Susan Flores is the name you need to remember. Amazing service and extremely helpful. I have yet to work with other employees here however I'd imagine the service is outstanding since Susan has set bar. Mind you, I haven't met Susan, she has provided outstanding service via phone and email. Their quality of meats is already out of the question. What sets them apart is the service. Thank you Susan for reeling in another loyal client. Representatives like this are keepers.

They're the local distributor for brands like Niman Ranch. We got the Yakiniku Japanese BBQ pack and it was excellent. Very nice marbling. Some of the best I've had. Paired with our Snow Peak grill, we had great BBQ experience.

So glad to have this top-shelf option available during Covid times! The meats, seafoods, and cheeses are simply superb! Delivery is twice weekly and everything shows up perfectly packaged. It also takes the mystery away from many restaurants--quite a number of their items demonstrate that they and not the restaurant do the high-skill trimming and prep. Uniformly excellent, and worthy of our support while the restaurant business retrenches!The website is simple to navigate, and consistent, with a few new goodies showing up from time to time. Priced reasonably with excellent bang-for-the-buck. Special shout out for their cookbook collecting recipes from restaurants they supply!
