Schmooze

We came to Schmooze for breakfast as a 12 person bachelorette party and sat on the patio! The place is adorable, and has lots of misters and fans for the summer heat. The place is filled with beautiful greenery - feels like a secret garden!This is a great spot for groups because you order individually off your phone, then employees run your orders out to you. Made our lives easy as a bachelorette party, and things came out fast! Just be aware everything won't come out together, so you may have to play a bit of a waiting game at the end.I had the Iced Peach tea and Caprese Avocado Toast - both were really delicious! The toast was large and filling, so perfect to fuel the rest of our day. Highly recommend adding on the breakfast potatoes - they're delicious and easily poppable!

I had never been to Schmooze before, up until this month, now I have been twice! The location and hours is really a factor as to my double visit, but they do have great offerings and I feel a great option for any group size, meeting or work sesh.To start, you walk into a beautiful oasis of a patio! Lush, green, lots of greta shade, misters and an awesome water bar feature. It thent ake you to their inside space, which has ample seating and option to order directly at the counter or sit down and use their QR code system. I have utilized both during my visits. On my first visit I got a breakfast burrito, which I loved . It was hearty and came with all the ideal accoutrements, including avocado, pico de gallo inside and salsa on the side. It was flavorful and honestly just hit the mark! On my second visit I opted for the lox bagel, which fell a bit short for me. Though the lox was fresh, the bagel was below average and just did not hit the mark and felt a bit steep for the dish at $17. The cold brew I had was good, service was very friendly and I would definitely return to try some of their other items or opt for a Breaking Bad Burrito again! They do offer a lunch menu as well as a cocktail menu and would be a great spot for a little afternoon refreshment!

This place is adorable for doing some workout, getting a quick coffee, or just a quick meal. The ambience here is absolutely beautiful. I almost think that they should turn this into a high-end restaurant. I think that they could do a lot better. Regardless, if you're staying in the Scottsdale area, I definitely would recommend coming here for something a little bit more chill and low-key for breakfast or lunch. It's an absolutely beautiful spot, and you could just grab a coffee or a croissant.

Typical me trying to find the best brunch spots... schmooze in my opinion is a little hidden gem in old towne! The patio is sooo cute and cozy! I had the bagel and lox and its was delicious! The tiramisu coffee was very tasty! This is a place where you sit yourself and order from your phone! Also dog friendly! Great spot! Check it out!

This local gem has amazing food and a beautiful patio. The cocktails are always fresh and delicious, and the food is good too! The restaurant is a seat yourself, order off the menu cafe feel- which is perfect if you want a laid back time with your friends or family. The only downside is that the food rarely arrives at the table together. If you know that going in though, it definitely is not an issue! My favorite thing to order here is the salmon salad, but I also love their BLT. Their breakfast burrito is also sure to be a hit.

I am starting to feel like a local the amount of times I've been here over the years. This high quality, easy to access eatery is one our favorites in the area. This time we brought in 4 extra guests and they all enjoyed the self service aspect of ordering via qr code. I got the asian bowl again and EVERYONE was drooling over it. I love that they serve breakfast and lunch all day. This is such a great portion for the price, im not kidding when I say we went t a D*nny's up the road out of convenience, and this was bigger, better, and less expensive, and 10x higher quality. I love the black rice. Of course, the bloody mary was a must. 10/10 everytime. already counting my days until we return.

Great place to come and work on your computer. Most people here were working. The bowl was very good. The lavender latte was light and sweet. I liked it. The matcha was sweet as well. They close at 3pm. The music is a little loud for a working environment, but you can wear headphones sit you need to drown it out.

A super cute place with nice outdoor seating. The food was okay. Nothing overly special to be honest. But the coffee was good and it's a cool looking place. Got one of the bowls and a breakfast sandwich. The avocado toast was not very good but the bowl and the sandwich were decent.

This is truly a secret garden. Ambiance as well as food make this my favorite place. Come in the spring when all the flowers are in bloom.

Stopped by Schmooze with a friend for breakfast on a Sunday. Schmooze is a fast casual restaurant. You place your order at the register, receive a number, and they bring your food out to your table. We were pleasantly surprised it wasn't as packed as most places are on Sunday in Scottsdale. The line to place an order was short. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I ordered an oat milk latte, smoked salmon avocado toast, and fries. Food came out promptly. I was expecting the salmon toast to be bigger especially for ~$12, but it was simple yet tasty. Fries were cooked perfectly and the coffee was solid.Overall, we had a great experience. I would come back!
