Simply the best chocolate croissant I've ever had! Coffee was great as well - I enjoyed the rose latte! Service was friendly and the line moved quick.

Came here during my first ever visit to Seattle and this spot did not disappoint!! Their wide array of baked items make it almost impossible to pick - but I do recommend their rotating pastries! I had a mushroom croissant-like pastry and a pear-yogurt sweet pastry, both were to die for. Service was immaculate, I felt so welcomed and appreciated the help selecting what to get. The space it large, inviting, and has tons of windows for natural light - the perfect spot to read a good book while munching on some yummy food and sipping on a delicious coffee!

Came on a weekday morning and the line was already out the door. It's a Hunger Games-race for seating, so I felt triumphant when we managed to snag a table for the four of us. I tried:+ Coffee+ Ginger snap latte + Oat milk latte+ Cheddar lye roll+ Savory lye roll+ Olive focaccia slice+ Sweet croissant + Chocolate oat cookie+ Cinnamon roll+ Savory croissant + Sourdough loafAll of the coffees were awesome - definitely worth getting in addition to baked goods. My favorite pastries were the sweet croissant, which had pumpkin filling, and the savory croissant. Olive focaccia, chocolate oat cookie and cinnamon roll also ranked. You really can't go wrong here!

I forget to review my regular spots because they're so good and reliable I never take photos. So here's one of 'em Sea wolf is a 1 minute walk from Seattle bouldering project, making it the perfect way to PEMDAS your workout The savory croissant changes with the seasons so while it's mushroom now, it was once asparagus, once tomato, once zucchini, etc. always with a cheesy herbal situation. And their chai is one of the few that ive been able to find that is actually "spicy" rather than sweet.Cute indoor and outdoor (not covered) seating. A great place to socialize or get a lil work done. Also getting to see them baking and making the breads and pastries is a cool added bonus !!

Went on a really rainy Saturday late morning and had a pretty short line! Goes by pretty quickly, but seating space is pretty limited.Latte with marshmallow: their lattes are pretty tasty and love the toast on the marshmallow. The marshmallow is very sweet so goes well with a more bitter/non sweet drinkCroissants: loved the sweet croissant and savory croissant for the day! The sweet had apple and some kind of spice?? Nice and flakey and the spice wasn't super overpowering which is what I was afraid of initially. Savory croissant had some roasted root veggies (I think?) and a type of cheese and this was so so good with the spices on it! Get the savory croissant!!Seeded sourdough roll: didn't really care for this because the caraway seeds (I think) overpowered the whole thing and I couldn't even taste sourdough. Sad face.

I went to Sea Wolf with my wife and a friend on a Sunday morning. It wasn't as busy as I had anticipated after running by before and seeing a line out the door.I ordered the cheddar jalapeño biscuit and the chocolate croissant as well as a vanilla americano. The texture of the biscuit was great but ended up being a little too spicy for me, take that as you will since spice tolerance varies between people. The croissant was tasty and the better of the two but not as good as others I've had in town. The coffee may have been the bright spot, pretty good americano. The ambiance was also a bright spot, love the space, but I could see it getting a little crowded on a busier morning. All in all, I definitely recommend checking out Sea Wolf for yourself, especially if you buy fresh bread routinely.

We walked in 90 minutes before close. There were people sitting and eating/drinking. I was confused because it looked open from the patrons' presence but everything else made it seem closed. None of the people working said a word to us. I walked to what I assume was the pastry case. It was empty and wiped clean. There were about 3 rolls and a loaf of bread and everything else was empty. I stood there for a second looking around. Still nothing from anyone working. No greeting. No acknowledgment of us. No eye contact. So we left. It was such an odd and off putting experience. As soon as we walked out they put up a sign that said they were closed. So don't trust the hours listed on their website. They close early and they apparently run out of items very early. I was excited to try this place but I have no interest in going back. Running out of product is annoying but something that can happen. But rude/unwelcoming staff is something I'm not interested in supporting. There are plenty of other great bakeries to try.

Great food, great vibe! Wish there was more seating, but it is quite the popular place. Pastries are incredible, and the orange clove mocha I had was excellent. A must-try!

I'm in wonder of this place! How they make their crusts so crunchy but yet the inside dough so chewy is beyond me.... but take my money. I don't think you can go wrong with anything you get here. I do love their cinnamon rolls and their sour dough bread. Straight bangers. Cool aesthetic inside, like warehouse meets bake kitchen industrial feels. There is some inside and outside seating if you want to hang.

I came here around 12 pm on a Sunday and there was no wait. I really wanted to try the sweet croissant but I think that was gone already. I got the cinnamon roll with frosting (costs extra but you need it) and the chocolate croissant. They were both good but not something that I am dying to go back for again. It's a bit more expensive than normal but makes sense because they don't expect you to tip there!
