Scooptacular Arcadia

Nice staff and we always prefer supporting local businesses but Scooptacular Arcadia was a big letdown. The flavors sounded exciting but everything we tried was bland enough that I just can't get on board (vs a Blue Bell store run for a fraction of the cost). Better off frequenting Handels not too far away. Hopefully it gets better as this would be a convenient option!

There are so many different flavors, and they're all SO good, but the top, top, top is Cookie Monster. If you love cotton candy but also love cookie dough, this will be your go-to!

Tried this place for the first time as a treat for the kids' last day of school. It's a traditional ice cream place next to Safeway but also has Shave Ice and ice cream drinks. The flavors are creative with a nod to local areas throughout the Valley. We all had ice cream and all of it was quality. Thicker ice cream but not so cold you hurt your teeth. "Kids size" was just right and all three kids loved the flavors. They do allow for all the samples you need. Laveen Concrete, Cookie Monster, and Chocolate Overload were all spot on. They even have ice cream to take home for your dogs. The service will put this place over the top. We were helped by Zion who did a phenomenal job. Knew all the flavors, answered all the questions a 4 and 6 year old could ask, even held the door open for the customers as we/they were headed out. He was excellent. The store is bright and clean, a little on the small side but it's not distracting. This is a great addition to the area!

superior quality. Josh (I'm assuming an owner or manager) was super friendly and helpful. it's hard to find good quality, made from scratch, ice cream these days. This place knocks it out of the park!

Fantastic staff always beyond friendly! They have a lot of great flavors our fav was the lavender honeycomb! Also they have tropical sno cones which you can't beat in the Phoenix heat! Would highly recommend!
