Yesterday for the first time I tried the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. It was actually quite good. The portion was huge (for me) the chicken was tender and the spaghetti was cooked perfectly. They even gave me some garlic knots. The sauce definitely tasted home made. I would order it again!

I will start by saying .. We ordered from Uber Eats, and I would say the food was fairly low quality. The service was terrible given what we ordered and what we received. 1 - completely forgot 2 items (our main course and substituted with something we didn't want.. ordered spaghetti and meatballs.. (I should mention at this stage that the tomato sauce maybe some of the worst I've ever tasted) .. it was both watery and flavorless all at once.. rating - 2 out of 102 - had a white pizza appetizer - I would have to say that was okay. I actually just looked at our order again and it says white cheesy pizza.. I feel like that's kind of a laughable description. It's definitely a white pizza, with a very small amount of cheese.. I don't even know if I covered the whole pizza .. yeah I think they should probably just take the cheesy part out of the description.. rating 4 out of 103 - finally we had boneless wings - the sauce we had was hot honey mustard or something.. I don't know I think they just put some barbecue sauce that was spicy on the wings. Rating 3.5 out of 10The question is would I ever go back there again .. I'm not really sure I would. it's on the same level as Pizza Hut.. Low quality ingredients, and skimping on ingredients and flavor.

Surprisingly very good experience! I see so many not-so-great reviews for the chain, but my visit yesterday to the location at 32nd St and Greenway was quite excellent. For staters, it's a beautiful dining room, with 2 really big tv's showing sports. As well, it had a very nice crew, serving up some excellent marinara and underrated meatballs, and offered one helluva deal with a great Family-style 4-person portion. And they have these cute little bread twisters that generously complement the order.Was it like being in Rome? Of course not. But for a solid spaghetti-and-meatballs dinner, from nice peeps, maintaining an attractive, friendly-ambience restaurant, and offering a really good value, all ready for us to-go (this time) in about 15 minutes' notice, this is a keeper!

I really enjoyed the mild sauce flavor on my boneless chicken wings of white meat. Bought & ate the 5, next time I'll double the order.Had Kalamata olives on my Med pizza, which was not as crispy as I'd like. Cold the next day was better. When handed food to go how about a simple, "Thanks & Enjoy".

Food is decent. I got the amore, but without putting a little cheese on the top of the pizza, spinach and basil got burned.The service was fine.I would NEVER eat my food in the restaurant. This place only every plays Christian music. Super off-putting if you aren't an evangelical.

This pizza is just not good. I never had to blot pizza, but there is an oil slick of grease on top of this pie. Plus the cheese separates from the slice while you bite into it and the crust seems different on both sides of the pizza. It might be $10, but I wouldn't go back again for free.

Food was good value. We got to-go. There were some mixups in the kitchen and when we came to pick up, the wings hadnt been made. They started them up. Manager was nice. He offered to remake the pizza but we declined. We ordered a 10 and a 20 piece wing. When we got home, the "20" only had 15 wings in it. Come on, man...

There are things I love about Sardella's and things I resent. Customer service is the biggest issue. Employees have a tendency on occasion to be rude, whether on the phone or in personally. They'll also cut corners, like with my order yesterday. The 10 piece wings is $15 so $1.50 a wing. Three of my ten wings were the size of my pinky, practically all bone and inedible from minimal dried out meat. Customer service wise, the employees had to have noticed the inexcusable chicken but rather than simply use three other pieces they actually gave them to me. Which is so rude honestly. My picture shows a regular wing next to the three small ones, the two on the right being the worst.
