the salmon avocado toast (which had a couple of chunks of salmon) they were a ripoff. If you need a reprieve from the weather, then go to this place. Outside of that, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Good service and food quality. Breakfast sandwiches are really good. Coffee is good. The Cuban was ok. My issue was the menu states different types of bread for certain sandwiches, the "Not A Cuban on Ciabatta" says in the description it is on a "sweet roll" but-like the name says- it was on the same ciabatta roll that my bacon breakfast sandwich comes on...maybe I would have liked it more on the sweet roll? Not sure why description and name do not match. I go there regularly. And they have PARKING.

I really like this place. Came in because I had a bit of spare time before an appointment. Food was good and coffee was hot. I appreciated the kind staff member working and the ambiance was great. Not super crowded and lots of seating. Prices were high but I left with half a breakfast Sammie and cup of coffee for $10. Will definitely return.

Best cafe ever. Been coming here every Tuesday since school started back up. Lots of outlets and seating, good coffee and a variety of lunch and pastries, two gender neutral bathrooms (which are very themed), lovely view of the water. Gets busy so come early if you want to snag a good seat.

Hidden Gem!! Absolutely love this place. The lotus was delicious and sweet. Their white coffee was nutty & very flavorful! As well as their lotus :) I asked for a specific order from the barista and she did it exactly like I asked! Great service :)

This is a spacious spot with plenty of room for studying or working basically on UW campus. The coffee is good and they also have macrina and Seawolf carbs. Their breakfast sandwiches are really good, and their spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good too - something about the bread really works. I'd definitely come back!

YES YES YES I LOVE Seafab! This is like the only place in UDistrict with Lotus and I'm so here for it. They have stamp cards and so many drink options. Price isn't that bad!!! So slay. So much seating, and if you can get it there's free 2 hour parking. What a little gem tucked away in west campus. FOOOOD was AMAZING!!! The eggs aren't those premade eggs they use fresh ones. All the bread was so good. I really loved the egg and cheese. Service was so sweet. They were really nice and patient with our order. Inside there's some people doing homework, taking Zoom calls, and chatting. I found my new favorite spot!!! :)

A cool place near campus to study and grab a bite! The service is always great and the baristas are always kind! There is plenty of seating, however it can get packed! Endless of food options including acai bowls! But beware the peanut butter powder if sprinkled on top... I was expecting the powder to be mixed in but regardless still yummy and nutritious!

Seafab is my absolute favorite coffee shop and study spot in U District. When I'm at school, especially during exam season, I end up there just about every day. Their breakfast burritos are amazing and have the perfect balance of potato and meat and cheese. I also really like their breakfast sandwiches-- their aioli game is off the charts. The service is wonderful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always remember my order. And it's a great place to study. The music, lighting, and layout are perfect for long study sessions. Lots of outlets and tables for group study. Plus they're right by the waterfront so it's easy to grab coffee and go look out at the water.
