Wow what a delightful find! The food was fantastic! We started with karage chicken which was beautifully presented on a slate like tray and was hot, fresh and just right level of crispy. We then had a duck and beef ramen along with the beef salad. The two ramens were distinct and both great, very flavorful broths and great texture to the thin noodles. Not a ton of meat in the bowl but each bite was tender. Also had the beef salad which was refreshing and bright. This was plenty for 4 people. Service was friendly and attentive with regular water refills and the food arrived quickly This is a small intimate space, with thoughtful details all around ( artwork, music system, furniture).

We came when it just opened. Place looked clean. most of the tables were too big n bulky. They prob could accommodate more people if they changed to different tables. There were only 2 types of ramen. Wagyu or duck. We got both. The wagyu ramen:Pro: wagyu was very tender. Noodle was cooked al dente. Con: the soup base tasted like pizza flavored. Duck ramen: Pro: the soup base was not bad. Duck was good but some pieces had cartilages which was not easy to chew. Con: the duck prob needed more seasoning. We also got Grilled Squid. Flavor was nice. There was a hint of satay flavor but the dish was more sweeter than I'd would have liked. Service was decent but the wait for the food was long. We all waited for at least 25 min for the appetizer to come out.

Overall Experience:A charming, antique-style ramen spot with a rotating menu, flavorful broth, and attentive but minimal service, though portion sizes may feel small for the price.Location/Parking:It's located in a tucked away strip mall. There's a parking lot but it was pretty full on a Saturday around lunch time.Reservation:Not sure if they take reservations, but it was pretty easy to walk in and get a table.Ambiance:The vibe is very much like an antique coffee shop. Furniture is mixed and matched with a lot of wood elements. You can also sit outside if it's full. A lot of Chinese speaking families were dining there. It appeared that the owner/waitress is Taiwanese.Customer Service:I had requested for bamboo shoots to be removed from my dishes when I made the order, but it still showed up with it. Luckily, I don't have an allergy and it's merely preference, but this is certainly something for them to note in the future. The male waiter was very attentive at refilling our water cups when running low, but other than that they don't really check in on you/your food until you actively try to get their attention.Food:According to their waitress, they switch their menu pretty open. It's been changed 3 times in the 2 months they've been open. They continuously improve and innovate their menu.Signature Duck Ramen - very mild yet flavorful soup taste and I dranked it all. 5 thinly sliced pieces of duck breast, and expected there to be more.Value:For a $19.50 bowl of ramen, it definitely ran on the small side, but it had a great taste. I could see myself returning in the future to try some other items on their menu.

Super cute and homey family run restaurant. Tried a lot of items, but i only managed a few pictures before devouring the rest. Service was amazing and food was delicious. -happy fries-signature wings*-garden Salad*-Stir fried veggies*-Wasabi edamamae -wagyu beef ramen-beef brisket rice*-Grilled squid*-signature milk teaFood here is a bit of taiwanese/japanese fusion. Definitely recommend trying anything on the menu, but slight emphasis on the starred items. The grilled squid was my favorite dish. It's sweet/savory. The squid itself is very soft and the bonito/garlic chunks took on the sauce very well. The Garden salad was also lovely. Light, refreshing, and full of delightlful bites of fruit. I was really looking forward to the wagyu ramen...it was still very good but I dint think "wagyu ramen" captures it accurately for flavor. Felt more like a beef noodle soup. Broth was more on the tomato-ee side and beef wasn't tender/fatty enough to be considered as actual "wagyu". That being said, it's still very good. Noodles have a great texture and Broth itself is flavorful/deep/slightly acidic from the tomato.

I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised how good this place was. We came here on Sunday right on opening time and were seated right away. Its a really cozy and small restaurant. The interior was giving me Thai vibes but I realized that it's more like Taiwanese, especially when I noticed traditional chinese characters on the menu and in the decor. Also, the waitress spoke Chinese as well. I loved the menu because it's small and simple, so you know the quality will be great. The duck ramen was super delicious. The combination of the scallion and duck went extremely well, along with the perfect chew of the ramen noodles. I saw behind the glass that they used einkorn organic flour, which is surprising because that is a really good quality flour. The chicken karaage was also a great choice. Probably the best karaage around. This was perfectly fried and the chicken was super tender. I see this place as a taiwanese/japanese fusion. We did wait a little long for our food, but the quality of the food made up for it. Definitely worth the visit.

I would give this place 3.5 stars. Tried this place recently and food was okay. The duck ramen have a seafood broth with strong flavor, but it was really salty. There was only 3 or 4 very thin slices of duck and it just didn't seem to be worth the premium price for the portion size. We also tried the beef stew rice which had good flavor, but again, portion is so small for the price. The chicken curry was pretty standard. Nothing great but nothing bad. There is a tiny hint of spice to it, which was just a bit too much for my child who can't handle any spice, so be aware. Over all, the food tastes fine, but I think we all left not feeling full. Not sure if we will be coming back when there are many other choices around at that price point and type of food/ quality.

This place is such a hidden gem! The food was tasty and the environment was just so cozy. I ordered the Signature Duck Ramen, which has such a lovely broth and perfectly cooked slices of duck. The noodles were very good as well and you can tell that the ingredients were super fresh, down to the green onions garnished on top.My friend got the Wagyu Beef Ramen, which she said was also very good. This place is very comfortable and has a quaint feel with all the interior furnishings. The music was good and the volume was perfect for nice conversations over a meal. The staff was super thoughtful too. I had brought a gift for my friend and we didn't have space for the bag so one of the staff brought over a small stool for us to place the gift bag on. Everything about this place felt so intentional and thoughtful, I'm eager to go back and try the other menu items soon!

Food - My son and I came for the wagyu beef ramen and the signature duck ramen. The wagyu beef ramen came first and my son was impressed with the tenderness of the wagyu slices. By the time my signature duck ramen was served, he was done with his wagyu beef ramen (which he enjoyed). He would've liked his noodles to be firmer. The signature duck ramen was a delightful treat. The duck paired well with the noodles. The soup was flavorful. Service - The staff are welcoming. The owners greeted the patrons genuinelyAmbience - It's an eclectic cafe style restaurant. The music selection enhanced the ambience like the icing on the cake. Welcome to the neighborhood .
