Sauced & Loaded Chicken Wings

Took over 45 minutes to get a 12 piece wing meal.Food was hot and tasted good but not worth waiting over 45 minutes and they didn't even care.

This place not only has great wings but the customer service is above and beyond. I order the tangy and sweet sauce not realizing it was teriyaki based. I absolutely hate teriyaki. I called them thinking they put the wrong sauce on the wings. They invited me back to taste the difference between the two and they did indeed use the correct sauce that I ordered. Well I still couldn't eat the wings cause I hate teriyaki, so they replaced them at no cost and let me try the sauce first. They did not have to do that. Real 100% customer service right there. And the wings were delicious

Used to be ATL but after talking to owner apparently they are owned by same franchise. Very good flavors of sauces and dry rubs! Would highly recommend S&L (dry rub) and Ross Sauce. Laid back and friendly staff! Don't be afraid to give them a try!

This place has the worst service ever . The young girl at the register rolled her eyes when I asked a question about the order . The floors were dirty , tables were dirty , trash laying around when we walked in. The young girl who took our order was wearing slippers and looked like she rolled out of bed and came to work with the clothes she slept in . Her hair was mess and hanging all over the place . She was rude not just to us but to every customer . She provided by far the worst customer service ever and we are in Avondale. She clearly needs to find a new job but before that she needs to learn how to speak to people and not roll her eyes if they ask her to do her job she's paid to do . Heaven forbid she had to work . Would never suggest to come to this place . It's worse than the Savers next door .

I am a first time customer. I just ordered 40 wings and when the delivery came there was not one single ranch or one blue cheese. First impressions are lasting. Speaking of lasting this will be my last time ever coming to your establishment.

40 minutes for 24 wings. What did they do chop the chicken up to prepare this order? At that the cashier does not know how to properly give an estimate on how long it takes to prepare an order. She said 5-10 minutes be reasonable or just don't lie period.
