Screaming Hot Chicken

My family & I tried their food @ the Desert Farms lights event last night. The staff was very friendly & service was quick. Our meal was $15 which consists of large dipped in hot sauce chicken sandwich w/ crispy crinkle cut fries & coleslaw. The portion was good & the food was okay a well. Since it was our first time would ask for less hot sauce & or have it on the side. Thank guy for meal for us to try.

Screaming Hot Chicken is a Food Truck by Mingo's Louisiana Kitchen that offers a variety of chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders. We tried them recently at Food Truck Friday West in Glendale.I would have awarded 5 stars if they gave us the sandwich we ordered .....I already know that their Louisiana Hot Chicken sandwich is BOMB-DIGGITY GREAT! But I wanted to try their Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich that we ordered.... We didn't get that so I can't rate it. I had to remove one star for the mistake. Not mad because we still got an amazing sandwich.OUTSTANDING Louisiana Hot Chicken sandwich....YUM

If you want chicken that is moist with a nice, crispy breading, definitely try this food truck! My boyfriend ordered two chicken tender combos which came with four tenders, greens and macaroni and cheese. The tenders are really big and you probably won't finish all of it (I didn't). The tenders were slightly spicy. I do wish they would have came with a dipping sauce. I feel like they may have forgotten to add it. The Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious! The greens were not a hit for me, however. Wait time was okay. Price is pretty excessive: $38 for two of the tender combos. I do think they have good chicken but I won't be back due to the price unfortunately.

Chicken was good. I had the 3 strip tenders my only complaint is they give you 1 ranch for 3 big strips and the ranch is 1.5 ounces. So not enough. Window says extra ranch is $1!!! $1 for a itty bitty ranch. The 3 piece should have 2 things of ranch. Aaaaaaand if you're going to have a fried chicken truck I would suggest Mac and cheese! The only side is fries. Maybe some cornbread and definitely some Mac and cheese.
