Which Wich

I wanted to like this place, and I gave it repeated chances. Never again. The business model is a bit like Subway in that you have to tell them how to make your sammic by filling out choices by filling out various boxes on the bag for yer sammich. It's better than having to repeat oneself I suppose.My main gripe is the sammiches are in my opinion are lazily just thrown together, Today's sammich was basically dry despite my requesting oil and vinegar as one does for an Italian Hoagie. There are much better places in Tustin for sammiches.

I so hate to give Which Wich a meh review. I was a big fan of this place in the past, but I am not sure what happened. First of all, the person at the register seemed very annoyed. We handed her the cards that you write your orders on, including the seperate cards for fry orders. She immediately and bluntly says, "we don't have fries today." No explaination, no apology, just "we don't haven them." Instead, we ordered chips. Why have the fry ordering cards on display if they are not available to patrons? The place just seemed unorganized.The sandwiches, which were quite expensive, were not good. The hot ones that we ordered were not hot and they just didnt taste very good. Keep in mind, I've eaten at Which Which a lot over the years, and never had a bad sandwich at any location, until now. Hopefully this location, which is one of the few left in our area, gets their act together. I would love to go back, but not unless I see reviews indicating that things have improved. Big disappointment.

It depends on what is your expectation from a sandwich.I can say value & quality wise this place can be compared to Jimmy Johns and Subway.Meet the minimum standard but the wheat bread is very dry and I regret trying it.We got the Wicked, which is 5 meat and 3 cheese. It was served warm and cold we were suggested to get it warm.for their price was ok but not my to go place for sure!

I can't believe I just paid almost $48 for one large/one regular sandwich, 2 reg drinks, and 2 fries. Sandwiches are pretty good, but I could eat at a ton of regular sit-down restaurants and pay less than this. I haven't eaten here in a few years and now remember why. Service was nice and courteous, but wow. It's a fast food style sandwich place that charges approximately $20-25 per meal. Just keep that in mind when trying to choose a lunch location. On a side note, their kids meals look reasonable, so maybe take kids here and get adults food somewhere else.

I probably go to this Which Wich about once a week and 99% of the time they remember me and know what I'm going to order. Orders are always quick and accurate and even better, the food tasts good. A very reliable place for a quick lunch. Bob

My husband and I came in on a Monday afternoon at 12:45 and we were turned away saying they could not help us. They had call in orders and two big catering trays of sandwiches they were making. The woman then changed her response and very rudely said they could make us a cold sandwhich only. We left.

This Which-Wich Witch Sandwich Shop Chain has Deactivated me from their Loyalty Program? Oh well, no tears... here, I just had one last coupon for a French Au Jus Sub & since they've raised their prices, it's not as appealing to me anymore.

For $16 the sandwich had hardly any meat. They were out lettuce. Their fryer wasn't working so no French fries either. I would not spend $15 for a thin sandwich with very little toppings.

RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! They have attitude problems, they don't know the meaning of "customer service" Please train your employees properly, they look miserable and make you feel very uncomfortable.
