The best Carnitas ever food is very amazing. Service is great. The ambient here is nice. Everybody's always nice and respectful.

As always it does not disappoint.Came here for the salsa's. Plenty on hand as they make them on Friday afternoon and they are all gone by noonish on Saturday.My wife loves them for eating with food and chips.

Best carnitas in town! The meat is so flavorful and juicy without being too greasy. I placed a preorder for my dads 70th birthday because carnitas are his favorite. The gentleman who took my order was super helpful even let me sample some before I ordered since it was my first time. They were super organized even with being busy and even helped me carry all the items to my car. It's a super small hole in the wall so you know it's authentic. The guacamole salsa is a must with your order! You won't be disappointed by giving them a try!

This a long time pending review. I discovered Zaragozas like 20 years ago. The carnitas and everything they sell are 1,000 % delicious. They always have the same recipe and we love the borona and surtido de carnitas always so tasty and juicy. They are a smaller place with a huge service to all Orange County and I'm sure other counties come as well. They are family owned and ran and have the best employees and always always are generous by adding a little extra meat to every purchase from day one. Thank you Zaragozas
