West Coast Hibachi

Steak cooked perfectly I chose noodles over the rice for an additional charge.Sauces are all great! Food truck was at my work so it was great to try something new! Definitely recommend

If you are lucky enough to see this food truck around town I highly recommended you order a plate from them!! I live at City Lights in Aliso Viejo, so I get excited when these guys pull up their truck every other month or so! The plates initially seem expensive but it is SO worth it! The quality is absolutely insane and you get a TON of food! Their filet is so tender and when I ask for medium rare they cook it perfectly! The sauces also...omg the sauces are soooo good The owner Eddie is the nicest person and makes sure the quality of the food as well as service is top notch. And he's cute A+++ all around!

I've never had your food, and I'm sure is ok. But this review is based on your driving. You almost hit an elderly driver, you illegally merged into their lane. I don't know why anyone would want to hire a business that is so reckless.

This "sniffs in" at a solid 4.5 stars...They visited our hood in the fancier condo community up the hill.SCALLOP PLATE w/FRIED RICE, ZUCCHINI and WHITE ONION:-- perfect texture and flavor on the scallop-- very nicely done fried rice, not much egg but that may be their style-- nice moderate amount of oil to add moisture and flavor-- big portion size-- staff are fun with personalityRATING = A

Food is fire. The workers are pretty awesome. I hit them up on instagram for location and they always respond quick. The best hibachi I've ever had in socal. I always get the New York steak. The steak is nice and tender not chewy. Thanks west coast hibachi...

Overall good service and flavorful food. Tried a sailor bowl at the NHHS football game - $15. Includes a drink.I read the previous reviews comparing this place to Benihana's. It's similar but not the same. They offer a ginger sauce, however no garlic butter! There is no show, and no extras included with the meals. Their Trio was the most popular dish - $39

Paid for 3 trio or triple combos and didn't get chicken in any of the 3 meals at FD Irwindale and I understand you guys were busy but still you can't be charging full whack for something that you are after running out of?? We were all the ways back in our seats by the time we discovered this. Very disappointing poor service a heads up were out of chicken would be nice or were charging you X amount less because the chicken is already gone would have been totally fine. You need to do better guys we stood in line for 55 minutes for this meal.

They came to my apt complex. Absolutely delicious. Takes like I'm out at a hibachi restaurant! Great flavor and great service.

Me and my girlfriend both got the Surf and Turf. Over $80 but we said why not.The fried rice was alittle too boring for me, not enough salt or garlic.When asked how we wanted the meat we said med/rare. I know it's probably my harder to do that to sliced meat but these lil guys were a chewy med/welldone, and not much flavor other than just meat.Shrimp was goodVeggies were goodAll in all not worth it
