Saya Tacos

Just had Saya Tacos for a family event and I can say they did not disappoint. Tacos were very good and the two ladies were very respectful and considerate even with the language barrier(google translate for the win). They cleaned up after themselves and also took all the trash. I will definitely be recommending them to friends.

So I am part of various facebook groups that offer various services for parties in the South Bay. I posted that I was looking for food catering for about 30 people. I received many messages from businesses, and when I reached out to them, they told me they couldnt help me unless I hosted 50 people or more. Such a waste of time for both of us. If they knew I was looking to cater 30 people, and they only catered 50 or more, why would they offer their service? Angel on the other hand was very honest and up front with his pricing. He let me know that he only catered to 40 or more, but he would offer me a discounted price while still bringing enough food for 40 people. Eventhough he was bringing food for 40, he was still the best price I received. However, This was a family party, so I had to cordinate with my cousins to lock in the price. We lagged and reached out to Angel 1 week prior to the event. He was still able to accommodate our event on such a short notice. So we locked in the event and waited for the day of the party.Angel confirmed multiple times prior to the event that we were still going to work together on saturday. I appreciated the over communication. It re assured me that he would be present.The day of the event, his team communicated with me multiple times of the day. They let me know early that they were in an event in Escondido and would head to my event when they finished. The travel to my event in Imperial Beach made them 15 minutes late to the time we agreed. Not a problem because they communicated every step of the way. Eventhough they were 15 minutes late, they set up so fast that they were still ready by the expected start time.Their workers went above and beyond to cater our every need. When their aloted time was about to end, I asked them to make sets of 5 tacos with the meat that was left over. They did exactly as asked, and my guest each had a to go plate.By far the best business to cater my event. Will be my Taco caterer from now on. I suggest you try them as well.

Angel and his partner are amazing! We live in North County, San Diego - aka Escondido. We had Saya tacos catering at a friends going away party last June so I got their details - which I'll gladly share with you - and hired them for our daughters grad/birthday bash. They are reasonably priced and their meats are delicious!! They provide plates, napkins and utensils. They also packed everything up for me to continue serving the guests. They are very family oriented and fantastic! The handmade tortillas and their salsas are like no other! Give them a call!

they need better communication with their clients, beans and rice were cold since the beginning, i had to told the lady to warm them up for the guests. no ice on the agua fresca either. I have had other taco catering services before and this need more improvements

Yesterday for Lucia's birthday, Saya Tacos and Catering fed our guests! I must say they did a great job! The food was yummy and all prepared at our house, they arrived a little early and started serving food right on time, wrapped up and left us the leftovers. My husband ate 11 tacos so they definitely served 60 people really well. 3 types of meat, 2 salsas and many other yummy additions. I highly recommend them for any celebration. Thank you for great food!

The saya tacos are amazingly delicious. We had an amazing experience this saturday for my daughters birthday party. All the guests cimmented on how good there food is! And the staff are very polite thank you!
