One of my favorite coffee shops in San Diego. They make strong coffee that tastes great and I love their lox bagel. Been here a couple times and the staff is always very friendly. Leave every time in a better mood than I came in with!

A solid spot for breakfast. I ordered a mango smoothie and a Confession (Croissant with Egg, Cheese, and Bacon). The smoothie was delicious -- highly recommend. The Confession was good, but the pricing seemed a little high for what it was. Still, an overall great place to enjoy breakfast. Would definitely return and encourage others to dine-in. Value: 3/5Quality: 4/5Quantity: 3/5Service: 5/5Atmosphere: 5/5

Very nice coffee and bagel spot! For my last stay at San Diego I stopped by Santos coffee and was helped by Sophia, she was very hospitable. There's outside and indoor seating. Food/ drinks are brought to you which is very appreciated! Lastly the bagels were delicious, and the caramel macchiato was very good too! Recommend :)

A lovely walk on Thorn Street will take you right by Santos Coffee, pretty hidden next to the salon and Grand Ole BBQ. I just found out about it and it's the cutest cafe with such a great concept. They serve bagel sandwiches in addition to their coffee and I was so happy to discover it! There are really not enough bagel places in SD when sometimes all I need is a bagel and cream cheese!! There's lots of seating inside and outside for groups to grab coffee together and catch up. It was also all women behind the counter leading the orders and I felt a great atmosphere eating there. Their signature drink is the Flying Nun which is definitely strong and sweet. The Vietnamese was a little watered down but not bad. I was a tad disappointed with the avocado toast; the bread was very simple and low quality (would not satisfy me by itself) but the bagel sandwiches were good. My friend said she enjoyed the açaí bowl too. I noticed last second they had some new sandwiches on the menu so I'll have to come back and try them.

1 YEAR LATER - STILL THE BEST! The vibe, the staff, the customers, the DOGS! Everything in this coffee shop's orbit is awesome. At the center of this coffee shop universe is a little family led by the coolest women EVER! Dawn and Christina have the best hearts and their small-batch coffee roast operation is unbeatable! Read my other review for more details but please allow me to summarize for you: GET IN THERE FOR THE BEST START TO YOUR DAY AND/OR MID-DAY PICKUP EVER!! :)

Local coffee shop tucked in this corner of North Park. No frills - their cappuccinos and lattes are usually good but not very strong. Super fast and friendly service, which makes this a great local gem. Unfortunately, I do not recommend their baked goods (croissants, muffins, banana bread); they taste like Von's market quality if that's your jam. Very dog friendly owners, I love that I can chill with my dog outside in the patio.Remote workers: I've gotten usually good signal taking a call outside, but you might have to toggle camera off a couple of times if there's too many laptops out chugging the wifi juice away.

It's a cute and clean place. Very small and quaint. Service is on par. The mocha is very flavorful and you can taste the caffeine. They have a little cute courtyard sitting area to relax and do your work etc

I wasn't going to write a review but after my experience with one of the owner's I feel that I need to.To start it off, I've been coming to this place for a while and it's been great until recently. On Wednesday morning I came in for a coffee and even before I enter the vibe of the place felt off. There was an old white man outside that was just staring me down the entire time making me feel uncomfortable. As I entered, I walked up to the counter but the owner working there that morning came off a certain way and seemed almost annoyed with me even though all I had been doing was just standing there. After I ordered my drink I noticed that she was much more friendly and talkative with the white customers that ordered after me which added to the feeling of her having an issue with me. I ignored it and tried not to overthink it but something kept feeling weird for me. I got my ordered and left to work as I was driving I noticed that Vietnamese coffee looked weird and I am sure it was made incorrectly. I emailed them through a square receipt that I got after paying and let them know that my drink tasted more like Milk with a hint of coffee and that my experience there was overall terrible and her behavior towards me felt almost racist. I then checked my emails next morning and saw that she had emailed me apologizing for the quality of the drink and refunded me my money and apologized for her behavior letting me know that she was overwhelmed and was in the process of training an employee which I completely understood. I used to work in the service industry and specifically as a barista so I completely understand that feeling. I would have the left the issue at that since I felt that it was resolved.I noticed that after the first email she sent me she followed up with another email completely invalidating my experience and trying to gaslight me for saying that the behavior felt racist. She then used the white excuse of I have an ethnic partner and hire PoC therefore I can't be racist. This is not the correct response to have towards a person of color telling you THEIR experience. Just cause you felt one way does not mean I can't feel a certain way about the experience. Overall her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable especially for someone who considers themselves an "ally".

The food and coffee were tremendous! My wife has a gluten allergy and there were so many options for her! The staff was excellent and helpful as she tried to decide. The vibe is very chill and local.

My wife and I love walking here for coffee and a Heaven on a Plate bagel. The girls working are super nice and the place is incredibly dog friendly with free dog biscuits.
